[00:00:00]I hate the word settle. Settle down, settle for something stable. When are you going to get a real job? Everyone's always asking me these questions.

[00:00:07]Apparently, there's a timeline, a point where you're meant to stop wondering and start being sensible. And I think what people actually mean is be safe, be predictable, be quiet. But here's the thing, I'm not against stability. I'm against being told there's only one version of it. I'm not scared of hard work and I'm not scared of responsibility, but I am scared of waking up at 40 and realizing I built a life that never really felt like mine.

[00:00:30]I'd rather risk failure than settle for boring. And if one day I choose a quiet life in a cabin in the woods or something slower, I want it to be because I chose it, not because I was told it was time.
