That game at 3 p.m. Eastern time has the nation's attention after Team USA took a part four to one in their opener. But Australia with a big win over Turkey, surprising a lot of people with how the Sakurus played. They could be a formidable opponent for Team USA coming up today. We will break the game down during the opening line. I think there's a couple of good ways to bet this game coming up here today before it starts that I think gives you some contrarian value to go against everyone. And while we are all Team USA, Team USA, there may be some betting opportunities to jump on in. We are going to jump down the rabbit hole. Take a look at the rules for the supplemental draft with the NFL. That's interesting because we haven't had a real breakdown of this as to who might wind up taking a flyer on Brendan Sorsby. Yes, he was and has been, I guess you could say, convicted as a guy who has a gambling problem. And yes, he bet against Cincinnati and yet he bet against Indiana or bet, you know, in games involving those teams while he was at those universities. And yes, Texas Tech made a mockery of the college football world trying to get Brendan Sorsby to be eligible. this kid could still play the position and he has a chance to get drafted here in the supplemental draft and the way the NFL does it that there could be some opportunities here for teams to jump up.

[00:03:07]So, we'll do that today to grab onto a prospect quarterback and and what team might be willing to part with something as high as a first round pick for the quarterback from I guess now you'd say Cincinnati, but Texas Tech formerly of the Texas Tech Red Raider football program. Speaking of NFL football, Tom from Vegas Football Proxy will be our guest today. We've not talked to Tom since he's come back from China. [00:05:59]We talked to Adam Bejorn on the program yesterday about this matchup and why this matchup is going to be so interesting for Team USA because Australia won their first matchup over Turkey and that surprised a lot of people that they won two nothing. The Sakurus are going to have some fans here in Seattle. Not a horrible trek in terms of getting from Australia to Seattle.

[00:06:20]It's still a pretty far flight, but not like going to New York City or going to Gillette Stadium, but Team USA is gonna have 90% of the crowd or more on their side here. This is a soccer hub in America. MLS has done incredibly well in Seattle. They love the sport. This is the home of some of the most passionate people who support Team USA. And so, this environment is going to be great.

[00:06:45]It would be better if the game was at night. It's during the day. It's at noon Pacific time. So that changes things a little bit for me here for this matchup.

[00:06:56]But Team USA is still a very good favor at Bicris. Arizona, they're minus 163 on the three-way money line. Australia coming back at a plus 441 plus 326 on the dog. The total for this matchup is basically a minus 110 pick.

[00:07:12]I'm at 2.5. Australia beat Turkey two to nothing. Team USA beat Paraguay four to one. But I mean, not since 1930, the inaugural World Cup has the US won consecutive matches outright at the World Cup. Now, they've tied in back-to-back matchups matches. But to win outright is something that we haven't seen much before for Team USA.

[00:07:36]The major question for team USA going into this matchup is what is gonna happen to their star attacker Christian Pissic. Is he going to play? He suffered an injury in training camp. Then he reinjured it in the first half against Paraguay. Australia is a physical soccer team, football team, whatever you want to call it. And they would attack Polissic at his, you know, at his feet if he does play. I wouldn't play him.

[00:08:04]Team USA, if they get a point today, I think that's a huge win. If they win the game outright, it's ridiculous. I mean, they could win the group outright if things fall well in the other game between Paraguay and Turkey. So, I mean, this is a chance for team USA to have a massive day to win the group, to advance, to get themselves into the knockout round, and we'll see how the other things play out, but they'll have one more game coming up against Turkey.

[00:08:27]It was expected it was going to be Turkey and Team USA coming out of this group as the top two teams. Team USA might be there. Turkeyy's got their work cut out for them against Paraguay today.

[00:08:36]But I I think if you're a USA fan, a point is a huge win. If you can get out here a 1-1 draw, I I I know 2-1 is a very popular opinion for Team USA for the game today. But we're talking about a chance to make history from a Team USA perspective, and that's a lot of pressure on some players haven't been here before. All the love, all of the praising. I mean, this has been a week-long love affair with Team USA as to what they've done, and now they don't have their best player. I think that that's that's worrisome. It's a massive moment for Team USA soccer, though, just it's it's a huge moment for anybody who has supported the sport and watched the sport because it's a Friday afternoon.

