Florida Delays Sarah Boone Appeal Response To July

[00:00:00]There is motion on the Sherri Boone appeals docket and a new date to look out for. And I do want to be a very upfront to start that the documents we're going to discuss are not currently available yet, but the description is and the description tells us what's going on and I think we can fully understand them just from that. So to begin with, I don't think I've actually covered this in a video. We have 507 2026 notice, notice of appearance and of course the description is notice of appearance. That is, I believe, the state of Florida giving their appearance for whoever's going to be representing them in this case. And then we have 522 2026 today, fresh off the presses, notice, notice of agreed extension of time answer brief.

[00:00:44]So, agreed extension, so that means the defense agreed to it, which I mean, Sherri probably isn't happy, but her attorney agreed. And it's for the answer, so that's going to be from the state, which again makes me think that I was correct that this is for the state.

[00:01:04]Um so, if you're looking for when should you be paying attention to Sherri Boone updates, probably around the 4th of July.

[00:01:13]Um where America's going to be celebrating their 250th, you know, anniversary. Um around that time Sherri Boone will be sitting in a prison waiting for the state to respond.

[00:01:25]Now, there could be something beforehand, it could come a little sooner, it could come a couple days after, but yeah, right around that time is where I would say to pay attention to it. Now, when it comes to cases I'm going to follow, if you haven't been checking out the recent videos, I have some coverage of Chuck the Builder.

[00:01:42]There's a TikTok star who has alleged of planning a hitman murder plot. I found that pretty fascinating, so I'm probably going to keep checking up on that.

[00:01:54]As for like active court cases, I'm looking for something um next week. I do have one day that I'm going to be really busy and I wouldn't be able to cover, but I haven't found like a brand new fresh starting court case that like I'm going to be able to watch the coverage and do updates for that's excited me recently.

It's just been a lot of small news or things that I don't think are really worthy of a video and that's just kind of why there's been a lack recently. I didn't want to like flood the channel with small videos. But when it comes to something like Sarah and giving a new deadline, I thought people would really want to know when they should be paying attention.
