Yeah, okay. So, I'm just here working through some of the questions I've had come in and they are brilliant. So, mindset shifting, how do we do it?
When's the best time to start? How can I start? If these are your thought processes, do I have enough money? Do I have enough time? How do I do it? I'm lost. I don't think I can do it.

That is that mindset shift. So, how do we do it? So, if it's a negative negative mindset, we're in negative spiral. That comes from a feeling, a thought, and an emotion, and and then a behavior. So, if we can't change any of them, then we're going to be stuck. So, what can we change? What 100% can we change is the behavior. The thoughts and feelings and what comes along with them, we can't. But, that behavior of locking ourselves away, turning to alcohol, being angry, not doing the thing, whatever it may be, that behavior, we change it. How do we change it? When we get those thoughts and feelings, and [music] it takes time. Nothing's overnight. I understand, right? And I need you guys to understand that, too.
It's not one video, one session it it it fixes all. We get there slowly together.
So, that behavior then is journaling. I know what [music] you're thinking. I thought the same. We write it down.
You write down whatever the thing you're worried about, spiraling about, whatever the negative thought and feeling is, we write it down. Then, we question it.
Is it the truth? Can I change it? And who am I changing it for? Again, guys, I know everybody it is suffering in their own individual way. But, when it comes to the mindset, we reprogram it through um not like regimental ways, but sort of the same tools that we can switch and change. So, if you're not If you're not like a people pleaser and you don't want to change that, then we get rid of who am I changing it for because that is somebody else. And if it is, then we're people pleasing and changing our lives for them, which is not what we want. But, we come back to changing that negative mindset to a positive mindset. And that is is it real? And can I change it if it's something in the future that's um getting us spiraling or the past, we can't change it. It hasn't happened, it's already happened, and is it real?
Is that 100% what happened in the past, and is it 100% going to happen again if I do the thing? And if it's in the future, it hasn't happened yet. So, that is not 100% the outcome. So, once we do that, we drop down to our pro and con list, an old favorite, but it works well with the right question and a pro con list. We have all our pros, nine times out of 10 we leave them alone cuz they're happy, they're upbeat, they're great, but the cons, we take the value away from them.
How do we do that?
We do it by questioning the cons themself. Can we change them? Are they true? Is it really what happened?