[00:09:18]The kids are out of school. It's summertime. I I mean, I know I'm going to be watching it here. I we're going to put it on here on, you know, at 3:00.

[00:09:26]It's not like the world's going to stop.

[00:09:28]It's not like a Super Bowl type thing, but I think most of the country knows that Team USA is playing today after winning four to one in dominant fashion.

[00:09:37]They're like, "Oh my gosh." Well, after Pissic got hurt, the offense, you could say that's because Team USA was up 3 nothing and, you know, was 1-1 in the second half. I don't know. Team USA just didn't look the same without him, without his ability to create and get the ball into high danger parts of the 18. So, I'm I'm not in love with Team USA today. If Christian Pissic doesn't play, and by all accounts, he's not going to play. And I wouldn't play him.

[00:10:02]If I was Team USA, I I wouldn't play him. I would sit him down. This is the first competitive meeting between Team USA and Australia at the World Cup. All time in friendlies. Team USA is 2-1 and one in the four times they have played.

[00:10:18]But something to note here, a clean sheet. USA has gone nine straight matches without a clean sheet. What's a clean sheet? meaning they don't give up a goal. They have a they blank their opponent. One clean sheet in the last 15 matchups. The last time these teams played was in October and Team USA did concede a goal to Australia. So, I I think if you're looking for ways to bet this, I think there's a couple different ways to play this. One, I think there's real value in taking a flyer on Australia at plus41.

[00:10:51]That's a decent flyer bet. Okay, I don't mind that play at all for Team USA to lose the game here and Australia get the outright victory. But if you don't want to go that far, I think Team USA is the better matchup, the better team. They're not going to lose at home. I think you can take Australia at plus a half a goal today and it's plus money. It's plus 145. It's plus 150. It's it's plus money. I think the reason is Team USA to get a draw today is really possible for both these teams. They won their first matchup. So what's the best scenario?

[00:11:25]Both teams get a point, right? They just keep marching towards getting out of the group or winning the group. It would mean that Australia and Team USA would then matter to their last game and Paraguay is going to play Australia and Team USA is going to play Turkey. But Team USA has already seen Australia beat Turkey 2 nothing. So that would be a desperation game for Turkey and maybe Team USA doesn't want to be part of that and they want to just put their foot down and win here today and guarantee that they're going to advance into the knockout round and or win their group. I I just think that there is some strategy going into this game without Christian Pisc as part of the lineup and even if he does play he's excuse me he's he's not going to start he's not going to play big m big minutes in this game here today. So I think there's different ways of approaching this. I think there's different ways of attacking from a betting perspective. And look, everyone's on Team USA, right? I mean, all the trends, all the all the algorithm data people, they're all, you know, Team USA, Team USA, they played so well in game one, they're going to still play so well in game two. And maybe they will, okay, may maybe Team USA will play great today and Team USA will go and blow out Australia. But as a gambler, I think we have to look at value. And there's no value in betting on Team USA.

[00:12:36]Okay, that that there is extreme value, I think, from an Australia team that went 20 and you heard Adam Bejorn yesterday talk about the fact he's going to go to a bar in Costa Rica finding as many Americans as he can be around just to watch and see their reaction as to how this game goes down because it may not go the way Team USA wants it to. And again, the let down factor, you know, having the fact that there no Christian Pulysic on the in on this roster most likely for today, at least not in the starting lineup for Team USA. I look, I've been wrong before. I could be dead wrong. And I think if Team USA kills Australia, that's thumbs up from me and that's great. And I think that's awesome. And I look, I have a ticket on Team USA to make it into the quarterfinals. So, it's not like I'm down on Team USA. I just think this is a betting opportunity today to take a look at what Team USA did in their first matchup. All of the publicity and all the praise that came raining down on Team USA after the 4-1 win last week over Paraguay. And now a chance for Team USA here in Seattle to maybe have a little bit of a let down and maybe not play as well as they played against Paraguay in the first half at least. And without Christian Pissic, I think a 1-1 game again both teams to score. I was leaning towards there. Sorry. Betting Team USA betting the dog at plus 440.

