Michigan court records reveal that Annette Harris, the adoptive grandmother of Naziah Harris, knowingly allowed Jarvis Butts, a registered sex offender with prior convictions for criminal sexual assault against children, to live in her home with her adopted granddaughter and other children despite being aware of his criminal history since 2012. The court found that Annette failed to protect her children from abuse and neglect, leading to the termination of her parental rights. This case demonstrates that parents who knowingly allow known sex offenders to live with their children can face legal consequences, including termination of parental rights, even if they have undergone adoption training.

Proof That Na’Ziyah Harris Grandma Had Other Adopted Kids And The Courts Took Them.Added:
The shank rock is the wave of the future.

>> Remember, we didn't know this happened to her >> around 3:00 that morning.
Um, I got random text messages and it was just pictures of her and the other little girl. I thought it was strange.
>> Mike did that.
>> Oh yeah, you know that's what I'm headed for. So let's get it.
>> Oh, I say that's my head for go back and say do the last.

>> Right. Right.
Let's go.

So, y'all stay tuned in and lock in, baby. Yeah.
>> Let's talk about some of these beefs you've been into. That's what I love.
That's what I love. Let's get to it >> now. Look, I'mma save her for last. Or should I start off with first?
>> Her? You said her?
That's a her you man. That [ __ ] look like a security guard at a group.
I want to welcome everybody to this demonstration.
Proof that Naziah Harris grandma and that had other adopted kids in the courts took them. Salute to the chat. Salute to the replay gang. Salute to all of my moderators. Now, this was always something that we had already heard.
Most of us, it was something that we had already knew. But this has been released from the state of Michigan court appeals and I do believe family court on May the 20th of 2026.
and then this paperwork is just it's sickening.
Um, let's just start off and I'm going to be recapping Miss Annette's preliminary testimony because there are things in her testimony that she just straight up lied about, you know, in this paperwork. It it it's in black and white that and that allowed Jarvis to live with her after knowing what was on his report card. Meaning after knowing about these inappropriate touchings that is that was on his report card. And then even when Naziah and the other children even complain about him inappropriately touching them, she still allowed him to remain living in the house. So once again now for the past few weeks we've been going over the phone calls but I've said even though we've been focusing in on these phone calls let's not zero and that out because she definitely she definitely has a lot to answer for. And also when Jarvis told Shannon, "Man, get your mom to fix this ish because Miss Annette somehow somehow she was always I'm not even going to say fixing is but again, who knows?" But somehow she was always escaping the law.
But so here's what the first page says.
It says the respondent appeals by right the order terminating her parental rights to her children. And it got the initials of the names. And of course I'll just read the initials. It got a H and Z. Says under MCL 712A 1 9B 3 B. And then it goes on to say child or sibling of the child has suffered physical injury, physical abuse or sexual abuse and parent who had opportunity to prevent injury or abuse failed to do so.
Although financially able, parent failed to provide proper care or custody and reasonable likelihood child will be harmed if returned to parent. It says we affirm now factual and procedural background.
Respondent is the adoptive mother of ah Z and her now deceased daughter NH.
respondent has a grown biological daughter Shannon who has her own children with Jarvis Butts in 2012 responded and Shannon learned that buts had previously convicted let me backtrack in 2012 responded and Shannon learned that buts had been previously convicted of criminal sexual assault against children and was a registered sex offender. Despite this knowledge, respondent allowed Shannon, Buts, and their children to live in her home with ah, ZH, and NH. She also allowed her children to have repeated unsupervised contact with butts.
That's Annette all day long. And this isn't black and white. So, no longer do we have to uh assume, no longer do we have to say, "Well, I heard this." This isn't black and white. Now, this is your history and that this is your history.
It says in January 2024, NH did not return home from school.
Police believed that Buts was the last person to be seen with NH.
NH was presumed dead and Butts was charged and bound over for firstdegree red rum and firstdegree criminal sexual conduct after NH disappearance.
Some of respondents family members accused But of sexually assaulting NH and other children living in her home.
As a result, petitioner the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services DHS initiated the instant action seeking to terminate respondents parental rights.
Now, I'm just going to stop right there because now I'm going to address all those that continuously say to me, "Shank, Jarvis did not uh uh commit the sword. Shank Jarvis was set up. Shank Jarvis did not read Ram Naziah." Now, when you when you when you read just this, and trust me, y'all, it's a whole lot more that I haven't read to you all.
What really was going on in that house?
Every time I think that I've solved this puzzle or every time that I think that I'm damn near close to putting the pieces together, it's always something new being presented to me. And then I'm like, damn, could Jarvis really have been set up by Annette?
I just want everybody to stay right there.
Drop a one. And I know I know y'all might get tired of me telling y'all to drop a one, drop a two, drop a three, but drop a one if and that could have set up Jarvis on the phone call. He did tell Shannon, man, get your mom to fix this. Maybe Miss Annette, maybe Annette set him up, but Jarvis didn't peep the play.
Alicia says Annette was supplying the kids, too.
Because it could have been a situation Galatians dropped the one. I see you, C.
It could have been a situation where they did give Naziah the pills and that and Javas not knowing that it would, you know, ultimately take her life. And of course, and that said, well, [ __ ] I ain't I'm I'mma let Jarvis take the wrap for this.
And that is the mastermind in a real life boogeyman.
And maybe, like I said, because it's 5050. 50% believes this way, 50% believes that way. And then maybe that's why whoever it was that's behind the unal alive of Jarvis because they knew Jarvis doing 35 to 60 years they knew eventually Jarvis was if Jarvis was going to come up off of that information.
I don't think a pill had anything to do with it. I think a fight went down.
Do you think Shannon participated in the fight? See, for me, for me, there were all there were different different theories for me as far as what went down. I I I was believing, well, maybe Annette did get into a fight with uh Na I mean, not Annette, I'm sorry.
Maybe Shannon got into a fight with um Naziah. Naziah was getting the best of her. Shannon picked up a object and hit her over the head. But then it could go where as though I was thinking, well, maybe that uh um Jarvis and Annette gave her a pill and that was the ring master.
Those pills cause a lot of bleeding. I'm talking about a lot. I see you, Belinda.
All right, y'all. Let me move on to the next page if I can. If I can read it, y'all.
All right, let me come out of this.
Got that.
All right. Come. Come. Come out.
Wait a minute, y'all.
I think that's the last one. Let me make sure.
Okay, let me come here. So, now we coming to It says, let me see first after respond pleaded no contest to the allegations in the petition. The trial court assume jurisdiction. Let me see.
All right. So, let me come here. Y'all says ah kids talk interview was not admitted but could have proven that ah was not sexually abused or did not confide in respondent about the abuse. that says first, even though respondent was engaged with her case workers and attended visits, this did not outweigh the far more severe factors weighing in favor of termination. For example, the rec the record indicates that while communicative, respondent continually refused to take accountability for the abuse her children suffered. And while respondent did attend visits regularly, the children themselves did not want to attend because they were afraid of her.
