The Auditor General's audit revealed significant discrepancies in the government's hurricane relief fund management, with approximately $40 million unaccounted for and only $26 million spent out of over $1 billion received in donations. This highlights the importance of proper financial oversight and accountability in government programs, especially during humanitarian crises when public trust is essential.

and I use this opportunity to welcome you to another episode of your favorite favorite late night talk show Jamaica Hot Topic where we bring you the very very hottest and latest news happening in and around Jamaica. As usual, you know, it plans to be another exciting, entertaining and informing live stream.
So, please remember to hit the like button. Yes, my viewers and subscribers, hit that like button as you join the live stream tonight. Remember to share the video with a family, share the video with a friend. Feel free to participate in the discussion. Talk up the things in the chat room or you can feel free to participate in the discussions. Give us a call on our WhatsApp line and let your voice be heard by viewers and subscribers. So, speaking about hottest and latest news tonight, there's a lot of things we have to talk about, you know, because I hear some clips that were released my viewers and subscribers and the people Manchester up road cford business. I said the people Manchester them talk up everything about Roa my view subscribers I don't know where Crawford do them you know or I don't know what happened up them fed up or what happen you know but tonight I am going to release some vice note that many of your ears are going to go twinkle d twinkle do twinkle dumb yes you're going to hear some very very very interesting arguments some You've heard before my viewers and subscribers and others I I've assumed many of you have never heard these allegations about the member of parliament before. It's going to be very interesting tonight my viewers and subscribers. So we're going to be talking about that as the hot topic. The next hot topic we have to talk about is something that is very important. It it involves the hurricane money. The very same hurricane money that we've been very circumspect of Andrew Holdes and the JLP administration. The very same hurricane money that we said JLP want to thief.
The very same money what we know say JP plan for take plan for rob plan for putting on them pocket. that very same money we're going to talk about tonight, my viewers and subscribers, because the auditor general did an audit and the government said they pay out $122 billion, my views and subscribers. But what the AG is saying that approximately 80 million was signed off and a signature was written for. What she's saying is that the other 40 something million according to what I understand from the document. No signature, no dep on it, nothing at all isn't on it.
There's a lot of discrepancies, my viewers and subscribers, in how the money was released, my viewers and subscribers. And I'm asking you the question, didn't you expect that the Jamaica Labor Party was going to swindle some of the hurricane money? Didn't you expect that the thief in JP that they are that they was going and swindle some of the money and put it in the pocket?
Well, we are getting to understand some information. I tell you one day one of them go prison. You know, one day one from JP go because they've been taking this thing too far. The two barefaced my viewers and subscribers. You mean to tell me that so many people are suffering and so many people can attest that they've never received a dollar.
And here the the auditor general did a detailed report my viewers and subscribers of monies that are unaccounted for. I am going to be sharing that with you tonight my view subscribers. There is also another clip that is circulating that the government of Jamaica received approximately a billion dollars and more.
It is said between the last hurricane and this hurricane. And can you believe that the government only spent $26 million? I want somebody to listen to me very carefully. You know, I want you to listen to me tonight, you know, because we're talking about some very important things. You know, the government of Jamaica received approximately over a billion dollars in donations and funds to help hurricane victims during the time of hurricane. Over a billion dollars. And you need to tell me say the government only spend 26. Somebody type 26. You mean to tell me the government only spend a measly $26 million maybe was subscribers?
You mean to tell me so much people are suffer and can't find food and don't have a roof over their heads? And you need to tell me the government of Jamaica have so much money over a billion dollars that they receive and only $26 million has been given out so far. I am putting it to you tonight that the government is wicked. I am putting it to you tonight that the government is cruel, cruel, callous, inhumane, my viewers and subscribers. And I am telling you tonight that there are going to be rumblings. my viewers and subscribers because a lot of people are talking about it. I see a report that is circulating and it is coming from the UNP which says that more than half of Jamaicans plan to migrate within the next 3 years. Anybody listen to me? The report from the UN, the UNP is saying that more than half of Jamaicans plan to migrate within the next three years. And I want to ask the UNDP, is it that they know something that we don't know? Or is it they see that that Jamaica in in a few years is going to become so cumbersome and burdensome to live that it's going to be hard for the Jamaicans to bear it. My subscribers make hear the things with the people talk about ROA tonight. Well things I could talk about in a class tonight. It's going to be very interesting. It's going to be very hot.
Remember to like and share the video.
But before we get into the class, we have to play Sister Pat. We have to big up Father God. Thank him for his goodness. Thank him for his grace. We're going to use the time to make some other people coming on the live stream. And thereafter, we're going to chant fire tonight because you're going to hear some things you've never heard before.

So, today is a very busy busy busy day. very very very busy day in terms of content and in terms of news and in terms of hot topics there's number of things to talk about politics social media news you know money missing JPT for money you know there's there's a number of important topics and I just want to bring them to your attention tonight you're going to hear some things where the people of Manchester are talking up some things about the member of parliament Parliament ROA ROA member of parliament ROA you're going to hear some things tonight my viewers and subscribers that you've never heard spoken about the member of parliament and remember these are not my words you know I leak it leak and me get a piece of it my subscribers like and share the video for me please all right remember to like and share the video we're also going to be talking about the government of Jamaica how the attorney general the auditor general you know did an audit of the finances and she realized some discrepancies regarding in the hurricane money were just gone. You understand?
