Hey guys, welcome back to Avani's Life.
So today, my friend controls my gymnastics moves. Sorry, my hair's a bit messy. But like my friend already told me five moves. It starts from easy to extreme.
So yeah. So the first move she told me to do is jumps. So I have to pick three jumps, any jumps, and I have to do them.
And if I don't succeed, I get a punishment. So yeah, [snorts] it will be kind of bad.
So fingers crossed I can do them all.
Oh my gosh, I almost fell.
>> [laughter] >> I think I fell on my foot. Okay, so jumps is quite easy.
So I'm going to do a tuck jump, a pike jump that I come I mean I posted [snorts] a video how to do a pike jump, pike jump, and what else can I do?
Split jump.
Okay. Those are my three jumps. So four more moves to do.
Okay.
So the fourth one I'm trying to remember everything she told me to do. She said that I have to do like lunges into a split. So I can pick which kind of split I want to do.
So that is the fourth move. So let's just go.

So we're just going to do a lunge like this.
And then like this.
We're just going to stretch it out and then we're going to see how far we can go in the splits.
Stretch, stretch, stretch. Guys, I'm almost going back to school. I'm so sad.
It's Friday today and I go back to school on Monday.

Okay, stretch, stretch, stretch.
Oh. Oh, >> [laughter] >> let's see how far I can go. Okay.
This is how far I'm just joking.
And then, I can go a bit further.
I think this is the furthest furthest I can go. This is my middle splits. Ah, that actually hurts.

Stretch. Yes, I succeeded.
Next thing she told me to do is a forward roll. Okay, this floor is very hard, so we're just going to grab three pillows. And guys, by the way, you can follow along if you like to.

So, I'm just going to get one.
And then, two.
Then, three. So, this is our third move. So, after this, I only have two more, but the last move is crazy. Stay tuned.
Hopefully I can do it.

I'm so scared for that. Okay.

Woah! Forward roll, that was easy.
Now, I know What is it? The second to last move is Oh my gosh, my my arm hurts so bad. Okay, so What is it?
I forgot what she told me.
How to do a wall climb.
Guys, I've mind forgotten.

I think it was Oh, yeah, she said that I have to do like a leap combo.

And it can't be like a really bad one.
You probably don't know what I'm talking about. Let me just give you an example.
Let me just put these pillows away.

So, let me just stretch out my shoulders a bit. Okay. So, let's just say we have like this this and then like a split or something. That's only combo it is, but you guys probably won't be able to see the whole thing because obviously there's only one camera.

Just got to make sure you guys can see.

Okay. 5 6 7 8 Sashay sashay cat leap and then you can't see this, but I did a split leap. Sashay sashay split leap cat leap and then let's do two jumps.
Perfect. Now we're just going to do one more.
Perfect, and that's my routine.
Okay. Now last move. She said I can do this on the sofa because it's extreme.
Okay.
I don't know what it's called. It's like a backbend into a backwards roll. I don't know how to do that.
I've never done that in my life.
Let's see.
Guys, should I Wait, [snorts] I don't know how I can show you this.
Guys, I don't know if I'll be able to record this cuz I can't really show you >> [snorts] >> this.
So, how am I supposed to do this?
Wait, I just realized, guys.
That's not what she told me to do. I keep mixing up my moves. Now I said I keep forgetting. She said I only have 5 minutes to make up my own routine.
Guys, I'm not going to ask for my outfit.

We need to think this through. We're going to plan it out. So, we're going to start by presenting.
Then we're going to go into leap split leap. Then we're going to go down into a forward roll. Then when forward roll go into straddle and end it with a cartwheel.
Let's try it. I said that, but I don't know if I can do it.
We're just going to get pillows because the floor is very hard and it hurts my back when I do a forward roll.
So, we're just going to get the three um pillows.
Perfect.
Sorry, there's like a bug in here.
Okay.
So, what we have to start with is Okay, so what did I say again? Okay. So, I'm going to do start. Okay, let's pretend this is not a floor thing.
Leaps, cat, and then straddle. And then we're going to come back, straddle, cat, and then we're going to do tuck, paddle, tuck, tuck.
Perfect. Now, presentation.
Woo.
Then we're going to go.
Oh, yeah. And then I'm supposed to go and then go into straddle.
Guys can't have like the worst picture of me. Straddle.
Put my arms up. Then I'm going to go to one side.
One side.
Then we're going to cross.
Then >> [snorts] >> What was the last one?
I think I said a spin. Did I say spin?
spin. know. I'm just going to just spin.
That would end it up really good.