Moreover, while respondent argues she was in individual therapy, there is no record evidence confirming her claim.
And even if there were the record will dis the record will demonstrate that respondent exhibited poor parenting capabilities failed to protect her children from harm and abuse and neglected them. That's Miss Annette. That's Annette that they talking about. The children felt the children were scared of Annette.
He right, Codell.
That's a damn shame they were afraid of her.
See, this is your history. And that this is what's in black and white. This is what's in your file. Go back to Mark D demonstration.
40 years of CPS and they still gave her kids. Exactly.
She was a bully for sure, a mother at the RAW. She says she ran a tight [ __ ] Let's Let's listen to some of her preliminary.
Let's just peep in to some of her preliminary and see what we can catch even though we caught so much. And I'll come back to the paperwork.
I need a I need a a break from reading this.
>> Thank you. Could you say your name?
>> And then Harris.
>> And Miss Harris, um do you know someone or did you know someone by the name of Msiah Harris?
>> Yes.
>> And who is Msiah to you?
>> My granddaughter.
>> Um are you her legal guardian?
>> Yes, I am.
>> When did you become her legal guardian?
Um, I adopted Naziah back in um, 2016.
>> And that was court or paperwork filed and all that to legally adopt her?
>> Yes. It it took a process.
>> Oh, yes.
>> Um, and back in January of 2024, did Msiah live with you?
>> Yes.
>> I don't want to know the specific address, but what street did you live on?
>> Bford.
>> And is that in the city of Detroit, Wayne County?
>> Yes, it is. Um, how long had Nisiah been living with you at that address on Bedford?
>> Oh, wow. Um, basically, I mean, ever since I had her. I mean, >> since 2016.
>> Well, we moved to another house.
>> Okay. When did you move into the bedroom house?
>> Um, let me see. 2019, we moved in that house and then moved in the house that I am now, which is still on.
>> Okay. And did Nazia make those moves with you?
>> Yes.
>> And in January of 2024 at that Bedford location, who else lived there?
>> Um, just me, the kids. Um, my other daughter lived with me at the other address. Um, but it was just basically me and and my kids and Shannon.
>> And who is Shannon?
>> My daughter.
>> And what's her last name?
>> Harris. and she lived with you and Desiah and the other kids at the Bedford location.
>> At the first Bedford location.
>> Now, let me just grab this from my chat.
Alicia says they let her adopt Naziah in 2016 after that report in 2012. See, this is how jacked up CPS is. This is how jacked up Michigan CPS is after that report.
They still allowed her to adopt Naziah >> at that first Bedford location. Um, how many other kids in addition to Nazia lived there?
um my other two uh my grandson and my other grandchildren.
>> Okay. So, how many kids total in that?
>> Um six. She was six.
>> And you and Shannon, correct?
>> Well, >> living there.
>> Shannon, she she was there, but she wasn't really like there all the time.
>> Okay. She would spend more majority of her time at my house, but actually Shannon had her place out in Clinton Township.
>> And when you were there um in January of 24, how old was Nisiah at that time?
>> January um 24 um she had uh 13. She had had a birthday in September.
>> And was she going to school?
>> Yes, she was.
>> What school did she attend? Uh J Clark Preparatory Academy >> and is that also in Detroit?
>> Yes, it is.
>> Um just generally, can you tell us about your morning routine with the kids specifically as I am about getting them to school and things like that?
>> Sure. Um okay. 6:00 a.m. That's when I get the children up. Um they usually get up, get dressed, prepare themselves.
about 7:15, 7:20. Um, we're basically saying prayer and we're loading up in the car. I'm dropping them off at school at 7:30. Breakfast starts at 7:30 and they like to eat breakfast at school.
>> And is that does that include Nazia? You would drop her off at JD >> all together? Yes.
>> Now, I want to talk about uh let me ask it this way. Did you know someone by the name of Jarvis Buts? Yes.
>> And do you see Mr. Butts in the courtroom today?
>> If you need to stand up then >> now maybe the lawyer is in the way. I don't know.
Maybe the lawyer is in the way, right?
We gonna come back because I want to try to get as much as this out the way. Okay, so now second, it says the record believes respondents claim that there was no evidence presented below regarding But's conduct.
The petition extensively detailed several allegations of abuse perpetrated by Butts and further alleged that respondent ignored But status as a register sex offender as early as 2012.
Additionally, there were reports from ah z and another relative about butt's sexual misconduct.
Third, the fact that respondent underwent training and was approved to be an adoptive parent before her children were sexually assaulted does not diminish. the fact that once the children were in her care, she knowingly allowed a registered sex offender to live with them and spend time with them unsupervised.
Responded status as an adoptive parent does not excuse her subsequent abusive and neglectful conduct toward her children.
finally responded speculation that the kids talk interview could disapprove ah's claim of abuse does not negate the other credible evidence weighing in favor of termination.
Both ah and ZH reported that responded with them. According to ZH, he was even hit so hard in the face that he bled. AH also reported that she was repeatedly sexually assaulted by another child in the respondent's home. AH told responded about the sexual abuse, but responded did nothing to stop it. ZH co cor cooperated I'm sorry ZH cooporated ah allegations claiming that he witnessed the abuse firsthand additional evidence submitted to the trial court alleged that the children were sedated with melatonin and that there was a lock on the family's refrigerator suggesting severe abuse. abuse and neglect.
Although respondent was appropriate during weekly visits, the children were so afraid of her that they had to be continuously coaxed into participating and even required therapeutic intervention to facilitate visits.
responded also minimized the reasons for the court's involvement and avoided taking responsibility for her actions, choosing to blame others instead. By contrast, the children were doing well in their foster care placement and had bonded to their caregivers. Their foster parent took them to trauma based counseling, plan to enroll them in grief counseling and obtain individual education plans, IEPs to address their academic and mental health needs and was willing to adopt them according regardless of what additional evidence. And that's why the children don't want no dealings with any of family members.
Poor babies.
That wicked witch.
This was a sad reading. Very, very sad.
She whooping Naziah Harris for giving them kids food. I mean, so it just just listening to this now. would really really really really just see even without any of this information we were able to detect and see that Annette didn't give a damn about Naz. But now after reading this, now after this has been released, YOU YOU YOU definitely can't run from this and that.
You can't remember Naziah holding hands and praying with those kids. And also remember she told Jarvis, "I ain't going to never get out of this hell hole."
I can imagine her prayers.
But remember, she said, "I ain't going to never get out of this hell hole." I see Chrissy cakes shank. Read my previous comment.
I think I did, Miss Parker.
This was a sad reading. Let me see.
Shank, why is it so hard for you to see what's in our face when it comes to Shannon and that? You got to let me drop the link, Miss Parker. You let me drop the link.
