AUTOPSY LEAKED: HEAD TRAUMA FOUND & CRUCIAL EVIDENCE REMOVED FROM NOLAN WELLS!

[00:00:00]Dr. Roger Mitchell, board certified forensic pathologist, performed a preliminary report on the death of Nolan Xavier Wells. He conducted and I mean presented this report on July 19th, 2026.

[00:00:17]Preliminary report second autopsy death of Nolan Xavier Wells. Cause of death undetermined pending investigation.

[00:00:27]>> The medical examiner that the Wells family had hired came out with his findings and I'm going to be fair, it left more questions to be answered than answers that we actually got. Now, they did rule out certain things, so that's a good thing, but there's still a huge question mark that exists. Let's get on with this press conference.

[00:00:49]>> We'll explain that as we go through the report this morning. The manner of death undetermined pending investigation.

[00:01:00]Statement of examination. This forensic pathologist was retained to perform a second autopsy examination on the body of Nolan Xavier Wells.

[00:01:10]Name of deceased Nolan Xavier Wells, age 18 years old, race black, gender male, date of death unknown.

[00:01:21]Second autopsy date was performed on July 10th, 2026.

[00:01:29]Preliminary findings.

[00:01:32]And this is significant.

[00:01:36]Focal area of red discoloration in the soft tissue of the back of the head, the occipital region.

[00:01:45]He said the ideology is unknown at this time.

[00:01:50]He said the body was received after the initial autopsy.

[00:01:54]He said the body had marked decompensate decompensation.

[00:02:00]He said corona incision of the scalp, brain removal, Y-shaped incision of the anterior torso.

[00:02:10]And he talked about the organs being removed as is common as is common.

[00:02:16]accompany in the body in the body cavity.

[00:02:20]And that when you have an autopsy, the organs are removed from the body and they are dissected and examined and then they are put back in a bag within inside the body. So, when they are buried, their remains will all be with them.

[00:02:34]But, in this occasion, if there's going to be a second autopsy, then the organs are put in the body cavity so the second pathologist could be able to examine the organs as well.

[00:02:49]>> What? Did y'all hear that grasping gasp?

[00:02:52]Now, people become educated on certain things. Thank goodness.

[00:02:56]I've been saying this from the beginning. I think it's going to be something that is alcohol-related and we haven't heard the full story.

[00:03:03]Now, I had to speed it up because Ben Crump takes his time landing. We just going to be honest, but just keep on listening because he's going to have to start as a lawyer who could be sued for certain things start telling the truth about what it is y'all don't see because in my opinion, how this whole entire thing is going, he's trying to set y'all up for a soft landing because you may not get the results that you want. Spoiler ahead, you're not about to hear that we have a true crime because there was never an investigation, but the real question is is there crime afoot so we can actively start an investigation. Roll it.

[00:03:47]>> Very significant um for Dr. Mitchell was that the interior inner neck structures were absent, not received with the body, and we'll explain that in just a minute.

[00:04:05]Um, and then it talks about the additional perform the additional procedures performed during the second autopsy, and we'll go into the paragraphs on that there cuz he explains it better in his narrative.

[00:04:20]He talks in the preliminary discussion opinion.

[00:04:24]This forensic pathologist identified several limitations during the second autopsy that create barriers to establishing a definitive cause and manner of death for Nolan Xavier Wells. And that's important. He talks about the fact that we didn't get to see the body when it was first recovered like the medical examiner working for uh, Mississippi would have seen it.

[00:04:51]He talked about the second autopsy performed on Nolan Wells reveal marked decompositional changes.

[00:04:58]Mark decomposition can obscure the presence and absence of bruising on the skin surface especially during a second autopsy examination. What he's saying because the body was so decomposed that you couldn't tell if there was bruises or abrasions on the body when he received it um, on the 10th of July.

[00:05:26]For these reasons additional dissection procedures not performed during the first autopsy examination were performed to rule out potential blunt force injuries responsible for the death. These procedures included facial dissection, posterior head and neck dissection, dissection of the ribs, the pelvic dissection of the subcutaneous and deep soft tissue dissection of the back, the buttocks, the arms and legs.

[00:05:59]The He did all of this to rule out things. He ruled out there were no fractures or deep tissue injuries identified.

[00:06:06]>> Ruling out the obvious. If there are obvious things, let's say he would have got an arm and it would have been slashed vertically and all this stuff and everything. That would have been obvious that he would have died that way. You know what I'm saying? So, that's all that is really is just ruling out the obvious.

[00:06:22]>> He says, "However, dissection of the back of the head doing the layered posterior neck dissection revealed a 12 by 8-in focal area of red discoloration in the deep soft tissues overlaying the occipital bone. How he found red discoloration when he cut open into the back of his head towards the occipital bone and he saw the red discoloration and we actually saw the pictures of it. It's significant. You You can't help but notice why is this dark red here in the back of his head. And so, he was important to note that in his report. He said, "The etiology of this finding is unclear.

[00:07:19]There are no lacerations of the overlaying skin nor fractures of the underlying skull.

[00:07:26]These findings are inconclusive for perimortem injury due to the body due to both the extensive decomposition and the absence of associated injuries.

[00:07:40]This finding, however, is significant enough to be highlighted in this preliminary report for further investigation.

[00:07:52]It is important to reiterate that the finding could not have been observed in the first autopsy because the posterior head and neck dissection were not performed.

[00:08:07]>> Sounding like the original doctor, he never cut into the back of the head to look at anything.

[00:08:15]And they would have obviously known him because it would have already been cut in the back of his head.