[00:13:54]But both teams to score is minus 126 at Betress Arizona. I think that's that might be the best play in the game for both teams to score. I like the plus money. So, I took a shot on the plus 145 for Australia for a half a goal, but I also bet both teams to score. And I think both teams to score is highly likely here. It happened in the last game. And like we mentioned, you know, just as history goes, Team USA that is nine straight matches without a clean sheet. That is one clean sheet in their last 15 matchups. So Team USA to concede a goal today, I think is is highly likely for Team USA to come in to grab a goal uh for for Australia to grab a goal against Team USA, have it be a 2-1 or a 3-1 win for Team USA. But I like both teams to score today coming up in Seattle. It is US Open Father's Day weekend. Let's talk about what happened last night.

[00:14:56]Well, the weather's been the story at at the US Open and it it's been difficult for these guys to get out and play. And after round number one, I mean, we saw a a very different type of, you know, situation here where we saw a lot of guys who did not get uh who did not play as consistently of a round as they would have liked. Windham Clark after round one that was completed today. Round one, he shot a 64, a six under par. Windham Clark played a different golf course than everybody else played. He ripped it apart. Dustin Johnson shot a 66. Matt Fitzpatrick shot a 67. Gary Woodland shot a 67. John Rom shot a 68. Cory Connors came in and he is still trying to finish up his first round. He's got a couple of holes left on the first round for him. So, we'll begin the second round later on today as as we're we're taping this. So, we don't know exactly yet what's happening, but the current leading scoreer for the tournament is Windham Clark, uh, who is going to go out and play here for his second round.

[00:15:59]He's through four. He's even today, but we'll see where that winds up going.

[00:16:03]Just D Justin Johnson is given a stroke back. He is one over, as you would expect after a guy shot a 66 kind of out of nowhere yesterday. [00:16:19]Shot two over in round one. Look, I this golf tournament four under is what this golf tournament won is the lowest round for a US Open at Shikok Hills. Four under is the low. Windham Clarking six under. Everyone's going to come back down to earth. So there's real value here on Scotty Sheffler. If you have not gotten involved with Scotty, I got him at five and a half to one. If you haven't gotten involved yet with Scotty, I think it's a good time to get involved with Scotty right now just because before he gets rolling and really starts to hit to the weekend. I think the crane's gonna rise to the top here with this golf course getting more difficult as the weekend progresses and and I do think that Shinik Hills is going to have something to say. A 64 is not something that the USGA is all that interested in seeing consistently out of these golfers. So I think for that reason I think there's a good opportunity here to jump in and go okay hold on a second like we whoa that seems to be a very very low number and we're not really jumping up and down with that. So to us, you know, we're going to make this golf course be a lot more difficult come the weekend. Maybe not water the greens, let the wind do its work. Uh the fog was a huge issue and the weather was a huge problem. So we'll see what happens in the weekend. But as as far as today's weather looking like uh I think we're going to be okay. We shouldn't have too much too big of a problem. The winds are blowing. It's 20 mph wind gusts for the winds today. So we do have weather in the wind category, but the sun is out and we shouldn't have any problems with the skies today here for the US Open. So we'll watch it. Again, I think if you have not bet Scotty, I think it's a time you could potentially grab a hold of him, get a good price on Scotty Sheffler. But at the moment, six under leads this tournament at the time of taping. But that's going to change obviously with the second round underway uh for the US Open. Let's jump down the rabbit hole. Brendan Sorsby will make the NFL have a supplemental draft because of his talents, the first one since 2023.

[00:19:23]What is it? Well, this is a draft where NFL teams have a chance to essentially bid on who is going to wind up getting that pick. Here is how it's determined.

[00:19:36]There are three groups. They are divided into three groups based on their 25 regular season results. If you won six or fewer games, that's the Jets, the Bengals, the Browns, the Titans, the Chiefs, the Raiders, the Washington Commanders, the Giants, the Saints, and the Cardinals.

[00:19:57]You won seven or more games and missed the playoffs.

[00:20:01]Dolphins, Ravens, Colts, Cowboys, Vikings, Lions, Bucks, Falcons, and then who made the playoffs? A weighted lottery like the NBA is then held to determine each group in the exact order.

[00:20:18]So you have one, two, three, four, five, six, one, two, all those teams, right?