Whoever you could put it in words, right? I'm right there with you, Alicia.
I can't believe what I'm hearing.
waving. It's our See, there y'all go messing with me. Y'all see, as y'all can see, I'm cool. I'm calm. I'm collected.
Then now then y'all messing with me now when I turn up and I get on one.
Uh, but Linda says, "Right, we knew it.
We knew it how she was."
I see you, L.
All them refrigerators had locks on them.
Notice how Vari was not listed as living there. He ran away. Exactly.
Yes. Enough with giving these funky ass hoes any benefit of the doubt. They've showed us who they are.
That lady ain't You know what, man? I hope I never see this monster on the streets of Detroit. I feel you, Canel.
Brother, in my opinion, I think they like eating breakfast at school because the chains were on the fridge and she was yelling at them every morning. I feel you, Mia. Come on in, Miss Parker.
Talk to us.
Um, I know for the past since the phone calls have dropped, you changed your mind about Shannon and you've been very convincing that it was uh, this goofy, that goofy, look at that goofy, look at this goofy.
And it I I think what we was looking for for me in the phone calls, it it didn't come how I wanted it, but it came how I needed it to. Especially that's why when Shenra dropped her new phone calls and she played Shannon's first, it was important to listen to that again because he said, "We're your mama."
You get what I'm saying? And what could a net clear up for Jarvis Shank at that?
What could if if if they're looking for you, what could a net say?
What could she say?
Because at this point when Shannon said in April, I got questions. No, she didn't. Because Shannon could Shannon saying they show me messages. They show she said me and mom. She specified that Annette was there, too. Me and mom both seen messages.
You was talking to her sexually like you talked to me, right, Shane? We know that from January 21st cuz when the paperwork come out and they say what? Cuz they didn't show all the messages at the preliminary.
They didn't. Again, if y'all go back to the closing arguments of the preliminary, y'all see that when the defense and the um I mean when the uh Mr. Make piece, he's reading messages that's Shannon Jones never read off or is in the text messages, you know.
So, I know they still holding on the messages and it makes you say, "What did you read?"
And you and she said, "I don't know what cuz project and casel played it the other day." She said, "I don't know what to think anymore."
Anymore means that I seen something previously, right?
>> Yes, ma'am.
>> So, when we get to these phone calls and when Jarvis said, "Uh, man, why they saying I kidnapped your niece?" She was like, "No, >> I'm with you."
>> That wasn't a plan.
>> That wasn't a plan. At one part that they was never expecting it to get out.
They thought that everything they did, you know, even Annette, they thought even with Jarvis taking this plea, y'all, Annette didn't really thought they was getting their income back. They weren't thinking about the kids. Annette thought her income was back. She was smooth selling.
No more pork chop sandwiches without hot sauce and, you know, cheese and tomatoes.
She thought she was shame. She thought she was ready to do it big and they shut her down with termination cuz the kids said Jarvis lived there.
They told your secrets, Annette.
They thought that the secrets died with a net with Naziah and Jarvis. They thought the secrets was gone with them.
No, no, no, no, no, no, no. The secret lies within them children.
The real secrets lie within them children.
They can tell what was happening before the nine in the home, the abuse. Remember they said they was over hitting on the Zia.
Did they say that?
>> Yes.
>> So, I don't I for the life of me, you know, like you said, uh yeah, I think the lawyer was in the way. lawyer wasn't in the way.
Look how high they sitting up there.
Look how high the woman Hold on straight. Look how high the woman sitting is typing. Annette's up there with them. No ma'am. Why did you look over by Judge Sabri? Who's over there but a fan? I just see a fan over there.
What's over there?
>> Now, let me slide in, Miss Parker, cuz I got to hit you in your head.
You're like most people. You really don't pay attention to what I said. You run with the first thing that you hear that I say. I asked I said, "Could the lawyer be in her way?" Now, you've been around me longer than anybody over here.
So, you know, I give my demonstration, but then, you know, at the same time, I like to ask questions to get people's opinion. So, I didn't say, "Yeah, the lawyer is in Annette's way." I asked the question. I said, "Well, could the lawyer be in Annette's way?" Same way with the broads. I didn't say that this broad did it. I didn't say that that broad did it. I said, "Could we had had Shannon figured out wrong?" I said, "Could it have been one of these Dizzy broads that's on the phones?" I said, "Could it be Dizzy Kizzy?
Follow me?"
>> No.
>> I know. I know. Stay right there. Let me move on to the um Did I read the final?
Let me see. Well, let me get to this one, Shank, before you finish doing the final. The fact that in paragraph two they said secondly, I can't get over this is the crazy part. We We watching her. We watching her with these filthy glasses on say she can't see Jarvis. Well, hell, she didn't see Jarvis's. She didn't see no conduct about Jarvis. They was like, "Oh, it's plenty of They said plenty of Bashank. pay attention to why we're here in the courtroom is because of inappropriateness per Jarvis.
And the fact that you would go to family court and lie like as if they don't have NOTHING ON JARVIS WHILE YOU'RE CUZ REMEMBER THEY DON'T TAKE THE KIDS FOR A YEAR AFTER. Let's talk about it.
Let's really run it back. They didn't take the kids when Desiah first went missing. These kids, they got taken in the end of February, beginning of March of 2025.
You get what I'm saying? So, how do you go to court in 2025 when your granddaughter went missing by this man in 2024 who was convicted by September that he was the prime suspect? September 24th, 2024, he was convicted of being the main suspect in the disappearance of your granddaughter.
Yeah. So, we're not going to go in court. We're not going to go in court in 2025 and say, "I don't see anything.
I never got to see anything about Jarvis's uh in uh misconduct." What?
What? And then people have to write down we have plethora of allegations written in the Come on Shane. What they what you think they took the kids for?
>> I don't WHAT DO YOU THINK THEY took the kids for? Annette and then she said she went to therapy. They said they didn't even see no paperwork or nothing to say you went to therapy. If they lie about if Annette is lying and she's still lying in Come on y'all. Jarvis was still alive when Annette was in family court.
She was still lying on behalf of this because of the secrets that they kept about what happened to Naziah on the 9th. That proves it. This paperwork right here shuts everything down.
Everything else to me I I ain't studing Dizzy Kizzy and all them. They was goofies. They was goofballs. They will forever be goofballs.
They're going down in history as goofballs for the monster. It's just what it is. is they they can go dating tomorrow.
>> Let me let me ask you this.
Who is responsible for the unaling of Naziah Harris?
>> Of course they going to say Jarvis Shane.
>> I I'm asking you in your opinion who's responsible for the unalivvening of Naziah Harris? I think it was a group effort >> involving who?
>> Shannon, Annette, and Jarvis.
>> All right, let's stay right there.
Stay right there for one second.
If you need to stand up and look around, I don't see.