[00:08:21]So, they're saying this big ass red spot that exists, and there's not any cuts or any scrapes or anything like that. But damn it, this is obvious enough that you'd have to notice, and he doubled back, or really doubled down on it and said, "Y'all should have known this, and I don't know why y'all didn't do this shit."

[00:08:40]It's like looking at certain things and going, "Okay, this checks out, this checks out, this checks out, this checks out, this checks out as to why it works." But then when you double back and you go, "Well, hold on, hold on, hold on."

[00:08:53]Somebody else looked at this and asked a simple question, "Why didn't you screw this on right here?" And that's essentially all he's saying, and I wish Ben Crump would just make it simpler like that, but I guess the medical examiner didn't want to.

[00:09:08]Mhm.

[00:09:11]>> He said, "Another limitation, move this back here."

[00:09:14]"Another limitation faced by this forensic pathologist was the absence of the anterior internal neck structures.

[00:09:22]The trachea and the laryngeal cartilage, the thyroid horn, and the hyoid bone were not received with the body.

[00:09:34]So, he's saying that the throat was not received with the body when he got Nolan Wells' body in Washington D.C. to perform the second autopsy.

[00:09:50]And so, let's discuss that with what he said about that.

[00:09:56]He said, "It is assumed that the initial pathologist retained these structures for additional evaluation."

[00:10:04]He said the retention of the anterior neck structures during an initial autopsy is a common forensic pathology practice. He was chief medical examiner for 7 years in Washington D.C. and he said that if they had concern about throat or any fracture or compression of the throat, they too would hold them back. He doesn't know why they held the throat back, but he said the throat was not with the body of Nolan Wells when he received it in Washington D.C. to perform the second autopsy.

[00:10:37]He said, "Nevertheless, a posterior neck dissection performed without review of the anterior neck structures is incomplete. Therefore, this pathologist cannot rule out injury to the neck as a contributing a contributor or a cause of death." He said he would need to have the medical examiner in Mississippi allow him to review the throat. That's why he said his autopsy is undetermined pending investigation. Remember, it's about transparency.

[00:11:15]"Because the initial autopsy rightfully removed and dissected each organ, there are additional limitations inherent in the second autopsy of Nolan Wells. The most significant of the limitations was the inability to directly observe the airway and the lungs for water and directly observe the stomach for gastric contents.

[00:11:41]He said, "It is very significant as to what the initial forensic scientist who got to review the body when it was recovered.

[00:11:55]We have heard from our call center people saying the body wasn't water logged. Well, we need to know those things, but unfortunately because the body was decomposed and the organs have already been dissected, those are things we can only get from the initial autopsy. So, therefore again, the manner and cause of death is undetermined until further investigation. We are hopeful that the Mississippi medical examiner would give Dr. Mitchell an opportunity to see their photographs and their observations to the condition of Nolan Wells' body closer in time to July 4th. That is very important and we have to continue to demand transparency, President Johnson.

[00:12:44]>> We have one more clip and there are people saying it's a waste of money to get the second autopsy and all this stuff and everything and I would like to agree with that except what he's really doing, meaning the other medical examiner, what they're doing is they're giving you the playbook to ask of certain things to rule out certain things. And they're saying essentially that these things happened, these things didn't happen, but there's a big ass gap.

[00:13:14]>> Lastly, in cases where a death has occurred in or around a body of water with suspicion of drowning it is important to confirm how that person entered the water.

[00:13:29]This is the crux of the matter.

[00:13:33]This information is especially important for those deaths of persons who can swim.

[00:13:41]As in the case with Nolan Wells at the time of this report, this forensic pathologist does not know the condition of Nolan Wells.

[00:13:53]He did not know whether he was conscious or unconscious when he entered the water.

[00:14:00]He said that would be significant.

[00:14:03]He said he did not know whether he was forced into the water or unforced into the water. He said that would be significant. So, he said the condition of Nolan Wells before he entered the water would be the crux of the matter.

[00:14:19]It would be of utmost importance to being able to determine a cause and manner of death.

[00:14:27]>> All in all, more than likely, and this is just a belief of mine, it's going to end up being that this [ __ ] is going to be alcohol related. I believe somebody eventually is going to tell the truth and we'll find out about what happened with Nolan Wells and whether there's a story that you guys would believe or that you don't want to believe, we shall see. Because at the end of the day, some of y'all have to prepare yourselves for the result that you may not like.

[00:15:00]And the result is the how did he get in the damn water?

[00:15:07]They're missing certain parts, so they're going to ask, meaning the family is going to have a list of questions, if you will, to ask the coroner, the medical examiner from Mississippi about the [ __ ] because we don't know.

[00:15:26]But this is also a good thing because people don't know. Now, with this education, there will be other individuals who can look at Nolan Wells' story. God forbid if another tragedy happens and we already semi have a playbook to do all of these things.

[00:15:45]We're not as educated as we would like to be in certain manners and matters and all of these things. We're just not. And I mean that as a whole. I don't care about color and all that at this moment because we're not doctors, we're not scientists, we're not any of this [ __ ] So, it works out in everybody's favor that this is actually happening because Lord knows the stories get crazy.

[00:16:08]But it starts to knock out certain things and there are individuals who get on this channel and you are free to express yourself to certain things, not everything, of course, and say what you think.

[00:16:20]But please remember, there's always a chance that the story you believe will not be the story and truth that comes out.

[00:16:28]But what they're asking for is transparency, meaning the ability to see what the hell is going on and how it went because after that, then we're able to retrace the steps because we determined that the cause of death was whatever the case was. Because if it turns out that he didn't drown, then what are we going to say? If it turns out that he did drown, then what are we going to say? But we have to know this [ __ ] And that's the part where there is no amount of money that you can grant, give, or anything that will be able to suffice because the knowledge is all that they're seeking.
