THIS Could Trigger XRP’s BIGGEST Supercycle EVER!

[00:00:00]AI as an industry is in a super cycle.

[00:00:03]Everywhere you look, there is an AI stock that's going up by, you know, a crazy amount. 10x, 30x, 40x plus, and everyone's talking about it. Now, is it a bubble? Is it this? Is it that? We have no idea. But I will say this, one big thing that I am focused on with the AI boom is where things are headed. And being in crypto, I feel like we already know why we are seeing the AI boom. 24/7 365 payments automated onchain with AI agents. Agentic finance is an absolute gamecher. It's going to enable everything that we see with tokenized assets uh to scale and work efficiently because at the end of the day on the other side of those transactions, there's not going to be humans. You need an AI agent to settle those transactions. Which is also why, as you guys do see on my screen, Moon Pay just launched Moon Agents card, letting AI agents spend stable coins directly from onchain wallets via Mastercard.

[00:01:18]This is absolutely massive. The a the agentic economy is starting to expand and it's starting to scale. And this is something that everyone should be paying attention to.

[00:01:33]This got announced on May 1st and I wonder just how crazy this is going to get because I know that we have been tracking everything that Moon Pay has been doing. Um, they have been doing some pretty pretty crazy things. I mean, they've been acquiring a ton of companies. Uh, they've been moving forward with AI. Salon is moving forward with AI. Almost everyone is talking about AI at this point. And I just feel as though this is not going to cool off at all. Like AI is going to be around forever. It's the idea that yes, there's definitely a lot of nonsense out there in the AI side of things as well. Like there's a lot of just like ghost companies. Um, but the overall goal here in crypto is yes, a AI agents are going to be your broker, your realer, whatever the case may be on the other side of those transactions because humans just are simply not going to be available 24/7 365, which also takes me to the idea like this is with Mastercard. Like they launched this with Mastercard. Um, and this is all based around stable coins. We already know that back on November 5th of last year, Ripple partnered up with Mascar to introduce ROUSD credit card settlements on the XRP ledger. So, could this potentially have some exposure? Well, it's kind of a stretch, but it definitely would be kind of cool to see that. Um, but we also know that Ripple did just partner up with Mastercard back in March as well.

[00:02:57]We have digital assets are moving from experimentation to real world use. We see collaboration across the ecosystem is key to connecting onchain innovation with trusted global payments infrastructure. Initiatives like the Mascard crypto partner program help bring builders, networks, and financial institutions closer together. We have here that digital assets are entering a new phase. What once ran in parallel to existing financial systems is increasingly being applied to solve practical real world needs. Often behind the scenes, from crossber remittances to B2B money transfers, this creates new opportunities to add value in how money moves globally. Now, yeah, this is great to see, but there's really no AI mixed to that, but I would assume that at some point in time in the future, there definitely will be. Um, you know, we know that Mascard and uh Ripple actually just partnered up with Ono and even JP Morgan. This is to connect a public blockchain with interbank settlement rails with, of course, XRP. So, there's definitely a lot of moves starting to really kind of scale here. And even here, we do have from March 24th, meet Mascard's new generative AI model. So, even Mascar does have AI as well built into the core of their system. Um, a lot of companies are launching AI models at this point, and I think that it's only going to become more and more prevalent as time goes on. Now, with this in mind, we also go over here to what Jukin05 put on X, which was we have only just entered the early innings. Now, this is from a Goldman Sachs global investment research analytic. Um, and this is talking about tokens processed per month. Now, they're not talking about um crypto tokens. They're actually talking about consumer token growth, uh which is like tokens utilized within, you know, specific models. Um so, consumer agent workloads could dramatically increase token consumption leading to 10x token consumption by 2030. Now, this is driven by broader user reach, highly daily frequency, and the shift from chat sessions to both on demand and always on agents. And if we're looking at this growth rate here, I mean, obviously, you know, if it's going to rise by, you know, 12x or more, because over here we do have a full breakdown that it could potentially 24x, then imagine what this is going to do with within crypto.

[00:05:13]Like this is kind of crazy to look at.

[00:05:16]But we have here, I read Goldman Sachs's AI report and I was genuinely impressed.

[00:05:20]The core insight is as follows. Agentic AI could turn AI from a capex heavy cost burden into a business where usage growth drives margin expansion. As token cost fall, more complex agents become economically viable. These agents then consume far more tokens through longer context windows, repeated reasoning loops, validation tool use, and always on background monitoring. This increase in token usage improves infrastructure utilization, strengthens unit economics, and gives hyperscalers and model providers more room to reinvest in model quality, distribution, and even capacity. In other words, the bull case for AI capeex is not simply that usage will grow. It is that this usage growth can increasingly flow through an attractive um incremental margins.