[00:20:23]In the order, and then we figure out who gets three groups, weighted lottery, one final order, and then we get to see who wants to put up a draft pick. Okay? So they'll get the order based on that ping-pong ball. Okay? They'll get that order and then they'll say, "Will you use a first round pick on this? Are you going to use a first round pick?" So, the team's on the clock, then the next, and the next, and before each round, a team will bid its pick. Then, we'll see if the bid is then if a team that is low in the overall priority decides, okay, Sornsby's our guy, they could list him.

[00:21:02]they could be inclined to put in a bid and say, "Okay, here's the first round.

[00:21:07]Here's the second round." Most people believe that Brendan Swordsby is going to be taken in the third round of the supplemental draft. That the first two rounds are too pricey. However, a playoff team from 2025 could be inclined to go with a first round pick. I mean, if they don't care about their picks now, if they have all of a sudden like Ramsidis, if all of a sudden they're like, "Look, we need a quarterback, okay? Like, we we we need a quarterback desperately." And we're looking at like, "Okay, teams like the Steelers, okay?

[00:21:42]Like, hey, we need a quarterback like right now. We got a guy who we we don't have anybody behind Aaron Rogers that we really like. We we need a quarterback right away to come in here and help us out. So, we're going to maybe go and put up a late first. Okay. Maybe we're going to go ahead and put up a late second and take a quarterback. Maybe a team like the Dolphins don't feel great about where they are. Maybe they put up a second round pick and say, "Okay, you can go up and do it." I I think there's a real possibility that this is a quarterback we're talking about, not a wide receiver. Okay? So if you think that Brendan Sorsby would have been the second best pick in last April's draft if he was number two behind Fernando Mendoza. So Mendoza goes one. If you think he's behind a player that was taken third or ahead of a player that was taken 13th overall by the Rams. If you think Tai Simpson is not as good of a quarterback as Brendan Sorsby and Sorsby was going back to school because of the Texas Tech money he was being offered in the NIL world. And so there was so much money being offered to him.

[00:22:43]He was like, "I'm not, you know, that's it. I I I'm 100% going to be part of this team, you know, or or like like I'm willing to to part with this draft pick." I look, I I mean, I I think Sorsby's got a chance to go high. Many people said Tai Simpson, you've heard Dro from Fantasy Pros and Betting Pros on this show numerous times talking about he was not high on Ty Simpson at all. I've never asked him about Brendan Sortsby. I don't know where he is, but he was he thought he was not a first round pick and he went 13 to the Rams.

[00:23:13]He thought it was a huge reach. So, there are talent evaluators out there that have been very low on Tai Simpson that may have said that Sornsby is a better pick. So, if you're talking about a guy who is 13, gone 13, there may be real value. There may be a team out there that says, you know what, Brendan Sornsby is a player that we absolutely have to be involved with and see what we can get him for because we would have taken him with a second round pick or we would have taken him with a first round pick. So, if you have the last pick in the first round and you don't care about your picks, you lose the first round pick in the next year. Okay, that's how this works. If you take someone in the supplemental draft, then next year's pick for that round is gone. So, if you don't care about first round picks or you think you got a great team, but it's all but a quarterback and you're building for the future and you have a really high grade on this guy, it's not going to stun me in the least if Brendan Swordsby winds up going high. Now, the question is, what does the NFL do to a guy who has been around gambling, who has admitted to being a problem gambler, who has gone to to rehab for gambling?

[00:24:15]What does the NFL do? And how do teams perceive him going forward? Here's the weird thing. Here's like there's a weird like hook with this because he's going to be monitored more than anybody else.

[00:24:25]So, he's actually like a safer pick than anyone else because it's the guy that you don't know anything about that's the problem. It's the guy that's out there gambling and you have no clue he has an addiction and so he gets caught up with the wrong people and thus he's, you know, having a big issue. That's the guy you got to worry about, not Brendan Sorsby. I mean, you have to be a complete, you know, idiot to get involved with gambling ever again, to be caught in a casino ever again, to I mean, this guy has millions of dollars in the bank from Texas Tech and the NIL deal. There's no need to go to casinos.

