[00:00:00]Islamophobia is the most accepted form of racism in this country and anytime there's an act of violence committed against them, I think it's really important that we place accountability on the politicians who have spent their entire careers demonizing and dehumanizing these people as invasive species. I have no memory of a time when the media and people in power weren't manufacturing consent for some sort of conflict [music] with a country in the Middle East, nor do I remember a time when we weren't being told that Muslims and Islam were a direct threat to our freedom. We've had constant military interaction in the Middle East for the last 45 years. The list of atrocities is literally endless and without using words that'll get this video taken down, we've spent the last four years aiding and abetting the mass killing of an entire group of people who just happened to be Muslim. Our country and our leaders have been scapegoating these people for as long as I can remember.

[00:00:42]The perpetrators of this violence in whatever form it takes, verbal, physical, systemic, are literally following the example of the people in power who are perpetuating and encouraging that violence and [music] saying that violence is a patriotic duty. As far as I'm concerned, they are directly responsible for making people like this.