So, we're going to be talking about that and several other topics, my subscribers. But the first story I want to bring to you of the night, you know, is one that is certainly a hot topic. my business subscribers as many people are talking about it as we speak and many people have their own opinions on it.
What I'm talking about my video subscribers is you know somebody are saying that a lot of people are saying that this person was given a second chance and they blew it. Anybody know who I'm talking about?
We're talking about my viewers and subscribers.
Somebody from the dance hall arena because the person professed to be from the dance hall arena. My view subscribers. We're talking about Flipper Mafia. I'm sure most of you know Flipper Mafia. My view subscribers. Now we're getting information that many of you would have known that Flipper Mafia was arrested on drug charges and he was locked up and sent out and sent to prison. And Flipper Mafia is that artist that you know he he said he's an artist. I think he did one or two songs but a lot of people know him as a man who deal with the the white substance. You understand my view subscribers? That is what many people know Flipper Mafia for.
And we're getting information, my video subscribers, that Flipper Mafia have found himself in hot water. Again, my viewers and subscribers, because we're getting to understand that he has been arrested along with three others on what? Guess what? Guess on what charges?
Drugs charges. Again my viewers and subscribers and and a lot of people are saying boy them business about him because him get him chance and blow it.
Anybody most of you would have know flipper mafia right? Yes man I believe most of you would have known flipper mafia or know who flipper mafia is in case you don't know here is a picture of flipper mafia. Here he is my view subscribers you know he's always in the limelight and throwing money and you know doing a lot of stuff. And here is the news article which says flipper mafia, three others arrested on cocaine, meth and fthanel charges, my viewers and subscribers. So let me read the article for you which is coming from the Jamaica gleer I believe. Hold on a second my brother subscribers listen to the story because this gets very interesting about the story my brother subscribers.
So can you imagine a lot of people are say boy flipper get him chance my viewers and subscribers and blow it. A lot of people are saying flipper get him charged. Just the other day flipper come out my view and subscribers.
Not just the other day them say flipper mafia come out my viewers and subscribers. Where's the story man? Hold on a second.
All right. So here is the article and I'll go to the article from the Jamaica Observer. It says flossing king flipper muggler facing drug charges in the US again. And this is today May 12, 2026.
My viewers and subscribers. And the article reads as follows. Only 4 years after his release from prison on drug trafficking charges, dance artist flipper muggler has once again found himself in hot water with United States federal authorities. The self-styled flossing king, whose real name is Andrew Kendrick Davis, has been charged in a New Jersey federal drug conspiracy case alongside co-defendant Damian Jones, Clifford Brown, and James McBride.
Prosecutors noted that the four men are accused of conspiring to possess and distribute at least 50 grams of substance containing a detectable amount of methamphetamine, at least 400 g of fentinil, and at least 5 kg of cocaine between 2025 and 2026. It says as part of the investigation, a judge authorized the interception of communications from two phones used by Davis. The criminal complaint revealed damning conversation between Davis and an unknown female as well as conversation with his codefendants. The complainant noted that on May 9, 2026, law enforcement officers observed a US postal worker deliver one of the boxes mailed from California 5 days earlier to an address that was under surveillance. A subsequent raid netted one of the codefendants and recovered 10 pounds of suspected methamphed.
Other raid followed and Davis's codefendant were arrested and more evidence seized. It says the Demia DJ appeared before the US magistrate uh judge an Marie Dono on Monday when the charges were unsealed. He remains in custody in the United States Marshall until a bail hearing on May 14 in the United States District Court of the District of New Jersey. It is said also Davis, also known as Flipper Mafia, previously served several years in prison following a 2006 conviction in a major drug trafficking and money laundering case. Uh despite being sentenced to 25 years, he was released from prison in 2002 and had resumed his music career releasing songs like in a don. So that is the story that many people are talking about of flipper mafia my subscribers and you know a lot of people are saying that you know he made a fool of himself because you know if you if you know for the most part that you were convicted of such crime and for the most part you know they would have you under surveillance many people are saying that him you know give himself and this time my subscribers. People are saying that it it it is suspected that he's going to get a lot more time than he got before my subscribers. You know what I mean? So that is one of the hot topic that is on the street. That is one of the topics that people are talking about and I just wanted to bring it to your attention my view and subscribers that the US them not play. They don't play my viewers and subscribers.
And I don't even know what I have to say in this situation. You know, you live a certain life, my VA subscribers, you face a certain heat and a certain music.
