[00:00:01]All right, welcome back in, guys. We just got off a very, very exciting live stream. We were live streaming uh all morning long and uh it was a long two and a half hour process, but we have massive news here to talk about in the cryptocurrency market. Bitcoin is pumping, altcoins are moving up a little bit, and uh this is certainly the start, I think, to a new era for crypto. We're going to break it all down for you guys in this quick video. Make sure you stick around until the end. We've got a bunch of details jam-packed. I don't want to keep you too long, but there's a lot to get into and I'm going to keep it really tight, but everything's important in this video. Uh, just to hear everything and how it all shook out and how it all went down. But the Senate Banking Committee passes the Clarity Act in a 15-9 vote. So, what does this mean? Well, it means that the bill now goes to the full Senate. In other words, one more step to go to get this across the finish line. And essentially, this is been years in the making. The law just defined who can custody for you. The harder question now is whether we need them. Self- custody architecture still the layer no bill can write in my opinion. Senate floor and House reconciliation still ahead and uh so many things to dive into in terms of what we just saw. The Clarity Act now advances to the Senate Banking Committee in a 15-9 bipartisan vote with two Democrats voting in favor. Uh that was uh Senator Ruben Galgo and Senator Angela Also Brooks. They were the two Democrats voting in favor to help get this thing pushed across the line. And uh what we've got now uh is, you know, some some very big days ahead of us. So the House, if you remember, already passed uh a version of the Clarity Act back in 2025 with bipartisan support.

[00:02:11]That was a big day. And so this has been going on for a while. Today's session was all about whether the Senate Banking Committee advances it toward a full Senate vote. that is happening now.

[00:02:22]Banks have been lobbying heavily against a lot of different parts of the stable coin yield language. Democrats have been pushing ethics and conflict of interest amendments. Uh but the market was watching closely today bipartisan support. We're going to take a look at some charts here in just a second. The market was watching especially for bipartisan support which we got that uh amendment outcomes which it was a little wonky. If you want all the details on that, go watch to our live stream. Uh, but I thought Tim Scott did a phenomenal job of outlining his thesis on why he did what he did. Um, stable coin yield language came up again, DeFi protections, SEC verse CFTC jurisdiction clarity. All of these have been points of contention and important parts of this bill. But a bipartisan committee vote uh now is viewed as very bullish for crypto policy momentum and for the entire crypto market at large. And let's dive in and take a look at the charts. I do have some thoughts on Bitcoin right now, the rest of the market, what we're seeing and how it could all play out uh at, you know, various junctures here today. So, if we look here, uh Bitcoin has pressed all the way up to the top of the range. Early this morning, I said this on the Crypto Breakfast Club, which is our daily X space. You don't want to miss on all of this because all these markets are colliding. It's coming into like one big space, right? But Bitcoin is coming up at the top of the range.

[00:04:08]Now, we were up at the top of this range back on the 6th where we pressed up to like 82,500 uh as you can see right here back on May 6th and we did it again on Sunday actually not too long ago uh just a few short days ago. So now we're stuck at the top of this range. Can we break through it? Maybe some momentum to 83,000. That is what we're looking at.

[00:04:30]And if we can get up here and sustain it, my oh my, this would be a change of pace. If you look here at the 2-hour chart, I've got the 2-hour up. Uh, we're looking at the same thing here, just a little bit more zoomed in version. You can kind of see what's going on. Uh, Bitcoin has been up at this 827 range, 825 range before. We're pressing right up there again. And now the big question is, are we going to come up here and get knocked back down or is this going to create a third opportunity for us to break through this and create a new floor uh right now for price action? So that's what we're watching for. Uh Bitcoin before all this started early this morning uh was well below $80,000 and you know uh that's kind of where we had our resistance line. We broke through that during the discussion. Uh there's a channel uh near 82 to 86.

[00:05:24]Obviously, we're kind of pressing up into that range right now. We do have some initial support uh down at 79,200 to the downside from here and then 78.

[00:05:33]Then our next support would be all the way back down to $75,000.

[00:05:39]Now again, I think what we saw here the last 4 hours or so was that the market really digested this well and and are enjoying what they heard from the Senate Banking Committee. Obviously, this thing passing is huge. Hyperlid is the leader right now. Uh Hyperlid, I mean, a straight line up today. Look at that. Uh here, up over 11%. If you look out to the weekly, man, things were looking very bearish on hype. I mean, short-term, right? I'm long-term bullish on this asset as we come into, you know, a new regime with midterm elections coming up. I I think this is going to be uh really really a great opportunity to uh catch this one relatively early, but man, this is uh turning into a nice buy the dip opportunity down there at 37, ripping up higher. We'll see if it sustains itself. Could I see, you know, hype coming back down to the $30 range at some point, you know, if Bitcoin loses some of its luster a little bit throughout the summer months? Certainly, it could happen. But I would be a buyer down at that $30 range. That's what I'm waiting for. That's where I've accumulated already. So, if we did come back down there, I would be a buyer there. Uh, Canton finally catching a bit, a little bit up almost 10%. Uh, and we're seeing here Render makes some moves. XDC, A Bitenzer, Tao waking up a little bit. Chainlink has been quietly waking up. Nothing crazy to write home about, but good to see some positive price action there. Edge X has been one of those perexes that has just continued to impress. Uh, look at this thing. Up 246% since its launch, ranked number 90.

[00:07:12]It is the third largest perpetual DEX by volume. You've got Hyperlquid, you've got Aster, and you've got Edge. Uh, these three are all in my portfolio.

[00:07:24]Doesn't mean you have to go do it. Take that information for what you will. Uh I'm just here to give you guys my blueprint, what I'm seeing, how I'm playing this market. But you guys know I'm heavily concentrated in Bitcoin, Ethereum, XRP, things at the top, and then Hyperlid, one of my favorite altcoins for this upcoming cycle. I do have some exposure to Canton as well. I like the newer shiny objects. Bitensor TOA, Zcash is another one uh that I really, really like. I think it can catch another major bid uh once we get out of, you know, this kind of bearish momentum.
