Content creators who build their brand on provoking others and creating conflict for views face serious legal consequences, as courts examine their entire pattern of behavior, intent, and prior incidents rather than just isolated incidents; self-defense claims become significantly harder to defend when one's public identity is built around provoking others, and the law evaluates whether a person was genuinely in fear or created the confrontation, with courts considering factors like location, escalation, and whether deadly force was reasonable.

The BEST Breakdown Of The Chud The Builder Case | Rage Baiting Finally Caught Up To HimAdded:
He needs to get some help. What's that?
Gay, low-key.
That's right there across. That's free, dude. You're trying to tell me this isn't a public easement? I stay right here.
Don't tell me what to do. Okay, well, move then. Keep yourself Keep yourself Don't chimp out.
Look at him chimping out.
Be a good boy.
You heard me.
Dumbass [ __ ] You heard me.
You want to say it again? I walked you over here to your face.
>> It's a We're live. Don't touch me, lady.
I already said it to his face. Dumbass [ __ ] First and foremost, I wasn't going to do this one, but a lot of y'all keep asking me to break it down. I wouldn't even take the time to speak on a piece of [ __ ] like this cuz it's only going to make more people go his way and see what the hell he does for a living, which ain't [ __ ] But anyway, I'm going to give y'all the Great Khali breakdown so y'all can understand this [ __ ] to build a situation to the T. And I want you to know this [ __ ] is way bigger than that shooting. The shooting is the focal point, but it's way bigger than this one. And this is what happens when that internet trolling and that rage baiting and that racial [ __ ] firearms and the real life [ __ ] consequences finally bubble up on your ass and come back to haunt you. So anyway, Shirter Billy, y'all, his real name is Dylan Eadley, Tennessee-based live streamer, if you don't baiting, harassing [ __ ] literally trying to trick them out of their position by calling them [ __ ] and all type of other chimping out, all type of other [ __ ] that that will tick somebody off that's not emotionally sound. Listen, when your whole brand is built on provoking [ __ ] in public, the law ain't just going to look at the 5 seconds when the gun come out. They're going to pay attention to the whole pattern. That's where his goofy ass most likely going to get [ __ ] up or he's going to have a hard time beating that part. Did you actually accidentally get into trouble?
Did you build a business model that's based off creating trouble and rage baiting? And that's why I keep telling y'all, especially with the Great Khali, the law don't always just look at what happened. The law be looking at what led up to this [ __ ] So what's going to come back to haunt this silly [ __ ] is his content, his behavior, his prior incidents, which is plenty of them, his live streams, his language, intent, pattern, all that [ __ ] Trust and believe all that's going to come into the courtroom in terms of the DA prosecuting whatnot. And again, not according to the reports, the shooting took place outside of the Montgomery County Courthouse, I believe, Clarksville, Tennessee.
Bro had a civil case or something going on. Altercation take place with another individual, of course, a black man. I I believe his name is Joshua Fox.
Uh one way or another, bro's being charged with attempted criminal homicide, aggravated assault, deadly weapon. Yeah, there's a gang of [ __ ] going on. His bond is currently at 1.25 million. I'm going to simplify that for you.
This wasn't just a small argument that ended with somebody getting their ass kicked, pushed, whatever. This is courthouse property, number one. You [ __ ] can't be I'm black or white, you cannot be wilding out the courthouse.
You got gunfire, you got bystanders standing around.
This is attempted murder-level charges.
Well, he got hit with attempted murder anyway. But, this is the kind of situation where the state is going to say a couple things.
This silly [ __ ] is absolutely a danger to the public, especially when they get a hold of that content. And understand something, Tennessee does have a strong self-defense and stand-your-ground um layout. But, stand-your-ground don't mean you can go around provoking [ __ ] recording people, racializing [ __ ] and then when danger show up, you get to pop a [ __ ] and just say, "Hey, self-defense," and walk scot-free. That ain't how the game work, which is why he got locked up and got that high-ass bond. Self-defense ain't a [ __ ] magic word. You don't just You don't just say self-defense and [ __ ] going to disappear. The court is going to ask, "Were you genuinely in fear?
Did you create or escalate the confrontation?" Now, all you pranksters out there, too, y'all better pay attention as well. But, did you provoke the person?
Did you have the gun ready? Were you looking for a content? Were you looking for a conflict? Were you acting uh like a person trying to survive, or were you the person that actually narrated the whole [ __ ] Cuz I told y'all he be Anybody know who bro is.
Y'all know he be putting [ __ ] in a trick bag, trying to make them crash out. But again, this why the case is dangerous for bro, because prosecutors can potentially point to the brand itself.
And anybody that know this silly [ __ ] that's what his brand is built on. Your honor, this ain't no [ __ ] random citizen that got attacked. This is a [ __ ] who go outside every day and randomly creates racially charged confrontations just for views. That's a whole different narrative.