Talk the truth now. So you dance with the music. But that is what it is my VA subscribers where Flipper Mafia is concerned. And a lot of people are saying again my subscribers that he's going to get a lot more time. He's going to get a lot more time. My view subscribers. All I can say that you know may faith have his way with that situation. My va subscribers I still now wish him bad. I wish him the best of luck my va subscribers you know but I move on from that story into a local story that is very sad and very tragic very sad and very tragic. my subscribers. Now, I'm sure that many of us know the Jamaican culture that whenever there is a funeral, you know, of lately, there are these bands that play at the funeral and play at the nine night. Anybody know the funeral bands? And my viewers and subscribers were getting to understand that a band's was playing music for a funeral, my view subscribers. And we're also getting to understand that it was the day of the funeral. Let me just explain. It was the day of the funeral and the bands was playing music. They were on the truck.
They were playing music and they were live streaming. You understand? And something happened, my viewers and subscribers. And I am going to let you hear for yourself exactly what happened.
But before I I let you hear the official news report, I want to show you an amateur footage.
I want to show you an amateur footage.
my VA subscribers, which shows the moment before the tragic incident which occurred, my VA subscribers. And bear with me one moment while I bring it to your attention. So, I'm going to bring you clip A or exhibit A. Take a look on your screen. On your screen, as you can see, is a Chuck. And I'm sure that many of us would have seen these bands performing and many of us like the bands who rock to the bands. You know what I mean? And it is a stint at funerals and nine nights these days, especially at nine nights and setups. But nonetheless, my viewers and subscribers, what I want to say here is that they were on the bands dancing. I'm going to bring that to your attention. Here's the clip.
I want you to focus on the lady in the pink and the blue pants.
Focus on the lady who is in the pink top and the blue jeans.
Somebody type pink top.
Focus on the lady who is in the pink top and the blue jeans. I want you to focus on it in my video subscribers. Focus on it. There are three clips I have to bring to you. This is exhibit A.

>> So that my viewers and subscribers is exhibit A. Exhibit A, you can see the before the incident happened when the music was playing and everybody was having a good time. And you're going to see and hear what happened next. So with that being said, I bring to you a clip from TVJ regarding what happened next.
Let's go into the clip.
Oh my god. What happened a while ago, students? Bear with teacher one second now, please.
I don't know what happened a while ago.
Bear with me because you're going to see that, you know, in the midst of having fun, trouble.
In the midst of having fun, my viewers and subscribers, trouble can arise. With that being said, let's go to the clip from TVJ.
Welcome back to Prime Time News >> and a special welcome to viewers on TVJ International in the Cayman Islands and online at onesspotmedia.com.
Uping at least six people suffered major injuries, one critical after a truck ran off the road and over an embankment in Clarendon. At least four other people got minor injuries.
>> TVJ News understands the truck was on its way to a funeral when the tragedy happened.
It was an ominous journey for this truck carrying musical instrument to a funeral in V.
>> This is the very same truck that was that they were dancing on a while ago.
You know, my viewers and subscribers.
This is the very very same truck that they were on dancing on a while ago. You know, Mar is a big up yourself moderator. I haven't seen you for the longest while. Blessings. Good to see you in class, man. Big up yourself. my video subscribers. This is the very same truck on which they were dancing on a while ago. The very same truck. Take a look at what happened next.
>> Victoria Clarendon around 11:00 Monday morning. First data broke down on the road above and then seconds later this was its fate.
By the time you put in a personal engine just kind of just off and truck just start to run back >> and so it ran off the road, rolled down the slope and ended up here. 10 people were on the truck during the time of the incident. Six of them suffered major injuries. The TVJ News understands one of them is in a critical condition. Only one of the passengers narrowly escaped injuries.
>> Councelor for the Thomastown Division, Colin Henry attended the same funeral in Victoria where the truck was headed.
>> We want to uh purge motorists and drivers as well to be extremely careful and these um roadways as they traverse these roads on a daily basis. uh this stretch of road is really uh it's as you can see it's a hilly terrain and so forth and it's very narrow. Of course you have to apply these with caution as well given the fact that a lot of heavy unit will have traverses and if you don't really familiar with the area it can cause a problem for you. Our prayers go out um to the families of those affected. We continue to pray for them and hope that the situation remains the same. They are just in recovery mode and no no life would have been lost.
>> Nakinsky Robinson, TVJ News.
>> So my viewers and subscribers in that clip you heard that no life was lost but one person was critical.
I got other information my view and subscribers that apparently the person who was critical ended up dying. My viewers and subscribers sadly the person passed away tragically. And anybody remember the spoke about the lady in the pink top and blue? Take a look at this clip of the accident my subscribers of the lady with the pink top and blue.
Take a look at this clip.
Susie. All right.
Susie.
>> This is when the at the moment the accident happened. You know my viewers and subscribers. My god.
This is the moment the accident happened. And I'm saying, you know, I look at the comments and a lot of people said the dopey box and the cause it because people were saying my subscribers that the earth broke down must say two time and they had to get a different earth to carry the body. Are you hearing me my subscribers? People are saying is the dopey cause it?
A lot of people are saying is the dopey cause it my video subscribers because the people are saying that the the dopey was giving problem.