[00:24:57]There's no need to gamble. there's no need to be a part of anything in that world because you have so much writing on it now as a quarterback. He should be football football and I think that's great news for a team that drafts him. I think that makes him an a pretty attractive player to be quite honest. I don't think the gambling scandal is a problem at all for Brendan Sornsby. I think he actually is a is a is a good guy to get involved with and a draft for that very reason. So that's how I would approach this. I I think Sornsby for if I was a team like the Steelers second round pick for Brendan Sornsby 100%. I got plenty of times to trade players as well to re to recap that second round pick if I think it's that great. If I really need a second round pick, you could do stuff on draft day for goodness sakes to get a second round pick if you need. So, so take the player. I screw the pick. Take the player. If you think the guy can play, draft the player. Get him. Get him on your roster. get him into your training camp and see what he can do for you over the long term. But I I think that a team's gonna take Brendan Sornsby pretty high. I think he'd go in the second round. The thought is third round, but I think he might up going in the second round coming up here for the draft for the supplemental draft. All right, it's time now for our pro football story of the day. It's going to have basically all of your contest information right there at your fingertips. It'll store all of your selections for every week at a contest.

[00:29:44]You'll be able to submit your picks through the portal every week. The lines will be there, the standings will be there. Uh so basically, it's one-stop shopping for you. Try to make that process as easy as possible as well. We get to week one, you know, you'll get that email saying, "Hey, uh the lines are up in the portal. Uh you can log in anytime and get your selections submitted."

[00:30:05]You know, our regular deadlines during the season are 2 PM on Thursday and noon on Saturday. Weeks one and two, the uh contests are the absolute craziest, worst times of the year for everyone involved, not just players, proxies, casino, the sports book. Uh it's a mad house. So, for safety purposes, uh, for everyone, because the goal is to make sure everyone gets in safely every week, every time, every pick, we have a Friday night deadline for week one and probably week two, depending on what happens in the uh, if there's any huge fallout in week one. It's possible it'll be a Saturday morning deadline, but we do have early deadlines week one and two.

[00:30:46]Basically, every proxy does at this point >> because everyone's it just doesn't make sense to take the risk. Also, if by any chance um a lot of folks like to come in for the first week of NFL to sign up because they want to catch the games at the same time, that's another danger point uh which over time everyone learns and says that you know what for us our rule is if you come to sign up after 2 p.m. on Wednesday of week one, you will have to submit your own picks for that week. Um, okay. We're >> It's too confusing and too risky to take signups and try to add people to the submission list. I don't want anyone to get lost. I don't want anyone to have any problems. So, that's a clear demarcation for us. 2 p.m. Wednesday, you sign up before that, you're on our list for week one, you come in because you want to see the games. Week two, um, you you'll be on our list starting in week two, >> but for week one, you'll have to submit your own picks. still have people in the book because we're still there taking signups who will help you and show you how to put in your picks. You could do it on the phone app if you need to, but most people are there watching the game.

[00:31:53]So, that's just a heads up so people aren't surprised, but we always go with best practices to make sure everything runs smoothly.

[00:32:01]>> What is the differentiator for you guys?

[00:32:04]Obviously this is and and look we you know Dave and I did a proxy service so we have seen what you do and how you operate but if if someone's you know looking to shop around what is the differentiator for you guys what what makes someone keep coming back to you as a repeat customer because I know so many of your customers and people have been with you for a long time.

[00:32:27]>> Sure. Um two words come to mind effort uh and relationship.

[00:32:33]You're uh our customers are more than just a customer. You're not a dollar sign. Um you're someone like us. We're someone who loves contests, someone who wants to play in the contest. We relate to you. Uh we want to make sure you have the best experience possible. Um as I said before, uh you know, I was a player. I was in that shoes. So I treat everybody the way I wanted to be treated uh and would like to be treated.

[00:32:59]You know, monetarywise fees for the Survivor, I think we have probably one of the best deals in town. It's $100 an entry. There may be some out there with 95 or 105 or, you know, something a little different where they give a discount for the 10th one, but most people actually charge more than that for the beginning.

[00:33:18]And we have one deadline um for Saturday. We don't charge any extra.

