Finish lane on a massive 6 townhouses project in Bali.

[00:00:00]It's been a while since the last update from our Bukit project where we're building [music] six townhouses. We've completed the landscaping. It looks absolutely stunning. All the engineering systems are finished. The windows are installed as well. Notice their height, 3.2 [music] m. Very few projects in Bali use glazing like this. Typically, you'll see 2.5 m with a transom above, but we can produce windows of virtually any size [music] since we have our own contract manufacturing in China. The kitchen is almost done. All that's left is the final polishing [music] of the granite we brought from Turkey. It's a fantastic material. The facades are also complete and this is where [music] the refrigerator will be installed. We've also started the final finishing of the stairs.

[00:00:34]>> [music] >> On the second floor, all finishing work is already complete. The furniture has been ordered and will be delivered very soon. This will be one of the bedrooms with its own bathroom. There's an identical bedroom on the other side.

[00:00:51]We also have a master bedroom. Right [music] now, it's being used as an art studio. An artist is creating around 35 paintings for the entire complex. There will be a spacious walk-in closet, a private bathroom, and access to a beautiful balcony with a glass railing.

[00:01:07]The steps are being poured and we're adding a roughened surface so the stone finish can be bonded on top with better adhesion. On the neighboring villas, landscaping is also in progress.

[00:01:16]Everything there will soon be ready for furniture installation as well. The project is moving forward. Housewarming is [music] just around the corner. We plan to fully complete this project by the end of the month.