They were saying that before that they was trying to carry the body in one earth and that earth broke down and they said they had to carry it in another earth and another earth broke down and they would have to get another earth and it took so long before the earth. I am hearing all kind of judgment my subscribers but because I wasn't there I do have nothing at all to say more than condolences to the family and it is very sad my viewers and subscribers very very very sad what happened and it just goes to show that in the midst of peace and safety there can be sudden destruction that's why it is good my video subscribers to always pray on your going out and you're coming in if you agree with me type amen always pray on your going out And you're coming in. If you agree with me, type a man.
Susie. All right.
Susie.
>> Susie.
Like I said, my bel subscribers, it is a very, very tragic incident, man. Very, very, very tragic to know that, you know, you're on your way to a funeral and then, you know, something like that happens. It is very sad. And they're human beings and they have family to my video subscribers and it might be somebody that you know or one of us know because you know the country is big, but it is small where everybody knows somebody who knows somebody who knows somebody. But with that being said, my VA subscribers, once again I say condolences to them and we move on into our next topic.
>> So my VA subscribers, this next topic is quite an interesting topic my VA subscribers and I want you to listen to a man as he makes a claim that the police seems to be harassing him and he says that the police are trailing him and it seems like the police want to kill him. My subscribers, I want you to listen carefully and this is the court of public opinion and you can all have your opinion and tell me what you think.
Do you think that this man's life is in jeopardy as he states? Do you think that the police really are trailing him?
Listen to this story and tell me exactly what you think. With that being said, let's go to this clip.
A man who says he feels the police are out to take his life has spoken publicly about the situation. The man says he wants Jamaica to know he's innocent and he feels he's being targeted. The man went into the police today for a second time to try and end what he says is a frightening ordeal. Kirk Wright has that story.
Fearing for his life, Karen Richardson and his attorney, Dian Jobson, went to the central police station to clarify if he's a wanted man. His attorney says the police confirmed they have no interest in him and that he left the station a free man.
>> Mhm. When you took when you took him to the police, what did what exactly did the police work?
>> The inspector the inspector there was very helpful, Mr. um inspector and he you know went and made inquiries and he said to his knowledge you know there's no nothing that they would that he is wanted there.
>> Mr. Richardson says he became fearful upon realizing he was being followed by the police in two marked vehicles shortly after leaving his St. Katherine home on Saturday. How I know that they're really trailing me now is that when I reach at the uh the intersection where the price mark and the 100 money man is I went over to the to the gas station. I saw one of the jeep went opposite way and the other one went the other way. When I was leaving the gas station, I saw that they're still trailing me. I went straight over to uh where the Fantana Pharmacy is. I saw the two vehicles still parked on the two different sections watching me. I went in the Starbucks and I sit down in there for almost 2 hours until the vehicle then take time and drive off.
>> Mr. Richardson says he still wasn't sure if the police had left. So he asked his partner who was with him at the time to roll down the four windows to his vehicles.
>> She drove away my car and they trailer her in my car and they see that I wasn't in there and I took a taxi >> for him. The action of the police suggests that they're up to no good. He says if they wanted to arrest him for any reason, they had plenty of time to get him while he was in a store.
>> And when I went in the Starbucks, I sat in there for 2 hours, right? And none of the police them come inside there and said, "Listen, um, we want you or nothing." They they didn't come and say nothing to me. But as soon as my car drive off and start going the direction, they start trailing my car again. You understand? So I feel like they trying to hurt me and I am a innocent person.
>> He said weeks ago he got information that his name was being linked to a serious matter that happened in the Almantown community. So he went into the police to clear his name. Mr. Richardson says he was not charged. Neither was he needed by the police for any reason. Mr. Richardson says that's why he's now baffled about being trailed by the police. Commissioner of Police, I really want to know why am I being arrested by the JCF? Because I'm not a wanted man. I have do nothing wrong. So just please tell me why they are trailing me and I know they must trying to trail me to kill me. So why they are trailing me and why am I being arrested by the police?
>> Mr. Richardson says he will not be dropping his guard. Kirk Wright, TVJ News.
my viewers and subscribers. There you have it.
There you have it, my viewers and subscribers. And the question I want to ask, what do you make of that? My viewers and subscribers, remember when it comes to the Jamaican police, the first thing that comes to many people mind is distrust. They don't trust them.
They don't believe the police.
They know that of lately the police are on a murder spree and the stories are very controversial. We spoke about one last night where a 17year-old young man was murdered by the police and the residents are saying that the young man had his hands up in the air. It is also said that one man begged the police not to murder him and the police went ahead and murdered him and he had his hands up in the air. So the question we're asking now my subscribers this man said that police are me subscribers don't you see that trail the man to go on alive the man and murder the man.
Don't you see that corrupt crooked police the rogue police officers that are in remember say some of these policeers are paid to kill people you know remember some of them are paid for hire you know you hire them you know you give them job you know hit and they collect you know my subscribers and murder people you know now in this man's situation what would you do you do my subscribers Because if they know where you live, they know everything. They know PP pluck pluck.
What do you do? I am telling you my video subscribers that you see more and more people are beginning to realize that you see the police force they are up to no good.
