This debate masterfully exposes the fatal logical flaw where a deity’s capacity for deception inevitably dissolves the very foundation of religious certainty. It highlights a profound epistemological crisis that arises when theological sovereignty overrides the reliability of truth itself.

“If Allah Deceives People… How Do You Know You’re Not Deceived?” 😳Added:
A lot of Christians, they talk about Jesus and Muslims and like Douglas Murray, but they are liberals.
Don't Don't unzip. So, let's Hey, let's work together. Create strong conservative culture.
>> Ladies and gentlemen Be honest. Let's be clear. attacking Let me Let me deal with this question. No, we will Should Christians work with Muslims to build a conservative society?
>> Yeah, come on. LET ME ADDRESS THAT QUESTION. YES. LET ME ADDRESS THAT QUESTION.
>> YES. Let me address that question. Yes.
I will let you go now.
You could We could hug one another.
Relax. Relax. Relax. Right.
I think Honestly, I think I'm two steps away from getting a smacker on the lips here, right? Me, too. Me, too.
>> So, ladies and gentlemen The love's real. The love's real. I know. But, let's be clear.
Why can't Christians work with Muslims?
Because Muslims are not working for the same thing as Christians.
>> Like what? Muslims are working for Sharia law.
And in Sharia law, we Christians will be second-class citizens.
In Sharia law, slavery Slavery will be brought back. In Sharia law, polygamy will be practiced. In Sharia law, abortion will be permissible. In Sharia law, divorce will be permissible.
These In Sharia law, you can secretly marry other women without telling your first wife.
All of these In Sharia law, marrying children will be legal.
In Sharia law killing people who become Christians will be legal.
We Christians cannot get into bed with Sharia law.
We Christians are working for the kingdom of God.
We Christians are seeking to establish the kingdom of God. And in the kingdom of God, there are no caliphs. There are no POLYGAMOUS MARRIAGES. THERE ARE NO DIVORCES. There are no abortions. There There are no SECRET MARRIAGES. THERE ARE NO child marriages. There are no slaves.
There are no taking OF SLAVES. THERE ARE NO religious wars of jihad.
And so Christians are working for something different to Muslims.
We're not on the same page. We're not fighting for the same things.
I didn't say Muslims.
Now I've Now I've got a question.
According to your Quoran According to your Quoran According to your Quoran Show me in the Quoran Show me in the Quoran. Answer this question.
Answer this question.
According to the Quoran, Allah deceives people. If Allah deceives people, how can you trust that Allah is not deceiving you?
Go on.
The Quoran does not only describe Allah as a guide, but also as one who leads people astray. Surah Ibrahim 14:4 and Surah An-Nahl 16:93 both declare that Allah leads astray whoever he wills. Surah Al-Baqarah 2:7 says that Allah seals people's hearts, while Surah Ali Imran 3:54 describes Allah as khairul makireen, the best of planners or deceivers. Even in Surah 4:157, the world was made to believe that Jesus was crucified, while according to the Quoran, it was only made to appear that way. That is why the issue is not merely about Sharia or Islamic governance, but about the very source of revelation that produced the system itself. This is where the epistemological problem of Islam begins to collapse. If Allah truly misleads people, seals their hearts, and makes reality appear different from what it actually is, then how can a Muslim be certain that he himself is not being deceived right now? How can anyone distinguish between true revelation and divine misdirection if the source of revelation itself is described as capable of leading people astray? At that point, the debate is no longer simply about the kingdom of God versus Sharia law, but about whether the source of Islamic revelation itself can truly be trusted. Christianity stands upon a God who is light and incapable of lying.
The kingdom of God is built through the cross, faithful witness, and truth. But within the Quranic framework, deception becomes part of divine action toward humanity. That creates a permanent uncertainty at the very foundation of Islam itself. Because if Allah could make billions of people believe in the crucifixion for centuries while it was supposedly only an illusion, then the question becomes devastating. If Allah in the Quran deceives people, how do you know Allah is not deceiving you right now?
>> How can you trust Allah is not deceiving you? I don't I Okay, I will answer the question. I I need to verify. I don't know.
Do you want me to show you?
I need to verify.
>> Shall I show you? I I I don't know and I don't know for what purpose, you know?
Because uh for example, if I if I know you have problem with with with this guy, yes?
Yeah.
Uh to uh achieve peace between >> Shall Shall we stand here? To achieve peace between you Brother, it's all right. Relax. Stand here. I mean, I can say like a lie for for your own benefit.
So, stay brothers together, you know?
So, I don't know what is the exegesis What is the uh reason? But my question for you, my brother. Yeah.
Pre- pragmatically, yeah? Because talking is different.
>> you must listen to the answer.
>> Yes, of course. You want to talk You want to talk? No, but listen to the answer.
>> no. I I This is my way of talking. Look.
I I forget.
Right. So, ladies and gentlemen, wait wait wait. While you think, let me let me just state >> be pragmatic. We need to be pragmatic.
Because screaming, yelling uh it's a nice it's entertaining.
>> you can find a Hadith as well.
>> entertaining, but a lot of people will listen. Yeah. But how can we how can we create real progress? How can we create a How can we replace a culture that's sickening the British So, let me answer that question.
Because you cannot do it Let me answer that question.
>> See, Christianity is is Let me answer that question.
>> Christianity is philosophy, right?
>> bro?
>> It's like What's your name, bro? the concept of Heidegger.
>> What's your name, bro?
My My name's Bob. Right, Bob.
Bob. Let me answer the question, right?
What's the question? He said He said, "How can we make progress against a culture that's destroying us?"
>> Yeah. I'll tell you what you can do. You can seek first the kingdom of God and his righteousness.
We Christians are committed to the establishment of the kingdom of God on Earth. I want to be clear.
The establishment of this kingdom of God on Earth is not in some future life.
It's in this life. In our politics, in our economics, in our culture, and in our history. We've got to establish the kingdom of God through our efforts. And our efforts mean that we must work against the liberal culture of divorce, the liberal culture of hedonism, the liberal culture of polytheism, the liberal culture of celebrating all religions, the liberal culture of individual autonomous agency, the liberal culture of divorce, the liberal culture of abortion.
And we must build something better.
But notice, ladies and gentlemen, I have presented an argument that Allah can't be trusted because Allah is a deceiver.
Allah lied to people. Allah claims to be a deceiver. And Allah deceived. and according to Isnad science a liar can't be trusted and so I would say to the Muslims you cannot trust your God that he is not deceiving you.
From the very first century the early church lived under pagan Roman rule.
Christians were persecuted, imprisoned, and even executed for their faith. Yet the apostles never tried to build a Christian state or impose religious law on the world. Jesus said, "My kingdom is not of this world." So the early church focused on evangelism, martyrdom, and the transformation of the human heart, not political domination. The Christian faith advanced through the cross and faithful witness, not through governance and state power. By contrast Islam emerged from the beginning as an integrated religio-political project.
Medina was not merely a spiritual community, but the foundation of the first Islamic state. Muhammad functioned as prophet, judge, military leader, and head of government. From that model developed the concepts of umma, fiqh, sharia, jihad, and classical Islamic governance. That is why throughout Islamic history religion and state power were never truly separated. This is the fundamental difference often ignored when people claim that Christianity and Islam are both conservative. The early church did not build a theocracy and did not spread faith by the sword.
Historical Islam, however, connected revelation with public law and social control from the very beginning.
Apostolic Christianity built a spiritual kingdom through the cross and faithful witness. Historical Islam built society through law and political authority.
That is why the idea of a Christian-Muslim moral alliance collapses under historical and theological examination.