[00:33:23]There's people who say, "Oh, hey, do a discount, but you have to be submitted on, you know, Friday night, uh, 6 pm or Friday afternoon, 2 pm." For us, you submit your picks whenever you want, whenever you're ready, not at by some timet that you agree to and are stuck with. Because a lot of those services, if you don't meet the deadline on Friday, when you go to put in your picks Saturday morning, you get a payw wall.

[00:33:48]You're not able to submit your pics until you pay the late fee.

[00:33:52]We don't want you dealing with that.

[00:33:54]You're busy trying to get your picks in and think about the your games.

[00:33:58]>> So, look, we don't want you to be late on our deadline because you you make our lives harder, but we're not charging you. You know, our deadline's 12:00 every week around, you know, after we're done putting everyone in, we go through and email people who are late or text them or call them, whatever we need to do.

[00:34:19]we're reaching out to you to say, "Hey, you know, maybe your dog is sick, your kid is sick, you're out of the house, >> and we save people every week." You know, there's the one of the the stories about our business is um the LA Jones story was a survivor at Thanksgiving time where, you know, he had thought he put in for the Lions on Thanksgiving Day. He had made a mistake and put in the Packers and then on Saturday he was leaving to one from whatever holiday visitation he was doing. and I called him and he's arguing with me back and forth that he lost on Thursday and I, you know, kind of had to tell him that. That got a lot of pluress. It was in the documentary and it's a great story because he ended up going on to win $2.8 million in the contest.

[00:35:02]>> Um, but we do that every week. It just doesn't get the >> it because it's not, you know, a guy who won the contest. It's just a guy who forgot to put in his millions pick or, >> you know, he was out. But every week we do the same effort because we want to make sure you always get picks in. If we don't hear from you, at some point you're going to get a text or an email or a voicemail says, "Sorry, I didn't, you know, wasn't able to reach you.

[00:35:26]You're getting an auto pick." And, you know, hopefully that's good enough.

[00:35:31]>> Yeah. I mean, in Circumillions, I think what's interesting about the auto selection on that is because sometimes people laugh because the auto pick does better than their own picks.

[00:35:39]>> Yeah.

[00:35:40]>> And they're like, "Oh, >> I got lucky."

[00:35:42]>> For sure. I I have a I have a great story on that actually. Um and I have to take it back. I I should not call it an auto pick because that's not actually what it is nor is approved to be. It's a uh quick five. So that's >> it'll be my submission for you. Uh it's not an auto pick. Let's not call it that. Um we actually had a highprofile client who did a full house uh you know 5 millions 10 survivors and um wasn't necessarily a football fan. He was kind of doing it to just to do it and he did the Survivor because it's easy to understand and you know prepare for and you know it's just easier to process for someone who's new. The millions not so much. he, you know, kind of half-heartedly put in for, I don't know, six weeks out of the season. We did the auto pick the rest of the way out from like week seven to 18.

[00:36:40]He had three entries, finishing the top 100.

[00:36:44]>> Wow.

[00:36:45]>> Three. Not none of them none of them too high.

[00:36:48]>> But still, >> I think he his money uh that cashed on those tickets, I think, was 12 grand, something like that. you know, he was like 60th, 70th, 82, I keep, you know, 82nd, but yeah, you never know. So, the very next week, I actually bought a u a millions auto pick, I mean, pick five quick pick uh ticket for some buddies and said, you know, I'll just do auto pick for you. Uh I believe they finished in 3800 38, you know, 35 uh place, you know, 3,725 out of the money.

[00:37:25]I won't do that again.

[00:37:27]>> Yeah. Whoops. Not not the way you want to roll with it. Okay. So, is there any difference in terms of you talked about a lot of deadlines there? So, I want to make sure we kind of kind of talk about them a little bit for people when it comes to deadlines for survivor versus circa million. what are the different different deadlines for each for submission and and and how does that you know factor into the you know the the week of submitting on the in the portal.

[00:37:55]>> So for us we have the same deadline for both contests there there is no distinction. 2 pm on Thursday or 12 noon on Saturday. Any week special going on >> always specifically Pacific. Okay. So >> as a proxy you can't calculate out for wherever people wherever in the world people are because you know east coast, Midwest, uh out of the country. I mean we have folks in Greece who are calling me or texting me in Saturday morning.