Especially most of them my VA subscribers most of them are up to no good. My VA subscribers and this man knows and feel it in him guts that they are up to more than him my viewers and subscribers. But we will see what happen because sooner or later they might find the man and say that him him in him him him him him him him him him him him him him him him him him him him him him fire at them and they had to take evasive action my subscribers I would advise this man to try to get out of the country wouldn't you advise him of the same I would advise this man yes Erica say I think he should leave the country I would advise him to try and leave the country if possible because if them out to murder you sir. They will murder you and the only thing we hear on news is that you fire at them and they found one weapon or one or one day. So because we know that is the same story as San they sing over and over again. I'm telling you my video subscribers that the police force seems to gone to dogs. The police force seems to be at its lowest point in terms of trust. There's a big trust deficit where the police is concerned.
My V subscribers, I remember said the police took a oath to serve, protect and reassure. And I want to ask you a question. Are the police serving you, my view subscribers?
Are the police protecting you? Do you feel reassured by the police? That is the big question I want to ask you.
While you're thinking about that, my VA subscribers, you know, I'm going to be moving into >> is just pears political topic. Now, my VA subscribers, politics, we go in a little bit now cuz we start a little politics now. Anybody know this man the screen right here? So, anybody know this man? We lose him seat.
Anybody know Mr. Back Road?
Mr. Back road turn back road in our back road hub the elder they said elder from the 7th day Adventist church Adventist with teacher the truth remember said big rob was an elder in the 7day church don't remember students weren't you watching this program when go under the 7day Adventist tent and when I big up everybody said big up big teacher lie and said big Rob was a elder in the 7th day Adventist church move on to the important point so he was member of parliament my brother subscribers and the election came and the people boot him out then decide get him out of the seat my brother subscribers look what big Rob is up to in the constituency Look what big rabb is up to before him go sit down. When you was member of parliament, what did you do except talk about fix up back road? I remember when you were talking about your achievement.
You talk say oh a five road you must fix. You should be ashamed of yourself.
Listen to this fellow my business subscribers. Half time losing seat him talk now. Oh you so vocal when you opposition or when you're in opposition or when you lose the seat. Listen to him. is just pear fillets are dirty >> and I'm back and I'm demanding the member of parliament to take care of our surrounding talk subscribers subscribers elder big Rob back because he faced Dr. D in the election and Dr. D give him the whip him of his life. My brother and subscribers look on the two little piece of rubbish on the ground. Look at the two little piece of trash on the ground. That big rub find time. You see all these you see these people. Instead of turning to the party leader and tell himself to go get him statuto declaration certified instead of saying to him party leader boy the 7th Adventist church it right for you and your wife around the country know and nepotism and crony isms you know and it right for this instead of the big rob church go tell the prime minister go give the people helping at the hurricane and go give the money to them look on the two piece of garbage on the subscribers 22 is is is you're not seeing anywhere pile up you know look at the little garbage here where big come and make big a nice boat look at it you know the government of Jamaica last December 2025 made some resources available for the member of parliament to do beautifification work in southeast St Katherine and to date I'm yet to see where Those resources are everywhere in the constituency that you go is just pure filth of politics play. You go find some place have little bit of rubbish and car come show politics.
The MP >> I want to show you Jamaica want to see all the labor rights go to work you know I want you to see all the labor rights them go to work you know viewers and subscribers go find two people and go find two piece of rubbish and put out viewers and subscribers that is what do you know subscribers find two piece rubbish and find two people the background talk and so the jail spread them propaganda. You see whenever the labor rights find a little point they milk it and they milk it and they put it out there and they spread the biggest excitement you would have believed said the world is coming down. That is why I am telling the PNP that whenever you get a ounce of judgment on the JLP, whenever you get a ounce of dirt on it, milk it like a tow like every straw of milk shall come out of it. If you understand what I mean because when play politics them no pet or powder, sister say you're a loser. Go and sit down. The people decide they don't want any constituency anymore. Get away.
>> The people of Southeast St. Catherine deserve better. The people of Southeast St. Catherine deserve good representation.
>> But you wasn't giving them no good representation.
Let me ask you a question, my video subscribers. If he was giving them good representation, do you think they would have put him out? If he was giving them proper temp uh representation that they were pleased with, do you think that the people would have put him out? Big Rob, shut up and go tell your friend Andrew because Andrew profess that you a big friend, you know. But tell Andrew for get him sanitary decoration certified and tell him to get him wife out of parliament.
And I'm back. And I'm the only subscriber say he's back.
Hear him when him say he's back.
Hear him when say he's back. He's back.
Where? I wonder if I back him talk. I wonder if he's saying that he's back at back road. Listen to him again. Damn clown deserve good representation.
And I'm back and I'm demanding the member of parliament to take care of our surrounding.
>> What do you mean by he's back? You're back as the losing candidate. Is that what you mean?
>> To educate our citizenry to ensure that we dispose our waste in the proper channel and to instill on your counselors to ensure that they do the work that they are elected to do.
>> Big Rob, why you don't go to the mayor of of Montego Bay? Why not go to the mayor of Montego Bay where take over Montego Bay and tell the mayor say go fix up Montego Bay. Big Rob behave yourself. No. No. No. No. No. Elder Big Rob >> and you yourself do the work that you're elected to do.