[00:06:03]Goldman Sachs argues that this margin inflection is beginning to appear from 2026 onward. And yeah, I mean that's pretty crazy. This is obviously just based around AI platforms. Imagine what AI agents in finance could accomplish and imagine what that will do to, you know, these charts. And we're already starting to see it happen. I mean, if you think about what's really going on, like XRP already got tapped in with T-54 AI. So T-54 AI is building the agentic economy on X. Simple explanation. It lets autonomous AI agent smart bots securely make payments and trades on their own with built-in fraud checks and safety controls. No human need it, but fully trustworthy. This unlocks safe AI powered DeFi on the XRP ledger. And yeah, this is like this is insane, but it's happening. Like these things are moving forward and it's only going to get crazier from here on out. But every single major company is on board and XRP is right there already tapped in with T-54. By the way, this is with Evernorth tied back to it. But the agent economy is happening on the XRP ledger. Uh Gartner actually projects that the autonomous agent economy could reach $30 trillion by 2030. And if we're thinking about that, like just imagine how much demand some of these networks will have on them. These are all with microtransactions, treasury management, and even crossber payments, which, you know, we already know XRP has all of those tapped in. Uh, so we could definitely start to see the scale in a huge way. I'm very, very excited about this. Um, but the reason why I'm bringing this back up is because, you know, we do have this clip circulating around again and we have CZ Binance, the native currency for AI agents, will be crypto. This is single-handedly the biggest reason to be bullish long term.

[00:07:53]>> The native currency for AI agent is going to be crypto. They're not going to use bank cards. They're not going to swipe uh with credit cards. They're going to crypto blockchain is the most native uh technology interface for AI agents. So when AI goes big, uh today AI don't really they're not really agents.

[00:08:10]They don't buy tickets for you. They don't they don't pay for uh restaurants for you. Uh but when they actually do those payments will be in crypto.

[00:08:17]>> And that's like the biggest thing, right? is like automated transactions because you know if you go to for an example a restaurant you want to make a transaction like you know most of these restaurants are not going to be cryptonative anyways but um with a stable coin yeah an AI agent could make that transaction for you on the internal side of the transaction that you don't even see you don't even realize um but it all settles it all moves quickly seconds less than a second fraction of a penny like yeah AI agents will be the native driver of you know transactions and when we mix everything together like we already have clarity becoming a reality um everyone's talking about rates coming back down because of AI that's what Kevin War has been talking about QE is already kind of starting the agentic economy will see amazing growth once crypto bottoms the next bull run will be wild now I feel like crypto already bottomed I think that this next bull run is going to be absolutely insane because we have the AI boom combined with um institutional adoption with institutional you know tokenization stable coin growth as well like there's so many big narratives now around crypto like I remember like back in 2021 it was meme coins and gaming coins and DeFi um now it's you know AITU stable coins tokenization and still all those other things like gaming defy this that like there's so much happening it's it's a crazy portal right now. Um, I'm more bullish than ever before, even though I know it's hard for a lot of people to be bullish at this point. Uh, but I'm very, very happy with how things are playing out. But it kind of takes me back to that video clip and you guys probably remember this video clip going back to January uh where I stated that AI needs a new currency system tied back to it and the rails are being built right now because Jeremy Olair from Circle actually even stated that you know something massive that the market is sleeping on is the next generation of blockchains. It's not that they're designed for humans, it's that they're built for AI agents executing economic activity non-stop in an automated 24/7 365 system. And that's where we look at networks like the XRP ledger. That's where we look at companies like Ripple that are building towards this, making sure that this becomes a reality. And there's so many other network side back to it as well. Um, but you know, stable coins, they are basically becoming the financial operating system for AI at scale. [00:10:53]>> Sure. I I' I'd start with um maybe some basic which is you know when when when we got started working on this almost 13 years ago the the the idea that got us very excited was that first that you could have kind of money as like a native data type on the internet. So you could have digital dollars just like you have digital music or or communications like kind of ba basic building blocks and that it would be programmable and and the programmability idea was uh through the advent or the proposal of the idea of smart contracts and 12 years ago 13 years ago that wasn't a thing.

[00:11:26]Now we have very mature computing networks these blockchain networks that uh are able to execute code. Um, and what's powerful about it is that these smart contracts are um, they're publicly verifiable. So, that's really important when you're dealing with uh, transactions amongst uh, unknown counterparties or for example when you're dealing with transactions between an AI agent and another AI agent. And so we now have kind of the the computing material to provide a kind of assured, verifiable, cryptographically verifiable way to conduct transactions.

[00:12:06]And so um that's powerful in a whole bunch of things. It's powerful for uh bringing more financial market infrastructure online and innovations in the way financial services get built and and delivered and rendered. But it's particularly important in this in this growing world of agentic economic activity. And so um you know right now what we're seeing is um this proliferation in new technology standards for um basically payment protocols for AI agents and payment protocols for AI agents that um primarily use stable coins uh uh uh as the as the actual medium of exchange. If you if you think about um you know uh AI agents that are making these high velocity transactions at very low cost to do work or or consume data etc like >> so yeah I mean basically it's just explaining that you know you will have this agentic you know financial system essentially where AI agents are on the other side of those transactions. It enables you know financial infrastructure to move on chain. It enables um financial you know asset classes to move on chain and operate 24/7 365 like this is where we're headed and you know some of these networks like the XP ledger are already built for this. Um I love to see what's happening with some of these you know other names like Moon and Mastercard because you know we already know that Ripple has a lot of connections back to those two XRP also. Um, and yeah, I mean this is realistically speaking the new system and it's very bullish. Uh, it's very exciting to see where we're headed because we do hold the keys to the kingdom.
