Am I still having menopause symptoms?
I'm going to have menopause symptoms in forever.
My menopause symptoms are not as uh apparent as everyone else's menopause symptoms. The major menopause symptom that I had was the heart congestive heart failure because I'm I'm probably on the tail end of menopause.
You're dealing with serious swelling.
Oh, yeah. Me, too. But I don't worry myself about it. Who cares? Long as I have clothes that fit. I'm not gonna stress myself out because with my blood type, the more I stress out, the bigger I get.
So, I just give myself some grace with going through the process that bazillions of women have gone through for 300,000 years. I'm not going to press myself out about it. It is what the [ __ ] it is.

All of that stuff is related to estrogen. Okay? And when estrogen, you don't you don't really know how important estrogen is to the female body and even the male body. You don't even know how pivotal estrogen is to our body and the functions that they are responsible for until you start losing that losing it.
And that's what menopause is about. And so then the the other argument would be, well, why don't you just go get hormone replacement therapy? Because there are its own problems with that.
I would rather go through menopause than have menopause and breast cancer.

Number of fibroids, more numerous, fewer for them. Symptoms severity significantly more severe. Theirs is generally milder. Hospitalization rate two to three times higher for us and lower for them. Hyerectomy rate hysterctomy rate significantly higher.
Black women have three times more hyctomies than white women do. Accident.