This call for decisive leadership and that leadership is now.
>> I mean by that leadership is now. Dr. does is doing the leadership and you have to wait another four years before you can see your leadership. Shut your coconut cl and go and go sit down. What you need to do my v subscribers, what need to do is to go talk about the sparks program. My brother subscribers, what you see him talk about a little bit of rubbish. You see he's talking about a little bit of rubbish. My business subscribers, I am going to show you something that is even more disturbing than a little bit of rubbish. My video subscribers, I'm going to bring you in a constituency.
And can you believe my video subscribers, I want you to listen to this, you know, and I want you to remember the big story of the night. Two big stories I want to remember. Apart from the labor rights, uh, apart from the the people Manchester, a bus road and my Crawford business, I want you to remember that the that the auditor general has flagged the government hurricane program because only some of the monies were signed for and the others were not. And the money that was not signed for, please don't think it is a mistake. It was deliberately signed for that no trace could be seen and the money was stolen. I'm going to be bringing that details to you tonight. And there's another details where the government get over a billion dollars and people are suffering and the government only spend 26 million. Very unconscionable. But with that being said, my video subscribers, can you imagine in 2026 people of Jamaica, the citizens of Jamaica, they have to be the ones to be fixing bridge. You being a bridge that a bridge that car drive pan that truck drive pan listen to this you know my video subscribers the people's bridge the bridge was washed away or broken down the bridge was damaged and the residents have took it upon themselves to fix the bridge can you imagine my subscribers remember the residents are not expertise in in in bridge alignment and structural engineer and architectural engineer but I want to show you how this government is cruel and callous and wicked. Listen to this situation, my business subscribers, and see how the residents have to be the one fixing the bridge. Look at this.
Back home now. Eastern Hanover MP Andrea Perkins is again calling on the government to expedite much needed support to repair the Woodsville Bridge following years of deterioration. In March, the authorities indicated that the bridge was among 55 others earmarked for repairs under the government's accelerated rural bridge program. Akim Orit has more.
>> Residents of Woodsville district and adjoining communities in eastern Hanoval came together on Sunday to effect repairs to a makeshift bridge they constructed in 2023.
>> Look them subscribers. This is the bridge. Students see the bridge type say yes see it. My viewers and subscribers, if you're seeing the bridge, type say yes me see it.
You need to tell me that the bridge was destroyed.
And can you see that a board demand them take up and and and repair the bridge? B the number of viewers and subscribers somebody type bored board would bored the man them take and fix the bridge.
And I'm telling you my video subscribers, this just goes to show that if the people who are not professionals in architecture and engineering and they could have have have united together and come up with a solution to fix the bridge. You see it is all about effort.
Somebody type effort for me. It is all about effort because if the government wanted to make the effort then they would have made all the effort. My video subscribers I wanted to pay close attention over the residents make bridge the residents in the country in the community they use wood to make the bridge and now the wood bridge mash up and have to be repairing it. This is a damn disgrace. told the CVM news that the bridge had experienced severe damage due to severe weather conditions in 2022 but finally gave way after a series of heavy rainfall in 2023. One resident Charlie says motor vehicles including those carrying tourists. I want everybody to look on the bridge, you know, my viewers and subscribers, look on the condition of the bridge, you know, and when you see the bridge, you know, make the bridge, you know, you see the effort of the people, my viewers and subscribers, I mean the bridge that they've created, it is not sufficient, you know, it probably wouldn't pass any proper testing or rigorous testing, the people, give it their effort and if the government would try to give it a little effort, my viewers and subscribers, I am telling you things would be different and it is things like these that heap up frustration on the people's head because when you know that the government should be doing the job and you are now doing the job of the government while the government is thiefing the money, If they didn't have the money that wouldn't be a problem, you know, but the money is there.
They're not spending the money when the money is supposed to spend. And the thief they want to thief and the people are left to bear the burden. It is very sad. My viewers and subscribers. Get up the bridge. Get up the bridge.
This is a disgrace type disgrace. This is a shame type shame. Have been stuck in the ditch that remains where the bridge weather fair weather conditions in 2022. but finally gave way after a series of heavy rainfall in 2023. One resident, Charlie, says motor vehicles, including those carrying tourists, have been stuck in the ditch that remains where the bridge once was. Yes. Last night there pull out and respect >> member of parliament for eastern Havville Andrea Perkins says she has been in dialogue with the government for assistance with the repairs highlighting that a timeline of 7 to 15 months was given several months a prior. However, she >> I realized uh Mar said then the bridge from donkey days.
Marie said that they kind of bridge from donkey days.
It look like a bridge from donkey days.
It look like it's a bridge that only can manage donkey card but apparently a couple of cars and vehicles were allowed to travel on it until it it it start deteriorate right now. And as you heard the man say that it is a community that tourists pass by. I know say most people earn a little money from tourism and if the tourists aren't coming in the area because they can't traverse the area then it also affects the people's livelihood and income. Do you see the ripple effect it has when the government the government not doing what they're supposed to do? The inaction or the actions of the government cause the people to suffer. Let us continue to listen and this a fix for know why because I want PNP area listen to the PNP member of parliament >> insists the issue demands urgent attention.
