During a traffic stop, individuals have the constitutional right to refuse to answer questions beyond providing required documents (license, registration, insurance) and to decline consent to searches, as demonstrated when a California officer unlawfully threatened to search a driver every time he was pulled over and escalated the situation after the driver refused to roll down his window.

Tyrant Cop Tells man I will SEARCH YOU every time I STOP YOU!Added:
Cool. Turn around. Put your hands on your back >> for what? So I can make sure you don't have weapons.
>> Oh, so now you're going to you need a sword to me?
>> Nope. It's called a pat down. You got a thick ass jacket on and you're giving me attitude. Go ahead and pat me down.
>> Put them threatening to take your car.
>> You're threat to take my car, bro.
>> You're tripping.
>> Okay.
>> You're tripping. Don't ever get at you like that with me again.
>> Or what?
>> Or what?
>> Or what?
>> Every single time I'm pull you over and pull you out the car. I'm going to search you.
>> Roll the window down.
>> I'm not rolling down.
>> Roll the window down.
>> Feel safe like this. I don't feel safe with the window up like this. I roll my window down, bro. Why'd you pull me over?
>> 34. Please start me in a second.
>> What's going on, everybody? In today's video, I'm bringing you to San Louis, uh, California, where a man was pulled over. Same as usual. Cops rude to the guy. Um, ask him to roll his window down completely when he doesn't have to. He only has to crack the window to slide the registration uh license insurance uh through the window to the cop. He wants him to roll the window all the way down. After he refuses, the guy said, "I'm going to call in for backup." Then whenever backup shows up, tries to tough talk the guy. Even at one point says that he's wanting to take his body camera off so they can really go at it. On top of that, he tells this man that every time he sees him, he's going to search him, which is completely illegal and retaliatory.
And this is all because a person didn't want to answer questions and didn't want to go by unlawful orders. He didn't have to roll his window all the way down to hand the officer his license, insurance, registration, then say, "I don't answer any questions. I do not consent to a search."
It appears as though to me that and I've covered the state of California a little bit and the message I'm getting from there is they will pick certain people out and just go after them time and time and time again. The state of California is going down and everybody knows it. I believe that's why the police are trying to take as many people down as they can with them. Let me know what you guys think in the comments when you got cops making statements such as, "Every time I see you, I'm going to search you as if accountability in the Fourth Amendment doesn't even matter at all."
If you think that's the sign of a collapsing society, let me know what your thoughts are in the comments.
Like the video and let's get to the action.
>> Hey, listen.
What's going on, man?
Roll the window down.
>> Roll it down.
>> You can You could Well, I can't. I I don't like the window down like that.
So, roll it down.
>> No, I don't have to roll it down.
>> Roll the window down.
>> Roll the window down. I'm recording the window right now.
>> Okay. I'm recording, too.
>> Why my window down?
>> Cuz I want the window down. I can't. It doesn't work very well like this.
>> Feel safe like this.
>> I don't feel safe with the window up like this.
>> No, I'm rolling my window down, bro.
Why'd you pull me over?
>> 34. Please serve me a second.
>> Cuz you were driving without your tail lights on.
>> My tail lights >> tail lights were not on.
Driver's license, registration, proof of insurance.
I'm going to get my wallet.
>> Okay, grab your wallet.

>> I don't answer questions.
>> You don't answer questions?
>> Okay.
34 1029 last Mahia Mary Edward John ID Adam first of van John Union Adam Nora do ob 627 of 85 85 how come you don't like to answer questions are we going to play silly games like this or can we just have a conversation like two grown adults.
H Is there a reason that you're acting like this right now?
>> Cuz you always mess with me.
>> I've never met you before in my entire life.
>> Yeah, you have. You pulled me over my youth.
>> I don't remember.
>> I do.
>> Did I give you a ticket?
>> You threatened me if I drove it again.
You're going to take my truck.
>> Was it super expired?
>> No, it wasn't expired at all.
start driving with a suspended license, >> then there's no other reason I would have taken it.
>> Threat to take my truck, bro.
>> For what?
>> I don't know.
>> Would I have taken your truck? I don't tow cars.
What happens when you get attitude?
>> I bring all my friends with me.
>> You had a lot of attitude.
>> I told you roll down the window. You said no. You think I was attitude?
>> He was trying to grab in my car.
How was I trying to grab in your car?
>> Trying to open it up.
>> Cuz you wouldn't roll the window down.
>> There's my stuff right there. So, >> okay. And you had attitude, so I brought my friends with me.
>> Okay.
>> Simple as that.
>> Beat me up now.
>> Hm. Beat you up.
>> Why would I beat you up?
Do I have a reason to beat you up? I don't use force against unless it's necessary.
>> I'm not doing that.
>> Exactly. And you're s still you're still sitting in your car. If I wanted to pull you out of the car, I'd pull you out of the car. Okay. So, how about you just chill?
>> You can tell these guys. I'm not trying to Well, they're already here. They're not going to leave. I'm not tell 104. I'll be cook for 10 six on the site. All right, stay in the car. I'll be right back.
He's chill now.
Have you uh Have you messed with this fool before?
Me?
>> Yeah, >> I said.
>> Have you?
>> No. Have you talked to him before?
>> Yeah. Where is he from?
>> Already proud.
>> He looks so >> Yeah.
>> Wait, what's his name?
>> Juan Mahia.
>> Yeah, I don't know about that.
>> No, that's the reason I asked for a second was cuz as soon as I got to the door, he like cracked the window down. I said roll down window down more. He said no. He's like, I don't feel safe like that. Okay.
Huh?
