How do you feel excited again after a miscarriage?

[00:00:00]I had my D&C a week ago, so I'm still kind of recovering emotionally and physically from everything. But something that keeps creeping into my mind is the next time I get a test, a positive test, I don't want to tell anybody. Like I feel like I don't even want to tell my husband. And I just want to wait to hear a heartbeat before I tell anybody this time. And I know anything can happen at any point in the process, but I feel like guilty for like putting everybody through this loss with me, you know? It's mixed feelings, right? Because they were there for me when I went through this, and they showed up in a huge way. Everyone did, like friends, my family. So I don't regret telling them in that sense, but like I feel like I can't put people through it again, and I feel like like I would kind of want to just take it on, you know what I mean? Just curious if anyone else has kind of like felt that, and how you I don't know, how you get excited for your next one and still share knowing that it could end up the same way. It's just hard to wrap my mind around.