>> I reached out to Minister Morgan and I must say that his reply was swift. We have a timeline of 7 months to 15 months. That was some months ago.
However, the citizens have grown tired of repairing the bridge themselves. It's a makeshift bridge that they have constructed themselves.
>> Sorry. Sorry, but I have to pause it.
Know me love pause. Stop it. Stop it. But sometime you have to stop it and pause it when hear the important things. You hear what the MP say? The residents are tired of fixing the bridge themselves. Somebody type tired.
Throughout the night, you're going to see a number of things. We show you say the people of the country tired.
The residents are tired of fixing the bridge themselves. It is not the duty of the residents to fix the bridge in the first place.
have grown tired of 7 months to 15 months. That was some months ago.
However, the citizens have grown tired of repairing the bridge themselves. It's a makeshift bridge that they have constructed themselves. So, every two to 3 months, they have to go out in the field, cut down trees to assist themselves. The MP also made an appeal to the minister without portfolio in the Ministry of Economic Growth and Infrastructure Development, Robert Nester Morgan to fast track the repairs.
>> I'm appealing once more to the minister.
>> No sir.
No sir. No. Somebody type shame.
Somebody screenshot this and no students type shame. No sir. Never s look terrible.
students. That's why when you see something from one angle, it can look a certain way. No, somebody type shame for me. When we look at the bridge, when we hit the like button subscribers, remember to touch up the thumbs up. Hit the like button and type shame for me.
Type shame. You have to type shame for this. Look at the bridge.
Marie was right when she said that this a bridge from Donkey Kat. Look at the bridge, my subscribers. And this is not a big bridge that they can say going and cost hundreds of millions. Look at the bridge.
Look at the bridge.
Yes. Praise God. Shame. Yes. Erica, shame. Yes. Marie, shame. Yes. Lam, shame. Yes. Cheryl, shame. Type it.
Calligraphy. Shame and disgraceful.
Please take the bridge.
I just want to let it sink in.
Look at the bridge.
Very disgraceful, my subscribers. And and and the government and think about it now. And the government of money, a thief. The government of money and thief. I wanted to remember that >> once more to the minister though he has responded and in a timely fashion to revisit the Woodsville Bridge situation.
It has become even more dangerous now because the citizens have grown tired of repairing it themselves.
They have been doing it for years and and so just a gentle reminder to place some amount of urgency on the Woodsville Bridge.
>> Akim Art for CVM News.
>> Boy, I am telling you my V subscribers, it is very very sad. You know that this is the condition that many people in the country have to go through. And you see while you're on that my subscribers I want you to listen to this. I'm telling you Andrew students Andrew say the amount of wickedness that Andrew has done my >> miss the judgment. He not miss the judgment. He cannot miss the judgment and listen to him over now. Look on the condition of the bridge and listen to Andrew over Yasawa talk like he's the best thing in the world since sliced bread. Look at the condition of the bridge and listen to Andrew over listen to him.
>> I was born in SP Let me tell you something about me. I was born in Spanish Town as you know at the Spanish Town Hospital. I left there and went to live basically I was grown up by my great grandmother. It was a twobedroom board house. My grand aunt occupied.
>> It's a onebedroom then you say two bedroom make up your bloom in mind. You two lie. Listen to him my viewers and subscribers. Listen to me.
>> I was born in SP. Let me tell you something about me. I was born in Spanish Town as you know at the Spanish Town Hospital. I left there and went to live. Basically, I was grown up by my great grandmother. It was a two-bedroom boardhouse. My grand aunt occupied one side and me, my grandmother and my sister in one side. Then when my mother who was a civil servant, she decided that she want us to come and live with them. We get rent house a little one-bedroom and we live with her in central avenue in Hampton Green until she was able to work and she buy a NHD house in a place called Riverside Park in SP.
>> So their mother was able to buy NHT house. Oh you know what other people mother buy house at NHT?
Your mother as a civil servant was able to buy a house at NHT. How much people mother or civil servants can buy house at NHT?
How much people father my subscribers we want to listen to the li on the screen you know. We want to listen to the liar brute on the screen you know because this is how him walk and trick people.
This is how him walk and trick people.
My viewers and subscribers, I want you to listen to the wicked poop on the screen. My viewers and subscribers, listen to him. I cut out the rest of the video, but I should have made the whole of the video play subscribers. Listen to the wicked brute.
>> I was born in SP. Let me tell you something about me. I was born in Spanish Town as you know at the Spanish Town Hospital. I left there and went to live basically. I was grown up by my great grandmother. It was a two-bedroom boardhouse. My grand aunt occupied one side and me, my grandmother and my sister in one side. Then when my mother >> who was a civil servant, she decided that she want us to come and live with them.