And let me speak to the bigger issue for a second.
To all you [ __ ] out there, you young [ __ ] especially, the rage bait era is dangerous as hell. All y'all want attention. All y'all want clips.
All y'all want to go viral, but very few of y'all want to accept that real life do not pause because your [ __ ] camera on. You can troll the wrong person. You could disrespect the wrong person. You could push the wrong person. You can you can rationalize the wrong moment, and now your content strategy going to turn into a criminal case. You going to have to take a life or fight for yours.
And that's why I keep saying I've been saying for years, y'all, we got to get back to purpose, actual talent, uh substance, uh actual skills. You know, like putting out some [ __ ] that's going to matter more than 5 minutes in a viral [ __ ] moment, cuz that mess is not sustainable, as you can see. Anyway, rage baiting is easy money until that [ __ ] turn into hospital bills, bail hearings, or attempted murder charges, or your supporters trying to fund your defense through a GoFundMe, and the courts going to cut that [ __ ] off as well.
And just literally I'm saying that in a literal state because that's exactly what is going on right now. There's claims that prosecutors are trying to block and restrict his access to the fundraiser money. If nobody don't know, he threw up a GoFundMe, and y'all know the world we living in. They funded that [ __ ] boy his six figures quick.
But it like I was saying, the courts trying to step in and make sure he can't even access that bread as well.
We living in the internet age where they going to fund the chaos. They going to donate to the building.
[ __ ] they'll donate to the victim.
People will literally pick a [ __ ] side and send they bread blindly. Meanwhile, the court don't give a [ __ ] about your fan base. The court going to care about the evidence.
I'm going to go on and on. Y'all get what the [ __ ] going on cuz we done seen this movie before. Not not necessarily in his way with somebody that be rage baiting, but we done seen this movie before where y'all [ __ ] think y'all finna get in some [ __ ] open a GoFundMe, and then the court step in and say, "Nah, you ain't touching [ __ ] Go dig in your own little lint filled pocket and figure out how you going to survive this. But anyway, y'all, once the state believes that they can prove the elements of a crime, all them comments and repost don't mean a [ __ ] thing. I don't care whose side you pick. Now, the part I really want people to understand is this.
His entire content style should have made him more legally prepared, not less. He a idiot to me, not for the rage baiting. But if you know your [ __ ] provoke people, if you know people threaten you based off your content, if you know you going in the public spaces with racial tension, cameras, and confrontation, [ __ ] of all people, you should be studying self-defense, firearm, disorderly conduct, harassment, stand your ground limits. You should be studying Well, you should be a [ __ ] wizard because your whole business model is based off you risking your life every [ __ ] day.
You can't build no career poking the bear and then act surprised when the bear finally bites your dumb ass. That's like walking around with [ __ ] gasoline and matches then acting shocked when your [ __ ] catch fire. Bro, this your business model, remember? You got to be smarter than that, white boy. But anyway, this where the law starts looking at the premeditated rage bait. Not necessarily premeditated murder. Don't twist my words at all.
I'm saying premeditated conflict, premeditated provoking, premeditated public agitation for content purposes.
[ __ ] your whole style is is is built on provoking. Then you record it. Then you get the reaction. Then you turn it into content. So, now after reaction turns violent, prosecutors may may possibly argue you helped create the environment. And I don't mean the other person had the right to attack him. We going to be fair and civilized in the matter cuz you [ __ ] need to also stop crashing out by by somebody calling you a [ __ ] [ __ ] Get over it, bro. Get your emotions intact. But if you are repeatedly manufacturing hostile hostile situations, the court may view you as as not a innocent bystander who just got caught up in some [ __ ] That's the difference. You may still have rights, but your your behavior that we got on social media a million times is going to affect how your rights are interpreted. Now, let's talk about the video that you're going to show the the one where he fighting with the guy and him being detained by law enforcement. That footage matters because it gives context. It shows this wasn't some some quiet [ __ ] who avoid problems.
It shows a pattern.
When she get sticky, a pattern of public confrontation. And if I'm a prosecutor, I'm playing clips like that and saying, "Oh, this is what this [ __ ] do.
He go around creating conflict. He provoke [ __ ] He escalate public encounters and eventually somebody don't [ __ ] around and got shot." And this silly [ __ ] shot his self too.
Bro, you all bad. You ain't smart. Your accuracy ain't on point. You You are all types of [ __ ] up. Your old videos ain't just content though. Them [ __ ] going to become exhibits.
Your live streams at that point become evidence. Your clips become the motive.
Your past literally going to show the patterns and the context of what it is you do on a daily basis.
And a lot of you internet [ __ ] don't You don't understand that what the [ __ ] You think because you're you're not in the game, you're not selling drugs, you're not robbing people that you can't end up in a serious case. You absolutely wrong. You can get indicted off stupidity as well. Let this [ __ ] be a lesson to all y'all, black or white. You can get charged off your arrogance. You can lose your freedom from content as well.
