Yeah, I got bigger, I got stronger. You know what? All I did is exhaust myself. I realized I was still operating in that scarcity mindset. It used to signify safety. That was because our parents were alcoholics. When they did come home drunk, they'd beat us.
What finally got me kicked out of my parents' house was I called my stepdad out. I was 16 years old bench pressing 300 pounds and I just was so angry at him for keeping me down and beating me when I needed love and stages what and I looked at him and said, "You and me go outside now."
He goes, "Get the hell out of my house."
So today like I woke up, I had entertaining people over doing podcast but then I said, "I'm going to miss the day of working out." And normal prior to this healing I would be anxious.
And now I'm like, "No, I'm good. I'm okay."
