For a very long time now, and many of you will identify this as having started for you in like about 2020 with the COVID crisis, you have been systematically bombarded over and over and over and over again with bad things happening, more bad things happening, things you can't control that have a negative impact on you. Oh, look, the future is bleak. The future is bleak.
It's going to be hell. Now, you literally cannot psychologically survive that type of bombarding.
It is to literally break your leg psychologically speaking. Even energetically speaking, I'm wanting to address this kind of broken legs feeling and this burnout feeling because so many of you are feeling this and are kind of gaslighting yourself. You don't understand why you're feeling the way that you're feeling. When you are in that type of a state, trying to bulldo yourself into some kind of an action or trying to bulldo yourself into some kind of a positivity, it is superbly cruel to yourself. Like it's really really really really psychologically cruel.