>> Let's ride a ticket.
>> I wasn't going to until he gave me attitude.
>> Sorry, you didn't hear that.
>> Have you ever heard of people >> without a job?
I only use Are you explorable, necessary?
>> That's what I said.
>> Let's turn off the car.
>> Well, I need you to roll the window down more.
>> For what? Cuz I'm going to have you sign this ticket. You can >> do it to me through there.
>> No, that's not how it works.
>> I'm not putting my [ __ ] window down, bro.
>> No, no, I'm going to have you pull out the car. I'm just You're getting out the car.
>> Okay, come out of the car.
>> Step out of the car. We're not doing this game.
Cool.
Turn around. Put your hands on your back.
>> For what? So I can make sure you don't have weapons.
>> Oh, so now you're going to leave a search for me.
>> Nope. It's called a pat down. You got a thick ass jacket on and you're giving me attitude.
>> Go ahead and pat me down. I got [ __ ] on you.
>> I am patting you down.
>> You forgot some pockets. What's up? Go ahead.
>> And folks, just to reiterate that this guy has no legal obligation to roll his window all the way down.
He also has a fifth amendment right to remain silent. He doesn't want to answer this cop's questions. So what does this cop do? He continues to push the issue, continues to bug the guy. He tells him, "Look, man, I'm not rolling the [ __ ] window down." He said, "Okay, get out of the car, then search the guy." Folks, that's not even law enforcement. That's retaliation and ignorance.
If the cop was honest and going by the law the right way, he could say, "Okay, that's fine. You don't have to roll your window all the way down. I just need your license, registration, insurance.
The guy slides it to him. He either writes the ticket, writes the warrant, or does nothing at all. You give this guy stuff back. All right, sir. You're free to go. And that could be the end of it.
This is the kind of policing that we need to put a stop to when you can see this officer is clearly trying to escalate this situation and pestering this man. And apparently this is not the first time it's happened because he's about to reference that he's been getting harassed by other cops that are on the stop with him. Now, let me know what you guys think if I'm getting this right or wrong. Let's keep watching.
>> You want to pat me down? Pat me down. I ain't doing nothing wrong, bro.
>> You want to act tough cuz all your friends are here. But >> bro, this some [ __ ] [ __ ] I get [ __ ] with all the time between you and him.
>> I've literally never seen you before.
You put me on [ __ ] Yukon right over here, bro.
>> All right. You want to check the attitude? I'm literally just giving you a fix it.
>> Then why'd you have to pull me out of the car?
>> Because you wouldn't roll your window down.
>> My window don't have to be down. Look how far it's down. It ain't get a sticking my phone through the door like that.
>> Okay, >> it is what it is. My >> You want to get attitude? Then we can have attitude. We can play games. Don't touch Don't just hold Don't hold it.
Just sign it.
>> You have any questions about your ticket.
No, no questions.
>> You know, you got Especially you, man.
>> What did I do to you?
>> You're a fool. Look, the the police are supposed to protect and serve.
>> What did I do to you?
>> You always me, man. Don't play stupid.
You always you >> I've literally never seen before in my entire life.
>> You didn't pull me over my Yukon on the street right over here. No.
>> The white Yukon with 26s on it.
>> No.
>> Yeah, you did.
>> You threatened me to take my car cuz it had entrances on it.
>> Cuz Huh?
>> It had entrances on it. You threatened to take my car.
>> Did I take your car? No, because you couldn't. It was my car.
>> Did I take your car?
>> No, because you couldn't. It was It was within You can have entrances on your vehicle.
>> I don't even know what that means.
>> Exactly.
>> Exactly. So, I wouldn't have threatened to take your car from >> You threat to take my car, bro.
>> You're tripping.
>> Okay.
>> You're tripping. Don't ever get at you like that with me again.
>> Or what?
>> Or what?
>> Or what?
>> Every single time I'm pull you over, I'm pull you out the car. I'm going to search you.
>> I don't give a I ain't got nothing on me ever. Pull me out of the car as many times as you want.
>> I will every single time. Every single time I stop you. That make you feel good?
>> I'm glad. I'm going to check your attitude.
>> You got little man.
>> Am I little?
>> Yeah. Okay.
>> I'll bounce. I'll bounce handles. You want to talk [ __ ] What?
>> What exactly?
You can clearly see when the cops have expectations like they want you to answer their questions, they want you to do this, they want you to do that, even when it's not even lawful, they just won't let it go and they will continue to pester you and harass you to try to get some type of reaction to where they can charge you with a crime.
And as for the guy who is driving the car, what I would have said is, I don't consent to any searches or seizures, and I want to invoke my fifth amendment right, then remain silent. I don't answer any questions unless my lawyer's present.
Cuz you could just tell they were looking for any reason to try to get this guy out of the car, get this guy escalated to where they could take this guy to jail. Because the way it works is a lot of cops and departments are being told, "We don't even care if it's lawful, unlawful. Take them to jail." like what's happening in Tennessee with the false DUIs because the more people they bring into jail, that means lawyers are getting paid, public defenders are getting paid, bond companies are getting paid. It's all a big money racket. It's not even about law.
Because if it was about law, then how come a lot of these cops that are doing things wrong, violating people's fourth amendment rights, first amendment rights, second amendment rights, lot the list goes on, are never actually going to jail.
That's how you know this is a money racket. This is a scam. Uh this man's rights were violated. They didn't have no reason to search this man. And it's going to continue to happen until there's some drastic change.
But I don't think there will be. Let me know what you guys think about this in the comments section. If you made it this far, go ahead and subscribe. It's free. I'll catch you guys again soon.