>> Do you need glasses?
>> Yeah, my daughter My daughter has my glasses.
>> Okay. Judge, may I take a moment to go get her glasses? Y May first.
>> Yes.
>> Thank you.
>> If you could just stand up and take another look.
>> Okay.
>> Yes.
>> Do you see Mr. But it's an important thing. Could you point to him and identify a piece of clothing that he's wearing?
green uniform with the blue mask.
>> For the record, the witness has identified jurisdicted in this matter.
>> And may I approach the witness again?
>> Yes.
>> I'm approaching with what's already been admitted as people's nine.
>> And Miss Harris, do you recognize the person in that photo?
>> Yes.
>> And who is that person?
>> Jarvis.
>> And is that the same person you've identified in court here today? Yes.
>> And Miss Harris, how did you know Mr. Butts back in January of 2024?
>> Um, he's the father of my daughter's children.
>> And is that daughter Shannon Harris?
>> Yes.
>> Okay. How many kids do they have together?
>> Five.
And would he um come around your house on Bedford in January or the months leading up to January?
>> Um whenever he did come, he would always pull up in a um white truck and Shannon would go out to the car and they would sit and talk or whatever, but he would very rarely come in my house.
>> Okay. And during that time when he would come around and sit in his car, um was there any times that he would interact with Naziah that you saw?
>> Not not that I remember. No.
>> Okay.
Okay. So I was kind of like expecting her to say, well, you know, there was one occasion where there was a birthday party and he did come in the house, but she failed to disclose that. All right.
So now back to Shannon and that and Jarvis involvement. Okay. Now, um allegedly, um Naziah is no longer alive.
Um, Jarvis is no longer alive. Uh, allegedly Shannon and Miss Annette received immunity. So, case closed.
Correct, Miss Parker?
>> Okay, you lost me there. What did you say? The case closed on what?
>> Because Naziah is deceased, Jarvis is deceased, and that and Shannon was given immunity. So, the case should be closed.
>> This is what I think. Me and another sister was just discussing this a minute ago and I'm hoping this is the case. I'm just hoping I'm hoping that they can charge them cuz they're they're they're putting down all of this crazy stuff. We're we're like we're I'm not the only one watching looking at this paperwork side eye like all these kids and y'all knowing they're knowingly saying shank if you look at the paperwork it ain't no speculation.
It ain't no get to point the fang at this person and that person. They're knowingly stating that Annette allowed this to happen. They said Jarvis lived there. He lived there.
So, it sounds to me like uh let's get some charges.
Let's get some let's get some neglect charges. Let's get some charges going because this is stating for a factual um Yeah. No, I never seen Nai [ __ ] Fost Kid said different.
False kids. Somebody said he lived there cuz they they put that in your paperwork. They said that Annette had training.
She had training about stuff like this.
So, she can't say she didn't know the signs. She can't say she didn't.
Everything is put in this paperwork for a reason.
The way it is.
This is an appeal. By the way, Annette was appealing to get these kids like like she's so sick.
And Annette was had honcho over this.
Trust me, when it came to her granddaughter, she was that Shane.
Anytime you go to the courthouse, I mean, that's why I said if I didn't know the case and I was new to it, I was swear she was just testifying like she was a neighbor.
I mean, I call her to, but her family calls her. So, you ain't family. The separation, the disconnecting, it started then at the preliminary.
It started once they said it was lady and it was this and it was that. It started when she went to the school versus going to the police station. But on January 11th, then she go down there and press charges on that little girl, try to press charges on that little girl that fall. She couldn't go on the 9th when it was urgent that her granddaughter did not walk in the house on that cold winter night when a storm was brewing.
when that storm was brewing and it was freezing and you didn't you wasn't you come on Shane I'd have been down there pacing the police floors even when they said yeah you got to wait 24 hours I have stayed down there I'm staying that whole 24 hours about mine Shannon said she asked Annette you want me to call police n of course not and Florentino both said Annette called the police on the night on Mark D's. V said it on his first interview. He said he was there.
That's why Annette went to the school cuz I don't care what nobody say. George her. Why y'all think they all retired and did all that stuff? That was the man. It ain't cuz they let him go out quietly.
Kim Worthy know she let she let them people walk away quietly without the humiliation when they said they wasn't taking notes and doing all of that and doing this the same way they went and got the toothbrush. Why y'all didn't get the tablet then?
Why is we coming a day apart uh uh twice a week? We coming once a week getting item. Uh yeah, we kind of get toothbrush. We'll be okay.
We'll be back in two weeks to get the tablet. Okay.
When they when Janelle told Shannon when Janelle told Shannon that hey social workers was coming, Shannon wasn't living with Annette at the time.
So when they went over there to Annette to talk to the kids there, Jarvis's name was mentioned through a net.
AND THEY MADE THE kids lie.
They been holding these secrets. SHE BEEN HOLDING THEM since Charles.
So we not going to skip past that. See, we over. We passed the generation.
Annette was letting Charles do her own.
She told Jarvis at that birthday party, "You going to keep doing drivebys? I thought you was family."
We trying to understand to this day why Annette was talking to her when Shannon grown as hell. We talking about a girl in her well in her 20s and 30s her mama talking for her for what?
WHY YOUR MAMA IN YOUR BABY DADDY FACE talking about he doing drivebys? He don't sleep with you or daddy.
So see Shane and the thing is it's other stuff that was going on in that house per the paperwork they said another child was was touching the foster kids. What?
But that came out if you remember when Dre talked about it when he did when Mark D first went in that house.
Yeah. He definitely said y'all got to talk to Dre about that. He said that Kea son was like Jarvis had Jarvis. Yeah.
Yeah. I think I'mma play it to my think I'mma play it to my jog a couple of memories back. What was said? So when we seeing this paperwork sh been coming out that's why Jarvis said where your mama she need to fix this.
What could a Netflix fix for Jarvis Shank?
>> And that goes back to what I was saying as far as now if if I'm going to lean towards anybody helping Jarvis. strong possibility that Miss Annette and Jarvis gave Naziah the pills or Jarvis maybe Jarvis was present and Annette gave it the pills and that's why he said tell your mom to fix this or maybe you know it was both of them that was there.
Could that be it Miss Parker? It was talked as a collective cuz let's not forget Shank. See, we we want to skip past the fact that Jarvis told Denzel Washington, what's his name? All right. All right. All right. Jay, Detective Jay, >> he told Jay that he told when the kids would call him and ask for nails and stuff. You get what I'm saying?
>> Mhm. Annette knows that she was allowing him to go to the school and pick him up and take him to work.
You was allowing him to go to that school.
They said you've been knowing he was a pedophile before. They said early as 2000. They said early as 2012.
Y'all, we 10 years past that.
We 10 years past that.
So yeah. Yeah. And remember he told remember on the phone he told Tashiana didn't ask Jarvis about no business with them or nothing. She said where do they live? Yeah. You know what I'm saying?
