I'll just say that, you know, typically with divorces we have certainly seen cases where one of the parties does die during a divorce and open action.
But in those situations, you have to actually go through a number of steps to get the case closed including you file a suggestion of death or something similar. You attach a death certificate. And there so there are procedures in each state as far as closing a a divorce case. But other than that, you know, in a situation like this where we don't have a body, we don't have proof of death, just to close and dismiss it would be rather hard to do.
