[00:00:03]Let's take a look at Tempest AI today.

[00:00:05]Ticker is TEM. This stock is actually in Nancy Pelos's portfolio. So it's favored in some way perhaps by the insider traders or you know Congress people having sort of good knowledge, great stock market performance. Uh so that's what got me initially interested in this particular name. But let's take a look at how the price actions looking. So there's a couple of ways we could draw the parallel. We could say that initially you had a parallel channel something like this. and this likely informed the high that you had on the stock. You since then did break down and failed to get back up into this uptrend and that's why you're now in this sort of bearish period, this long downtrend that we've been experiencing on this particular stock. So, that's one way to look at things. Another potential parallel that we could use to indicate where we might be headed next is this particular parallel. Again, you've got the high here connecting to this one, arguably wicked above here, and these lows here seem to be quite strong with the stock holding recently around $43.5.

[00:00:57]So, these are the two sort of longerterm uptrends I'd be drawing in. And I am fairly optimistic that perhaps this has been a local low once again around $43.5. And perhaps from here, you can get a move back up to the upside, maybe even all the way to the top of the parallel channel, although that's not going to be a given. But you've got some potential really decent outperformance here if you were able to stage a bit of a recovery after this long downwards period. So the final parallel I'd like to draw in here just to alert ourselves to the sort of more recent trend that we've been experiencing on the stock. If we connect all these lows and we bring them up here, we can see that this is broadly speaking the downtrend that the stock has been in in more recent times.

[00:01:35]So, I would be looking at a breakout above sort of $51.5 or so to get you going, you know, quite substantially higher in the medium-term, perhaps as much as 100% from current prices. We've got to be a little bit careful, of course. It's possible the downtrend could in theory continue. You've bounced from the midpoint of this channel. So, that's another interesting data point.

[00:01:54]Uh, and perhaps you could get a breakout at some point coming here. Downside is looking like anywhere from really 30% to perhaps even as much as 50% downside potentially from current levels. But I, as I've said, would be favoring a bit of a more bullish or optimistic outlook on this name just because the markets in general are doing quite well. I think you could see a bit of a rotation into a stock such as this. And I would be looking at this uh potential parallel channel again as a decent indicator of where price may be headed next. You've also tagged the midpoint on multiple occasions. So I think it's fair to say this is a pretty reliable and even see here again quite an important uh parallel in my mind. So I think that's why you've bounced from these levels. I actually entered a position on Tempest AI uh you know at these sort of lows and hopefully looking to play the rebound.

[00:02:38]Of course, invalidation if you do break lower means you're not risking too much on a trade such as this. Even from current levels, perhaps you could risk 10% or something on a trade and you know be out uh at that point hopefully if things go wrong. But yeah, upside looks pretty decent here. uh and definitely a name to be keeping your eye on just because it's in Nancy Pelosy's portfolio and if a stock is in there, it's you know probably going to do decently well in the long term. They have the sort of understanding of uh you know the stocks that are good picks that are getting government contracts or you know that are favored in some way in the eyes of government. So um yeah, worth keeping an eye on this particular name. I'm in this particular stock. I think you could have some outperformance here. If we look quickly at the trend, you can see that it is in a bearish trend. haven't yet been able to reclaim the EMAs and push higher. But I would be looking at this as perhaps just the consolidation period that you're going to have to be in. And as I've said before, if you can break above sort of what was it $55, something like that, then you would be off to the races really and you'd be flipping probably back into a bullish trend and you know going quite crazy. We've seen a lot of high beta stocks. I'm looking at quantum in particular has been doing very very well recently on a lot of the names uh which I did talk about and said you'd have some outperformance some strength and you know you get this uh negative period and then flipping into a bullish regime on QBTS on you know ion all the rest of these sort of high beta names so I am looking at something like a tempest AI I think you could get that rotation from hardware into AI sort of software downstream plays this is an AI sort of pharmaceutical play in some way they're selling software to help people carry out medicine and surgery and this sort of thing. So, that's interesting. I think that could be the next sort of narrative and rotation of capital into the sort of beneficiaries of the AI. So, I'm looking at this as a potential good play uh that could, you know, see some really decent price appreciation. But, we'll see. It is negative trend. So, you've got to be a little bit cautious.

[00:04:24]Of course, whenever you go against the trend, uh you've got to be pretty precise with your timing. Otherwise, you might, you know, be buying in here and then see a pretty nasty sell-off. You know, we're going down as much as 25% on some of these moves, uh retracements. So yeah, pretty rough. Um, but I would say pretty optimistic on this particular stock.