You know what I'm saying? I I got business with with her. You know what I'm saying? We we put each other I put them on. She said, he said, "We put them on something and she puts or they put us on something." What y'all putting each other up on?
What was they putting each other on? Cuz Annette said she ain't got no income at the for the non impact statement.
She ain't got no income. Driver said y'all's in business together. Somebody in the house.
We know. We know. Monkey don't what business shank and you ever notice they answer questions for saying stuff that ain't nobody Yeah, he would come in a white truck. They didn't ask so what he came in.
They said would Jarvis come over often was the question. Yeah, he come over in a white truck. Okay.
Okay.
They didn't ask the what color vehicle drivers come in. Shane, why? Why? And and and this ain't a dig or why ain't no services been conducted for that baby. This man took the plea back in February. What? Like, you know what I'm saying?
They thought it was going to be over.
She again had to give permission for Jarvis to get that plea and she did.
She's so guilty she couldn't even say the baby name in court.
She talked about her income and being harassed.
You still living. Your grandbaby gone.
You want to talk about you?
>> I digress.
Let me go back to Granny Monster.
Now, I want to talk specifically about January 9th. You had described your morning routine with the kids. Did you follow that routine on January 9th?
>> Yes, I did. And did that include dropping Naziah off at J Clark 7:15 to 7:30?
>> Yes.
>> And can you tell us what she was wearing on January 9th, 2024?
>> Yes, she was wearing a pair of uh light powdered blue jeans with a light powdered blue jacket that had um the black uh little fur around the collar.
It was like a two-piece set.
>> Okay. And did she have a sweater on or a shirt on or something?
>> She had a shirt. She wore a shirt underneath it.
>> And you remember did she have any other clothes with her on the 9th when you dropped her off?
>> Um she had her um little uh blue um sweatshirt with the little hoodie. She had that with her.
>> And do you know how or when she got that hoodie? Um, I bought that hoodie for her.
I guess it was in the fall sometime when I bought it when I mean it wasn't nothing new. It was just one of her old hoodie jackets she used when she go to gym.
>> Okay. And in terms of if you know the condition of that hoodie on the knife, was it torn, ripped, um, damaged in any way?
>> No. No, it was fairly really like kind of like still new because she took pretty good care of her things.
>> Okay. Mhm.
>> Yes.
>> Wait, did didn't she just say it ain't like it was new or nothing >> and then she turned around and said it was fairly new. Am I tripping?
>> I thought she just said out of her mouth. I mean, it wasn't new or nothing.
It was just one of her hoodies. And then when they said, "Was it ri?" Nah, it was still fairly new. Well, wait a minute.
I'm just now catching on to that. Well, it wasn't newer. It wasn't.
You dropped off at school, but Kim Worthless them put in that paperwork.
The bus took her.
>> She caught the bus. That's in Kim Worthless paperwork, not a news article or nothing. That's in the paperwork.
Is it a black hoodie or a blue hoodie?
Cuz a long time I've been hearing black. I just heard her say blue. Am I tripping y'all? Did maybe I need I mean I don't know. Shane I I just It says after respondent pleaded no contact no contest to the allegations and the petition.
The trial court assumed jurisdiction over the children and found that there were statutoial grounds to terminate respondents parental rights as noted above. Then during the best interest hearing, evidence was introduced that in addition to but sexual abuse, ah was sexually abused by another child living in respondent's home and that when ah told respondent about this abuse, respondent failed to do to take any action. AH and Z also reported that respondent physically abused them. The trial court ultimately found that termination was in the children's best entrance. The appeal followed. You want to come in on that, Miss Park, or you want me to finish reading?
>> I'm just nauseous about the whole thing.
Go ahead, finish reading. Shane, >> we review. It says two standards of review. We review a trial court's best interest determination for clear error in white. It says 303 Michigan a71.
Okay. Now comes to the anal analysts responded contends that the trial court error by determining that termination was in her children's best interest. We disagree. The trial court must order the parents rights terminated.
DHS was established a statutorial ground for termination by clear and convincing evidence and it finds from a prepodorance of the evidence on the whole record that termination is in the children's best interest. Then it comes down. It says on appeal respondent argues that termination was not in the children's best interest because the trial court failed to give adequate weight to respondents engagement with her caseworker and participation in individual therapy and parenting time.
There was no evidence presented regarding Butt's conduct. respondent's history of adoption demonstrated that >> this [ __ ] >> Come on.
>> Go ahead.
>> She She going to go foul, y'all. They already terminated it. She went back and filed an appeal cuz y'all got to think she's a monster, too. Jarvis felt right. When I say Jarvis felt in one of the best atmospheres, like the other ladies was goofies and openly and willingly in allowed them in their homes cuz even though Kizzy didn't know his charges, she told him on the phone call I'd have been down like Brandy.
Why you didn't tell me you to judge me?
I wouldn't.
Here she is with two little babies.
You get what I'm saying? But but they was just like him.
They was just like him.
She was so used to CHARLES JARVIS wearing Charles suits.
That made that that did something to her.
That did something to her. when he put on that uh you know that polyest pursuit of Charleses at her party.
WHY YOU THINK JARVIS FELT SO comfortable walking in?
It wasn't them five kids he had by shedding and three four how many ever he had by her.
That was his den. And remember his best friend Mark D. Frog D.
Frog D did that live and said that was Jarvis's harvesting den and I believed it based off the text messages and the things he said.
Shannon want to know she can come upstairs. We're not going to let that slide.
Did they say I can go with you 1 and 2 in the morning? Bringing Janiah home at 2, man. Shane, come on, man. Like Yeah.
Like I ain't even great play with these people with this. This is disgusting.
It's beyond disgusting. It's very disturbing. And and it and and it it's a lot of stuff in this cuz don't forget they even said the kids it's an ah and whatever the other initial is Z said that they talked about Jarvis's misconduct with them.
It wasn't just the other child in the house. They said they also stated Jarvis's inappropriate conduct with them.
Can you imagine it take us to go look at Naziah's messages saying I mean I can't wait to get out of this hell hole. What about the others too?
And then they said they had to coax the kids. They said consistently coax. Don't they didn't just say coax. They said consistently.
Y'all consistently force these kids to be ret-raumatized.
When they said I'm scared, that's like making me go see my grapes.
That's like forcing me to sit in a room with my grapes and watch them fake smile and frown and shank.
And y'all got the nerve, which termination is good, but it's the it's it's it man, this is crazy, man. This is it. It's it's it's And y'all ain't going to bring no charges. all the stuff we just read in this paperwork and you mean tell me they get to walk again. This this is crazy.
>> And let me slide in, Miss Parker. And I can understand why many feel that Jarvis was set up. Many people feel like Jarvis definitely didn't take his own life.
