How To Rotating Pick-and-Place Mechanism Work?Added:
Hello everyone. Today I will introduce you to a new mechanism, the pick-and-release mechanism, where the item is picked from this position. Using a tool, he took the item out, then rotated it once and placed it down. There will be a conveyor belt down there.
This location will be for re-bandaging.
And let's watch this real video.
[music] [music] [music] [music] With this design, there will be a problem.
When we are rotating our mechanism, how can we ensure that the air hose does not get snagged? The big problem is that when you turn it, the air hose will get tangled, and you 'll worry that it won't rotate along with the circle, right? Then we'll handle it like this.
Here in this block, we will drill ventilation holes so that air can enter. See that, everyone? This is the path for this air to travel. Then we realize that this is the correct axis, right? Okay, I'll connect these two holes together. Why? Because when this shaft rotates, the other side also rotates, so the two will rotate at the same speed, and that's how we can solve the problem of air hose rotation. Look here, do you see? We're going to have this roundabout. And within this structure, there will be three pipes.
Three pipes are needed to supply air to our three intake units.
You see, this axis will rotate accordingly.
And the second problem is how to make these three components rotate at the same speed and not become misaligned with each other. So we'll design it like this.
We will design it based on the mechanism of planetary gears. As you can see, there will be a polling station in the middle, and on three sides there will be three rotating assemblies.
You see, inside this hozing assembly there's a bearing, a bearing that rotates the mechanism of the hozing device.
Then, on the shaft of this suction unit, there will be a pulley to connect the belts together.
There. When this shaft rotates, it drives this component, and all three components will rotate together at the same angle and speed.
Take a look, everyone. This area will be a pulley that will press against this belt. Its purpose is to hold the belt firmly in place so that it meshes with this large gear. So, when it rotates, the belt will find its way to P, and P will drive all three components to rotate together.
Then, as this large planet P rotates, according to the planetary system, it will drive these three crater clusters to rotate together. And you see, inside the smooth shaft of this mechanism, there will also be a pipe, and we'll drill a hole in it to feed air into it.
Just like before, we can add this pipe so we can connect the air supply to the exhaust hood.
There.
You guys can see it. This is the opening that can be drilled into.
This vent hole will then be used to insert the fitting. Once the fitting is complete, I'll connect it to the rotating mechanism.
I'll connect the air hose to the rotating mechanism on this side. See that, everyone?
I'll hold the air hose on this side. So, with the air duct routed this way, it will solve the problem of air hoses and pipes, preventing tangling and snagging.
That's the overall picture.
Thank you for watching. lower.