[00:38:22]Tom, how much time do we have? I text back, you got an hour and 22 minutes at some point. I think >> I think it's the daylight savings time that throw throws them for a loop because otherwise >> eventually realize that between Athens and Vegas, it's going to be a set number every week, >> but Arizona don't realize it too. So yeah, forget Greece people just a state over they're figure try to figure out what time is what and they forget about things. All right, so let's get an update here on on Circumillions. Where are we signupwise? Uh, obviously they've been taking entries now for almost a month. Uh, what's the up-to-date number here on entries for for Circumillion?

[00:39:05]>> All right, Circumillion as of yesterday or as of the number that they had on the board yesterday. So, >> yeah.

[00:39:12]>> Uh, anyone who signed up yesterday is not on it. Uh, 337.

[00:39:17]>> Okay.

[00:39:18]>> It's actually a pretty good number. I did a little >> June. Yes. Yeah, >> we're Yeah. What are we 18? I don't know. Four weeks in on it, right? Um I went back in my photo log and on June 16th of last year, they were at 266.

[00:39:37]>> So, two days. It's two days off, but it was a difference of 71 entries. So, I think we're ahead of where we were last year. Com comfortably ahead of last year at this point.

[00:39:49]They'll be happy to hear that because this is obviously uh they would like to see this >> hit the 6 million guarantee for uh for where for where we are here for >> uh the circa million8 which I can't believe is the eighth time that that we're running circa million but the eighth time we're running it for 6 million for survivor with the 20 million which is ridiculously high number but we're going to pass it. [00:41:03]So, you never know.

[00:41:04]>> I I just remember, you know, a couple of years ago, June was like it was just dead. It was just nothing going on. And then like you got the appointment, people would contact you, say, "I'm coming in J in July. I'm coming." The Fourth of July weekend was like the real big push. Then you get into Memorial to Labor Day weekend. That's the last really big push. The Ultimate Football Contest weekend obviously is a big part of it, getting people to come in in the end of August. But are are you anticipating, you know, is we know we're going to get past the guarantee of 20 million, but are are we looking at are we reassessing how high this is going to go?

[00:41:46]>> You know, I I did that with the millions last year and I end up being wrong. Uh because last year we were doing really well in the millions, pretty pretty well on track and they end up falling short at the end. um this year uh for the Survivor. I just think that that still has more strength in in the numbers and I I believe in them more. Do I think we're going to end up 43% ahead at the end of the year? No.

[00:42:11]>> But I I do see us being ahead and I >> it could be the Well, you know what?

[00:42:19]We actually might be that far ahead because I was thinking we would go from 18 to 22. I could I could see three to four thousand more. So, whatever that turns out to be. Uh I don't have my calculator.

[00:42:32]>> Grand DC Mo is at what number at the moment?

[00:42:39]>> Three.

[00:42:39]>> Three entries. Okay. That's that's going to pick up late. Why do you want to put a $100,000?

[00:42:47]>> Why do you want to tie up that?

[00:42:49]>> Yeah. Last year you had that one single signup that lasted for months. for months and then you know everyone came in in middle of August and >> I remember the ultimate football contest weekend is when it really got cracking like that was when the end of August that weekend they really brought in they give a bunch of incentive offers for folks to come in and that's when it was like oh my gosh we got to 20 really fast it was like whoa we're going to blow through this like this is way more and now there's a guarantee on it of 6 million so you know that that's the one that that's the one differentiator or it's our four million not six million the $4 million guarantee this year for the Grand Dimmo. Okay. Are we doing the Westgate Super Contest? We're getting close to July. Are we doing this?

[00:43:33]Everything I've heard points to all signs go. Um I talked to several people and they're like, "Yeah, we're going to do it. Uh it's going to be exactly the same. We're not making any changes to anything." So there's no changes in payouts, rules, anything.

[00:43:48]>> Smart. Got to go to gaming to do that also. easier to just go ahead and keep it as is the status quo >> with all the flux and change that's going on. It's I think they just said, "Look, >> push out what we got, but what I heard from someone else that works there." Um, they haven't been doing any advertising.

[00:44:07]>> None.

[00:44:07]>> Not that they did it, not that they did a lot before, they in no way match what Circa does with their advertising.

