[00:00:00]All right, today I'm with my son and we're going to walk through the one we call the Black Beauty, which is our shipping container home. We're just going to do a little walk-through video of it. And I'll talk and he's going to do the walk-in and pointing.

[00:00:13]Uh so, starting on the outside, this is an 8-ft by 40-ft shipping container home, okay?

[00:00:19]It's got 9-ft walls, so that's kind of unique about it. Um it does have the Mr. Cool system for heating and cooling.

[00:00:26]It's got the Mr. Cool system there. And then you got your 200-amp electrical panel here with uh couple little plug-ins right over here.

[00:00:35]So, as you can see, it is a again, 8-ft by 40-ft shipping container with 9-ft high walls.

[00:00:45]Let's take them inside. Oh, but before we do actually, let's show them the other side of it, the front side of it, so they can see it's actually a shipping container. We're going to show them the doors on this side of it here.

[00:01:00]Okay, so on this side, as you can see, it really is a shipping container.

[00:01:05]And what they did is they welded the door shut right over here.

[00:01:10]And that's how they got it welded shut, so nobody can get in, but you can see it there. It's actually um a shipping container that has been modified to a one-bed, one-bath home, okay?

[00:01:25]So, let's take you inside.

[00:01:27]As you can see, we got two windows on the front. And then we'll go on in.

[00:01:35]So, when you walk inside, the first thing you're going to see to the left is you got your wide-open concept living room, bedroom there at the end. You got your kitchenette over here.

[00:01:49]Okay? So, we'll start on that side though. Let's show them the bedroom. So, over here, this is a queen-size bed. You got your mini split up there. That's the queen-size bed.

[00:02:00]He's chilling on there. Big window. You got a combination um washer and dryer at the bottom. This is your remote control for your mini split.

[00:02:11]And open that up for them. Oh, let them see the uh tankless water heater in there. So, when he opens that up, you got your tankless water heater, on-demand water heater there for instant hot water.

[00:02:24]Uh you can close it up. Oh, thank you very much.

[00:02:26]Um another thing we're going to demonstrate is Oh, go ahead and slide that barn door shut for them so they can see how that works.

[00:02:34]So, for privacy purposes, we close the barn door. Now, you got privacy in your bedroom.

[00:02:40]And then you got like a little living room area right over here where you can chill.

[00:02:46]Okay? You got a a window here and then a window here. So, when you're doing your dishes, you can look out the window. You do have a four-burner electric stove here, microwave up top. But uh if you want a regular stove with an oven here instead of this four-burner induction stove, we can change that out. Um Oh, let's go ahead and open the barn door again so they can see how that opens up.

[00:03:12]There you go. Slide that on open and voilà. Okay, excellent. Now, let's go over there and show them um the other barn door. That leads into Again, you can see it comes with your microwave stove, nice-size countertops.

[00:03:28]You can look out here doing your dishes, look out the window on your land.

[00:03:32]Um go ahead and slide the door open and shut for them over for the bathroom so they can see how that works.

[00:03:38]There you go. That's open and close.

[00:03:41]And then inside the bathroom here, you got your commode.

[00:03:47]And over here, you got your stand-up shower. And remember, too, guys, if you don't want a stand up shower and you want to rather put a tub, we can do that as well because look how much space we got on the side of the toilet. So, we got enough room to extend this out, no problem, and put a tub in here um if you don't want a walk-in shower.

[00:04:08]And then of course you got another window here.

[00:04:12]Sink. Also, close the door from the outside so I can show them what that looks like when it's closed.

[00:04:17]And boom, there you go.

[00:04:21]So, that's how that works. And uh this one again is 8-ft by 40-ft with 9-ft walls, so you're looking at 320 sq ft of livable space with the 9-ft walls to kind of give it that perception of being a lot little bit larger. There's your Mr. Cool thermostat for heating and cooling, and there's your um recessed lights up there. This is fully insulated, ready to go so you can live in it year-round. Also, let's take them back outside and do a walk around one last time and show them what the outside looks like. We'll walk all the way around it.

[00:04:54]And uh let's uh yeah, go go that way and we'll walk around it one time and do just a quick 360 of it and show them what the outside of it looks like.

[00:05:45]Keep in mind too, um if you've seen my social media, we can also do a double decker where we can put an 8-ft by 20-ft shipping container on the second floor to make it a two-bedroom, and then we could put a wrap-around deck on top. So, keep that in mind. We can also do a two-story. This one is 69,000.

[00:06:05]If you wanted to do a two-bedroom two-story one with the deck, that'll be around 129,000.
