This is the Foundation of Florida Football Under Jon SumrallAjouté :
An important thing, especially in year one, is that you build a foundation for the roster.
>> I think you're building a team. You're not just getting talent. It's not just player acquisition. It's team building.
The most important guys to be on the team next year were the ones that were already here. I need to do everything I could to try to keep the best players here that fit the culture we wanted to build and what we wanted this to look like. This year was about holding signing class together. We signed 16 of the 18 that were committed. Hardly ever hear that. You very rarely hear about University of Florida's very highly ranked public institution in the SEC in a big time football environment. I want guys that are tough. They love football.