[00:44:14]>> No, but Wescuit always did like the taxi ads. They always did like just the billboard stuff. There was weekly magazine and everything, you know, >> the Las Vegas whatever the >> they did local stuff and they pushed it and there's nothing there's zero nothing being done.

[00:44:30]>> That's what I heard. Um I haven't confirmed that for myself, but I kind of believe it.

[00:44:37]>> I believe >> 100% I believe it'll be a little >> maybe once they actually get into July they will, but >> it does create an opportunity, does it not? because it does I mean obviously there's less players >> less of a payout but less competition >> in the overall contest.

[00:44:56]>> It it's for me it's really interesting the way different players see that differently. You know some people oh it's the payout's only that much. I don't I don't want to play because it's you know only I'm only gonna win 200,000. Uh okay.

[00:45:13]>> Yeah. But, you know, you're not playing against uh 5,800 people. You're you're playing against 800 people. Your your chances of winning have gone up astronomically.

[00:45:25]>> Now, you still have to pick well.

[00:45:27]>> The and the funny thing is about the numbers is that the win percentage actually ends up being fairly similar for the very very top. the guy who wins um you know there may be a percentage or percentage or two difference but in the end to actually win you still need that high percentage which I I may have mentioned this last time is what I call the magical season no one picks 70% because no one is that smart no one can predict the way the ball is going to bounce you just happen to get lucky on several games where you have your magical season where all things align in your favor and that is a once in a lifetime an opportunity for most people.

[00:46:07]>> There are those people who are really good handicappers and make good decisions and they benefit they put themselves in position often enough where they benefit from that luck. So they may finish in the top 10. Like I've had a guy finish in the top 10 at the circuit millions three times.

You can take the draw if you want as well, or just take the 4 to one dogs on Australia to beat Team USA. Christian Pissic is doubtful for the game today and I know he is a very talented player who's missed a lot of time due to injury and so team USA is used to playing without him, but their firepower takes a big step backwards against a really physical Australian team today. So I think a draw is really likely or maybe even an Australian upset here catching the half a goal at plus 145. As I mentioned, I like the Pirates on the money line. I think you have an opportunity here to fade Kyle Freeland.

[00:51:11]You also have some trend data that really points towards it. I like the Pirates to get a W today on the road against the Rockies. I'm going to go over on the Tigers and the White Socks.

[00:51:22]That is a game obviously involving School from the Tigers. He pitched pretty well in his first start, but I think we're going to see some offense here. I think we're going to see some scoring between these two teams. I like the over between the White Socks and the Tigers today. And for our prop bet of the day, we'll go back to the Pirates.

[00:51:50]Prop bets one and two on the week. We had a scratch there, so we'll see if we can end it two and two. For this, I'm going to Brian Reynolds of the Pirates to go and score a run. I've been I I I kind of like this. He scored a run the last two games. This has been kind of a fun prop to score. The projection is him to score over one and a half runs today for the Pirates. A 78% cover probability. It's a fivestar play uh with the betting pros prop sheets. The scored three runs against the A's two games ago. Scored against the A's yesterday as well. Now here this road trip continues for this Pirates offense and Brian Reynolds has been a really big part of this offense. He's gone over this in three of the last four games where he scored a run. Bubba Chandler I think will give up some runs but the team has played well for him the last two times out for Bubba Chandler and Kyle Freedelland I think in this ballpark is going to give up some offense runs to the Pirates. We're going Brian Reynolds to score a run today for our PTO prop bet of the day. Time for my favorite thing about today.

[00:52:58]Favorite thing about today really this whole trip and you know getting down here to Florida and doing the show from here has been a try. It's been it's been been trying but the experience to be here well worth it. Uh we had Brooks's birthday yesterday. We had an awesome party on the beach and and just being down here. The weather's been awesome.

[00:53:18]Uh it's been humid and hot, but it's Florida in June. It hasn't been anything really all that oppressive or, you know, worrisome. It's just been very nice to get away uh before I head back to Vegas to pack everything up and my movers will I mean, it's less than a week from now.

So, I Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, all from Vegas. It's the last week for pushing the odds in Las Vegas and then get on a plane and then I head on back. I I fly back to or fly to New Hampshire where the show will start airing on Monday.