Okay? Because now, you know, Javvis is out the way. So Jarvis can't tell on nobody. It's a done deal.
I get it.
But I've and and we've all felt as though it was bigger than Jarvis. No matter what platform you went to, no matter what content creator you listen to, WE ALL FELT THAT IT WAS BIGGER THAN JARVIS.
Am I correct, Miss Parker?
>> I mean, Shank, at this point, absolutely.
So now with this, it's like, man, like I said before, you came over, Miss P, every time I think I got it, every time I think I damn near nipped the case, every here comes something else and I be like, man, my head already is hurting. Now here comes something new. It's like, golly, I still >> Go ahead, Miss Parker. Go ahead. GO AHEAD.
>> SHE'S SO BOLD with the allegations that was against her that she went back and retried it. Like you you can't make this up.
You knew what was on that paperwork.
It's like you >> Yeah. It's like It's like you It's like I got caught stealing out of the store.
The security guard and the manager give me a break and say, "All right, you know what, Shankai? All right. just don't come back in the store. And then I'll wait till the security guard get off and the MANAGER LEAVE, GO BACK IN the store and try to steal again. That's how it is.
>> Yeah. Yeah. That's exactly a great example.
>> Go in with the security guard. They're like they not going to remember who you are, you know. But hopefully I mean I mean this the time to write the letters.
This the time to write the letters.
Y'all mean tell me that y'all said she was trained.
She was trained cuz she the kids belong to the state. Them kids belong to the state. They're state custody kids regardless if you get them custody of them or not.
You could adopt her, but kids still belong to the state.
So, she got to go to do trainings and stuff. It ain't like our kids, us having kids, and you know, we just live life and take care of our kids, go to work, have these belong to the state and you traumatize them kids like that.
You y'all and and they're not the first ones that said they told. That's the part that's that's the part that I don't get, shame. These these two ain't the only kids that said I told them the other two said it too.
So you be to tell B they don't get charged with neglect.
They don't get they didn't get charged with perjury.
They don't get charged with neglect.
Here come thick tongue, thick cow tongue. worthless saying they she knows for a fact Jarvis was the father. SO WHERE'S THE DO WHERE'S THE WHERE'S the you mean TO TELL ME Y'ALL GOING TO LET THESE TWO grown ass pigs in a blanket?
I didn't know she was pregnant. There go another one.
She didn't have seen her last but I dropped off. There go another one.
Jarvis was barely in the house. He barely Yeah, he just pull up outside but they said on the paperwork he live with him. There go another one.
I mean, there's plenty of lies throughout this thing with just Shannon in the net. Shane, I mean, I could keep going, but this paperwork here is sick. I'm sorry. I I'm sorry. I done read some stuff, but this this right here is sick.
>> That's all I got was the three pages. Do you got the fourth one or the fifth one?
I didn't see nothing but the three pages. I I didn't see nothing but the three pages. The fourth one just had names on it.
>> Let me get back to Annette. And then let me um see if I may have skipped it.
Appreciate the membership perfectionist.
And you could come back up perfectionist. It wouldn't let allow you to come on a panel. You had to adjust your mic and your camera. You could come back up perfectionist if you want to.
appreciate the membership.
>> Yeah, this is sick. Shane, I'm >> Miss Harris, do you recognize what I just handed you?
>> Yes.
>> And is that a picture of?
>> Yes.
>> And do you know when that picture was taken?
>> The same day. J.
>> Any objection? No objection.
>> It'll be as people's exhibit 12.
And when you dropped Misiah off at J Clark, um what was the routine supposed to be after um after school is over?
>> Okay. Well, um when school is over, the bell rings at 2:40. Um Naziah um was due um to come home. Um, and normally, uh, when the bell ring, 2:40, 2:45, she's getting on the bus.
>> And was that that's what she normally did on other days?
>> Mhm.
>> Is that a Yes.
>> Yes. I'm sorry.
>> And what time would she normally arrive back at home?
>> Um, Desire would be walking in through the door um maybe 3:05. No later than that.
>> And on January 9th, um, did she walk in at 3:05? No, she did not.
>> And were you home when she didn't come home?
>> Um, I was there for a little while, but I I left out to run some errands. Um, but no, when I got to the house, she was not there.
>> And at that time, um, did you have a conversation with someone else about her not coming home because I not coming home?
>> Yeah. Um when I got when I picked my children up from um the after school program, I went in and my daughter said >> now let's stop right here.
>> Appreciate this super stick.
>> Break this down, Miss Parker. With this right here, break this down.
>> Lie number four. Y'all remember what she just say? Shank, what's the key word?
Yeah, I went in. Monkey said you sent the kids to the door. The kids came in and said, Granny said, did Nia make it home yet? Which one is it? Which one is it, Shane?
>> She just said, "I went in and asked Shannon." Shannon said Monkey forgot the script again. Monkey forgot the script and told the court that the kids knocked on the door said Granny said, "Didn't Desire make it home yet?" Which one is it? Ride number four.
>> Let me ask was the Lord have mercy.
Lord have mercy. I already read that.
Cornell, you wasn't in here when I read it. Cornell, I read the part when Annette was abusing her. Was Shannon and Annette covering for Jarvis? What's what's what's this?
Come on, y'all. It's like >> Annette was covering for Shannon and Jarvis played his part, too. And he was covering. See, this the thing.
Jarvis didn't care about Shannon Shane.
But see, he got Latricia involved to me.
To me, he got Latricia involved.
Jarvis didn't care about nobody but himself. But at the same time, that's why he said, "Save yourself." How am I saving myself, fool? I don't know where you went in my car cuz I just let you get the keys and you went on about your business. How am I saving myself? And then he said, "You got some laundry detergent. You got that other stuff."
And then he told her wipe everything down that he touched. Okay. Huh?
Didn't Didn't thick tongue thick cow tongue worthless say others will be charged down the line.
I digress.
>> Are we back to square one now that the phone calls have came out? Are we back to square one or are we >> Go ahead, >> Mr. I'm sorry. Go ahead.
>> Are we back to square one now that the phone calls are out or are we able to see things that we haven't already seen?
Let me come to the chat. Let me get my chat involved.
Are we back to square one?
Angel Face says that's right. Mel says she said she went in, but Shannon says she sent the kids. Sonia says Jarvis was coming for himself. Dawn the way says they all played a part and used each other for coverups. Alicia says I'm like y'all wasn't taken about no clothes. But Linda says save yourself.
Yep.
Yes, she did. Where we at with this case, y'all? Are we back to square one?
What? What have we learned new? What What's really good, y'all?
>> I ain't back to square one with nothing.
I ain't starting over. But I already had my cl my clarity was with Jarvis saying to Sh. It just gave it It really sealed the deal when he told Shannon, "Where your mom at?" And he asked for her two phone calls. Two phone calls. He asked for a netless.
>> And you see Shannon would put a net on that phone.
