[00:00:00]Glory to Jesus Christ. Slava Isusu Khrystu. Dear friends, our series on the Church of Witness, the stories of the Ukrainian Greek Catholic Church through the centuries, has had now 17 episodes, and we're going to take a pause for the summer.

[00:00:22]For a general picture covering the whole millennium, I advise you to read Anatoly Babinsky's Ukrainian Greek Catholic Church, A Short History.

[00:00:33]You can plow through it in one day.

[00:00:37]And if you want to delve a little bit deeper, my book, Crisis and Reform, which explains the genesis of the Union of Brest, but puts it in a broad context of European, Greek, Ottoman, Russian, and Polish history.

[00:00:55]This book might be a good summer read.
