[00:00:04]This is the Helix Nebula. Because of its unusual appearance, many people call it the Eye of God. This nebula is what remains of an exploded star, located about 650 light-years away from us. As the star died, it released an enormous amount of energy. Those waves traveled [music] for centuries before scientists captured them. Later, NASA transformed those signals into sound.