Blessing says, "When did grandparents stop protecting grandb babies to the fullest extinct?" This is so weird and crazy. That's facts. Cuz see, once again, y'all already know how I feel.
What would make Jarvis take the red run if he didn't do it? Sonia says, "No, we just need to get DPD under pressure."
Miss Jackson says, "Amen, Miss Parker."
Shannon, I net and Jarvis because Gemini says we on square 19.
The 30 days Jarvis was still out.
Everything was fine. Once Jarvis went to jail and that was getting that money from him, they switched up on him.
Shane again. Jarvis told the detectives at that interrogation.
Every time the kids called me, I told Annette and Shane.
I mean, what more is we like, you know, we might not know to the extent the full details of what happened, but I mean, it's it's just there. Like, it ain't no digging and trying to pinpoint, oh, her her. They was just do anything for Jarvis like Angel don't talk to the detective. She didn't and she didn't.
That's that goofy stuff.
You get what I'm saying?
But we're talking about what the Don said. Everything was fine until Jarvis went in. But the thing is that gets me is on that phone call when Jarvis was talking about the paternity test.
If you pay attention to that phone call, Jarvis knew then. And then what did Jarvis say on that phone call? We all heard, man, I don't know what Shannon got going on. Why he say that?
That was the phone call to Latricia.
Remember we all heard that at court before the phone calls ever hit the scene. Man, I don't know what Shannon got going on. Why he say that?
Why did he say that to Latricia? He didn't know what Shannon had going on.
This before anybody knew it was phone call, jail calls, and all that. This was at the preliminary cuz they all knew Sonia that he do I believe Jarvis when he said he told them everything. Yeah, cuz Sonia, if we going to go there, remember, go back Sonia. He said at that interrogation, I tell Shannon and N every time I talk to them. And what did Shannon say on that phone call that came out? You remember you said last year over the summer when Ta did that goofy [ __ ] I mean, I digress.
Let's not forget when Shannon said that.
If y'all go back to Mark D's live that when Desiah Harris's father spoke out, he said Annette hadn't called me in forever and she called me home about.
Yeah, I just wanted to call and tell you that uh somebody was pretending to be Nia's daddy. Now we know who it was.
Jarvis per the jail calls. I'm just saying it's right there. I mean it's it's it's just right there.
Other things might come out on the phone call to make you think like, "Oh, did they know? Did she know? Oh, did she know?"
We just know them was women that didn't care about the allegations with Angel. Am I shocked shank with her?
Nah, cuz Mark did show the CPS report where Angel when the CPS went to her house almost 10 years ago and she said, "He ain't touching my kid." So, you know. Okay. Well, you know, that's a response a normal person wouldn't give.
So, >> it just really put the icing on the page.
>> I'll rephrase the question.
>> Okay. s >> um just talking about what you saw and heard um and not asking for what anybody said, but did you talk to Shannon, your daughter?
>> Yes.
>> Shannon Shannon says she was not there.
>> Oh.
When you got home that day on the 9th, did was Nia there?
>> No.
>> And did you eventually make the police report about her missing?
>> Yes, I did.
>> And when did you do that? Um, uh, that morning when I got to school, uh, I went up and dropped the kids off to school.
Uh, I talked with the, uh, dean, uh, and the principal and, um, I told them that I was on my way, um, to police station and they told me that they would call the police and the police DPS police came there.
>> Um, and you said DPS, is that Detroit public schools?
>> Yeah. And did you talk to an officer um at that time at the school?
>> Yes, I did.
>> And was that at JD Clark physically at that location?
>> Yes.
>> And you said that morning, are you talking about the morning of the 10th?
>> Yes.
>> Was Naziah um active on social media if you know?
>> Well, as far as I know, she was. Um, I mean there were times that she would sneak and go on it, you know, but yeah, she was >> Okay. And did you keep track of her social media pages like Tik Tok or Facebook or anything like that?
>> Um, I tried. Um, a lot of times, um, you know, I would take her phone and stuff from her, you know, so, you know, to keep her from being on there, you know.
And after the 9th, um, did you ever see any posts made by Nisiah?
>> I didn't see any posts. Um, most of the time, um, you know, if there was a post or something or she posts, my daughter or someone would call me and tell me.
>> Now, Miss Parker, now in the chat and replay game can help me out. What did you get out of that, Miss Parker? when she said most of the times my daughter because he asked her about Naziah posting after the time when she was reported missing and she said no I didn't notice or I didn't see anything but most of the times that she would post you know my daughters or somebody else now cuz she had been talking past tense somebody clear that up for me >> I mean Shank I I caught it just like you did it was a yes or no question to me.
Wasn't it a yes or no question to you?
>> Yes, ma'am.
>> It was a no. My granddaughter, I ain't seen nothing after the night. She didn't say that.
She said most of the time, she did not say yes or no. Shane, she said most of the time my daughter um my daughters would tell me she uh will make posting.
What?
That was a yes or no question. And what was you taking her tablet and phone for?
Let's talk about that. Why did they get to that?
But she didn't say yes or no shank. I caught it too. Lie number five.
>> Have you ever heard after the ninth ever heard any communication or seen as >> when is that a no?
>> No. And when you dropped her off on the 9th at school at J Clark was the last Was that the last time you saw her?
>> Yes.
>> Yes.
>> Um just to follow up, I I did forget to ask this. Her bus stop, how far from your house was that in walking distance?
>> Five minutes.
>> And do you know where the location that she got dropped off at was the the address or the intersection? Uh right there at Three Mile Drive in Cornwall.
>> And that's five minutes from your house.
>> Yeah.
>> And did Nia have any nicknames that people call her?
>> Um where her family called her um Tut, but I've always called her Glamorous.
I've been calling her ever since she was born.
>> Say glamour.
>> Glamorous.
>> Oh, we have one more question.
>> Yes. You said Tuda.
>> Ta. Ta.
>> Mhm.
Good morning.
>> Good morning.
Now, you are Desire's maternal grandmother, right?
>> Correct.
>> You're also her adopted parent, correct?
>> Correct.
>> And you said you adopted her in 2016?
>> Yeah. Should have been around 16.
>> Okay.
Is her birth mother still around?
>> She is.
>> Okay. Does she have a relationship with her?
>> No, >> she doesn't have any type of relationship, no contact with her that you know of. I Well, let me say this. I don't deal with my daughter, so she really didn't have really no contact with Naziah like that. She only came around now and then.
>> Can you pause?
>> You testified that you currently stay on Bedford Street.
>> Come on, Miss Pa.
>> So, if you don't fool with your daughter, why you take her to the school with you on the night?
If they didn't have no relationship, why did you take her around on the night? Why did you take her to the school?
I'm just saying.
