[00:00:00]And we got across to more breaking news coming in paid to TMC posters that have now surfaced across Kolkata. So much so that the QR code that has also been put out. The QR code campaign that targets TMC over cut money. Metro stations that have turned into political flashpoints with posters that have been flagged alleging paid to get scammed by the TMC.

[00:00:23]A digital campaign that has taken a direct aim at the TMC. Posters have been displayed all across Kolkata especially [music] at metro stations that say pay for jobs and ration. So much so that QR scanner that has also been displayed on quote unquote 15 years of TMC's misrule.

[00:00:41]After Modi and Amit Shah these posters that have been put out to slam the TMC and its cut money culture.

[00:00:52]Posters that have brought the TMC [music] under scam glare.

[00:00:56]And there you see those posters that have been displayed across Kolkata where it's a direct fight between the BJP and the TMC. Just a short while ago we also heard from UP Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath who not just uh leveled the mafia attack against uh Mamata Banerjee but also said that if the BJP comes to power then they will certainly ensure the law and order situation [music] improves in West Bengal. And in the latest attack by the BJP against the TMC cut money culture that has been highlighted and these posters that have now been displayed across several parts in Kolkata especially the metro station. So much so that even the QR code has been put out.

[00:01:45]Let me cut across to my colleague uh Piyush Mishra joining us on the broadcast. Uh Piyush all out attack by the BJP against the TMC and these posters that have been put out. Any response from the TMC yet?

[00:01:59]Well so far there has been no no response has come to the fore from the side of TMC but yeah these posters have surfaced across Kolkata and in various other parts of West Bengal. Remember that this is a type of campaign which BJP is now saying and raising the matter of corruption. Remember that this is one of the one of the core issues which BJP has been raising since day one and now paid to TMC that's the poster which has surfaced in different parts of Kolkata.

[00:02:27]These posters have basically been pasted uh uh pasted at Esplanade metro, Chandni Chowk metro, CR Avenue and the main you know motive of BJP through these posters is to tell to people as to how TMC MPs leaders and various other functionaries of TMC are being indulged in corruption, uh the economy, low development. You know these few issues which BJP has been raising but these posters somewhere indicate that uh the issue of corruption has been highlighted uh through these new posters that have surfaced in the various parts of this of Kolkata.

[00:03:10]So of this fight and how it is intensifying is also grabbing all the eyeballs Piyush because uh we saw how the BJP released that charge sheet on the 15 years of misgovernance of the TMC. Also the many many verbal attacks that have uh been launched by the BJP and now this poster war especially the cut money culture that is being displayed by even putting out a QR code and how it is grabbing people's attention.

Well that's uh it is grabbing a lot of attention by Well that's right uh it is these posters are grabbing a lot of attention where BJP is highlighting where these posters have been put up where it is written paid to TMC and like you rightly mentioned that yes there's a QR code also where if you uh directly logged into a page where the uh you know uh details of corrupt corrupt practices of uh TMC have been furnished. Through these posters BJP is trying to message trying to send a message as to how BJP is being indulged into uh corrupt practices and uh you know this is also getting a lot of traction. People who are passing by these areas are you know people are looking at these posters. Uh remember that these are these are the areas where a lot of uh people go there. These are busy uh stretches of Kolkata where these posters have been pasted. So just ahead of this first phase of election which is also to take place on April 23rd. This is a unique way of reaching out to the electorate in the state of West Bengal where uh BJP is somewhere trying to hit out at the Congress by saying to how TMC leaders for the last many many years have been indulged into uh the corrupt practices uh not only in Kolkata but in other parts of West Bengal also. So unfortunately in the posters have been uh pasted but these posters are uh specially catching eyeballs at Esplanade metro, Chandni Chowk metro and also CR Avenue. CR Avenue is a very important uh stretch of busy stretch of Kolkata where a lot of people uh you know go daily and when people are going through crossing by these areas they are looking at these posters and somewhere uh they are being told about how corruption has been one of the main issues during this Piyush I want to thank you for getting us all those details.