And before I go any further, I want to get into the self-defense side real quick because y'all know I'm big on that. I stand on that. I had a shooting myself some years ago on self-defense.
If he got attacked, he got the right to defend himself, maybe.
But self-defense is not always just about who swung first. The question is did he reasonably fear death or serious bodily injury? That's why I be telling y'all, you have a duty to retreat in certain states.
Was deadly force reasonable? Did he escalate or de-escalate?
Did he reach for the gun before the situation required deadly force? All this going to play a role, especially if the whole the whole [ __ ] is on camera.
Did he continue uh after the threat changed? Was he protecting himself or he just try to punish the [ __ ] Same thing I broke down for y'all with the All Star case. Like you can't stand up You can't stand over a [ __ ] and shoot him 10 more times. And you self-defense going to be out.
Cuz y'all stand your ground laws are not designed for people who looking for violence. They're designed for people who are lawfully present and generally forced to defend to defend themselves.
And that's why the courthouse setting going to matter as well. You outside a courthouse. That means deputies are nearby, cameras are nearby, security is nearby, witnesses are nearby. You are not in some dark alley with nobody around. So, the state going to ask [ __ ] like this as well.
Why the [ __ ] did this turn into a gunfight at the courthouse?
Could have been avoided? Could law enforcement have stepped in?
Did he have a split second to retreat and go tell the law so they could help him or defend him or de-escalate the situation? Did he escalate faster than necessary? All that [ __ ] going to play a role. And I'm going to tell you something, the bond tell you more than anything, a 1.25 million bond mean the court looking at this [ __ ] is very serious.
And bro done [ __ ] up. Translation, the system is saying we don't see this as a [ __ ] internet drama. We see this as a public safety situation. And that's where his actions finally caught up with his dumb ass. Because you can only play with public tension so long before somebody react. And once somebody react, you ain't just a streamer no more, [ __ ] You a defendant. Now your stream turns into a discovery. Your jokes going to turn into evidence and your audience, they going to clown your ass and they going to turn into witnesses if they were present or they know anything about you. Your brand turn into a whole motive of why you do the [ __ ] that you do.
Your content history becomes part of this actual story. And I'm going to talk directly to the [ __ ] watching this video.
That's why we grab it.
This is why I say the grace kids for both the idiots and the smart [ __ ] The smart people want to learn the law before they need it. The idiots wait until they already in cuffs, already charged, already in bond court, already trying to explain why they did what the [ __ ] they did. But the law don't give a [ __ ] that you don't know.
Ignorance is expensive, y'all. Ignorance costs freedom. That [ __ ] costs families.
It costs generations.
And this situation right here is the per- unfortunately, but fortunately cuz that [ __ ] was asking for it. But anyway, this situation right here is a perfect example. If your content has the potential to create violence, you better understand the legal consequences of violence. If you carrying a gun, you better understand use of force.
I don't know how many times I got to tell y'all to go study this [ __ ] before y'all actually do it. If you provoke strangers, you better understand harassment, assault, disorderly conduct, self-defense, provoking all that. If you live stream everything, you better understand that you're building a record on yourself.
Because once and if some [ __ ] happens, the question's going to become again, "Are you really a victim or were you a participant in the chaos that you create for content purposes?" And that's the line that this case absolutely going to live on. Now, listen.
Cuz I'm not a a [ __ ] hater. I'mma simply say I ain't saying bro guilty. He presumed innocent until convicted. The court still got to prove the case.
His defense likely going to argue self-defense. I'm a 1,000% sure, but what I am telling you is this.
A self-defense claim gets way harder when your whole public identity is built around trying [ __ ] That's the master lesson.
The internet rewards escalation. The law punishes escalation every day of the week. The internet rewards disrespect.
The law going to use disrespect to show your intent. The internet going to reward the rage bait. I ain't going to lie. I'll be laughing at some of that Not his [ __ ] I don't watch his [ __ ] but some of that [ __ ] I see, I be laughing, too. But the courtroom may use the rage bait to show that you a [ __ ] that go around looking for trouble.
That's what a lot of people going to lose. They going to lose that in this era. Because they understand algorithms, but y'all don't understand affidavits.
Y'all [ __ ] understand clips.
Don't even know how to read the charges.
Y'all [ __ ] understand views, but y'all don't understand goddamn venue, jurisdiction, probable cause, bond conditions.
The fact is [ __ ] This [ __ ] took place outside of court that's still crazy to me. We'll figure out why at some point when it all do roll out. But anyway, that's why I keep telling y'all.
Learn the system that you live in. Not after you get arrested, [ __ ] but before.
Now, for everybody who says they want these breakdowns deeper deeper than Instagram can give you, that is exactly why we created the Grace Key.