I I'm just like And then it's like somebody said somebody mentioned like I forgot who it was about a month ago and they was like ain't it almost like the prosecutors was making them say certain things like when they said so cuz you asked the question about them saying have you seen any text on the night? He said, "So, did you see any more texts after the night?" Mm-m.
He said, "Is that a no?" Oh, no. You get what I'm saying? But you just asked for that.
When you asked her the first time, it was most of the times when she You get what I'm saying? It's certain things. at now I'm seeing that people had pointed out in the chat was like ain't it almost like they was making them say certain things said they had to because they had immunity when did they get the immunity though when did they get the immunity and why would they be given I don't let me >> cuz you got to remember They didn't take the kids till after way after they had the preliminary. You get what I'm saying?
>> And I think when the kids really started talking at the kids talking things and boom, they seen the lies and versus the kids story cuz she said Jarvis pulled up. He would never come in. He hardly came in our house. So the kids done talked. He lived there and they always some lies going on. And when I talked to the detective, the retired detective, she was just basically telling me that she was like they didn't have nothing hanging over a like Angel didn't have no previous cases, no prior cases coming up or nothing. She said they can't make you talk if they don't got nothing showing that you know they just had only thing they had on Angel was that it pinged the phone pinged over there at that time at a certain point in time his phone pinged there but it was in the preliminary if y'all go back in one part of the preliminary it was Paul's after he went to attric. It was like it was like an hour and a half that passed. The hour and some change that passed.
But then in the ping section of it cuz I forgot how it went in a certain part. I got to find I got to look in the transcripts.
But then in the ping part they had him here going to the hotel like no I ain't you get what I'm saying? It just a lot of stuff just didn't make sense.
Cuz the woman said the the the retired detective said they wanted Jarvis with it being so many victims. They wanted Jarvis.
She said they didn't want Shannon on that. They really wanted Jarvis.
But she said they had a meeting. Shannon had a meet with Worthless, Make Peace, Jarvis's attorneys, the detectives and the investigators.
And the captain and Annette had the same thing.
She didn't say what they said. She said, "Y'all will not get those." That's what she said. Y'all will not get that paperwork. But she said those two was given immunity.
She said what they said they knew, I don't know.
She said, "But that goes on the shelf with Naziah's case. We won't get that."
So you mean to tell me on this paperwork they cuz they got Niah's initials too with a H and Z, right?
>> Mhm.
>> And that these kids was being abused and that one of the kids was deceased per the abuse.
But that's who the abuser had to tell what what he where he put her body. Get get out of here, Shane.
>> Right. And and Right. And then they don't even get the body.
I'm just saying. You mean to tell me now? And it's crazy that we get to see this now after everything is said and done. This paperwork comes out and it's like, man, this should just show the corruption all over again. Like, man, just when we thought, that's why I said that's why I titled mine. Just when we thought we knew everything, it just kind of like y'all can have it, man. Latoya, good luck with that.
Good luck with that. They thought they see they Annette and them really thought that with that plea, they really thought they was going to go live their little house on the prairie life and that all their secrets was dead.
But this right here for me, this paperwork put the icing on the cake, it really shows another disturbing side.
And it just kind of let me know like, okay, this this no charges for them. The lies, the perjury, they got away with that. The abuse and the neglect of Naziah, they got away with that. Now we got the foster kids being abused and neglected. And y'all stated it. Y'all stated it. Y'all stated it. They stated that in the paperwork and they get to walk free, man. Say >> a little bit more and that cuz I don't know how much longer I could take of her though.
>> Yes.
>> Right. I think you just right. You lived on two houses on Beford Street.
>> Correct.
>> Right. Um and the desire to have friends on Beford Street that you were aware of.
She had friends, but um her friends didn't live on Bford.
>> Okay.
>> Do you know if she ever had any friends over?
>> No.
>> Did she ever spend the night at any of these friends houses?
>> No.
>> And at your prior neighborhood, is she have friends that she may have spent the night over?
>> No. Okay.
>> You indicated that there are approximately six children in the house.
Well, um, not now. Um, when he asked me about the address, yes, >> I lived at two houses that which is on the same street of Beard.
>> Okay.
>> Okay. So, the house that we lived in before um it was my children and my daughter's children.
>> Your daughter being Shannon?
>> No, Marquita.
>> Marquita. Okay.
And did Desiah have a any close relationship with any of these children particularly?
>> Um she was she was close with um my granddaughter, one of my granddaughters.
Yeah.
>> Which granddaughter is that?
>> Um Messiah. I mean um Janiah. Okay.
>> All of their names are similar.
And Janiah is the is Shannon's daughter.
>> Yes, >> that would be and that would be Jarvis's daughter as well. Correct.
>> Correct.
>> And your street address, how many adults lived there?
Uh, just me and Shannon.
>> Okay. When did Shannon >> I'm sorry.
>> When did Shannon come in and I guess uh back in um October, last October or something?
>> That would be October of 23.
>> Yeah.
>> Okay.
>> All right, y'all. This what we gonna do, y'all. Anna B just dropped um I think it's a new phone call. And just to show her the proper love, I'mma just end this so everybody can go ahead and check out her new uh phone calls that she dropped and I'll react to Anna Bees tomorrow. So I'll see everybody back here tomorrow at 12 PM and I'll react to Anna Bees. Any last words before we get out of here, Miss Parker?
I'm nauseous.
I'm not either. You know, it it it's sad. That's all I can say. It's it's it's very disturbing, but when you read it, it's it's just like it's like a horror movie. So, yeah, a horror movie with a million twists and turns, you know, uh justice for the kids, prayers to the families that are taking care of the kids. God bless them and stuff. And you know, right now we can just thank God that um God is uh working through um and stuff. You know, we can only, you know, um hope that other charges will come and stuff like that, but you know, you really just got to pray for them kids right now. All of them. I mean, this is crazy.
All right. Appreciate you, Miss Parker.
All right. Salute everybody. Y'all go ahead over to Anna Bees.
Catch our replay of these phone calls and I'll see y'all tomorrow at 12 PM.
We'll react. I'll react to Anna Bees.
All right. Salute everybody. I'll leave the chat running and y'all can hang around. Salute everybody.
You're doing a good job.
>> Look who's calling.
>> Hello.
>> Hey, Naira. This is T.
>> Hey, T. How you doing?
>> I'm good. I actually just came out of a meeting and um that um well, the offer that I just fell through actually. So, I was wondering um if you were still on board for that. And also I talked to um a major plug and he has opened up the pipelines for me. So with him doing that, the extra hustle I was telling you about with that cute face to go with it is open as well. So I was just wondering if you are still interested.
>> You know what? I'm down. I'm with it.
>> Okay, let's get this started. I'll uh be bringing you the paperwork. We'll go over that and then I'll let you know about the other things.
>> Okay. I'm I'm looking forward to speaking to you. Thank you for calling me.
>> You're welcome.
>> Bye.
>> Wow. And that's why I never trusted her in the first place.