>> Good morning class. a little one-bedroom and we live with her in Central Avenue in Hampton Green until she was able to work and she buy a NHD house in a place called Riverside Park in Spanish Town and that's where I grew up for the rest of my life. Nobody can tell me about the struggles of trying to find a house whether to rent or live. I understand it because I live it. And that is why when I became prime minister after the PNP tried to tear me down because >> nobody try tear you down and the truth we tell move your teeth in gr somebody fix him for me know and and type what it is now this is how my business I am telling you that he is the man know how to communicate he know how to for walk and tell the lies he know how to plant the lies and and every minute come let me tell you something and and I want you to realize a true you know say Andrew live in a PNP shadow you know Andrew live in a PNP shadow you know this new bill where Andrew create you know why Andrew create the bill because according to him PJ did create one bill like this and say it work but it did work for PNP not the right way but for this it go work because use it for thief money. So a PNP idea and thief you know say it was PNP at the time because of the economic crisis. It was a PNP which decided that you know the country need the money to help to sustain the economy because of the the the condition which Bruce Golden and Audition Shaw left the economy in in in 2011 and from 2012 to 2015 the PNP had to put in measures to try build the economy and the PNP decided we're going to take the 12 million the 11 billion out of NHT annually but we're going to do it for about six or 10 years and you know said this prime minister my view subscribers A PNP plan him run with him live in a PNP shadow. Live in a Michael shadow because the house that his mother get a PNP make mother get the house. Michael manly make mother get the house and aren't you to a shame and toess that civil server your mother is a civil servant and she was able to achieve a house and regular Jamaicans can't afford a house today you know shame no wonder shame viewers and subscribers look at the trickster on them face look at the tree cladness on them face.
Look at theism face. Look at the broke kitchen face.
Listen to him as he spews his lies until she was able to work and should buy a NHD house in a place called Riverside Park in Spanish Town. And that's where I grew up for the rest of my life. Nobody can tell me about the struggles of trying to find a house whether to rent or live. I understand it because I live it. And that is why when I became prime minister after the PNP tried to tear me down because I was ambitious enough to build a house.
>> Nobody not try tear you down because you build no house. You need to talk and tell the people how you get the money to buy the land. May I remind you my viewers and subscribers that when Anoles was minister of education information is out there Zara Burton did a report from 18 degrees north and many of you would have seen the report and the report says that when Andrew was Andrew did poor money and broke did in a taxi and taxi and two taxi and no two taxi nothing for Claim him taxi lie tell him tell him wife did broke because the wife said when them didn't marry them not have nothing at all they never even have money for they said the wife said she wanted to invite a certain number of people anybody remember and she said out of the goodness or out of try to make it look good they send everybody the invitation and she say unfortunately everybody said them want come at the wedding and it's about 150 people or whatever and she said they never have no money for hire no big chef and no big food is the regular chef we cook the chicken and so in the community they had to get to cook the food they said they don't have no money when became the minister of education most of you would have known this listen to the party when became minister education. Zara Burton from 18 degrees not did the report and she said that Andrew Holes bought bought an apartment in Arcadia. Anybody I'm sure if you listen to the report intently you would have heard about the arcade the apartment in Arcadia which was under Admat. Anybody remember that company Admat where Andrew dissolve Admat?
Anybody remember that company Admat?
Hey, when you say Andrew bootleg, Andrew have adm.
But back to the point that I am making my video subscribers. Zara Burton made it clear that when Andrew Holes was the minister of education did broke and just get the job of minister of education.
She said that Andrew Holes bought an apartment in Arcadia.
That apartment was for $15 million. She said he also bought a piece of land in Beverly Hills. Not the land where build the big house pan.
That land is where they they are building a big apartment complex. Now when people upper Beverly Hills do a demonstration where K has burned the general manager from TVJ even she was speaking about it said said that normally they not have no multi-story family building in a in a Beverly Hills but the prime minister and wife want override them and build story in a Beverly Hills. So Andrew bought an apartment for $15 million when he was minister of education. No mortgage.
Somebody type no mortgage. He also bought the property up by Beverly Hills.
Not the one build the big house pan. And then the one with them build apartment.
Now he bought that for 16 million.
So 15 and 16 at 31 million. Somebody type 31 million. And remember no mortgage. Somebody type no mortgage.
Andrew get 505 million from to me get get $31 million from them time they move mortgage and on top of that he bought the big house whim of a Beverly Hills where you hear him talk about he bought the land for $25 million. Somebody type $25 million.
Andrew bought the land. So he buy he buy apartment for $15 million. He buy land for $16 million and he went to buy the piece of land for $25 million. That is the land we'll use to buy the big house.
So 31 and 25 is 56 where Andrew get $56 million from when was minister of education. You think about it and put two and two together.
You think about it and put two and two together. Where Andrew get the money from Mary Mortgage?
Andrew is a well-known chopper and many people see it but I don't know if him have the people man him say know the separation and know this and know this but I want you to listen to this man as he cuss out Andrew. Andrew talk him know the separation of people people who are either rent house or people who are either buy house. But Andrew, may I bring it to your attention that right now people can't even buy food.
May I bring it to your attention, Andrew, that right now is is not house people can't buy nor house people can't rent. They don't can't buy no house and they don't can't rent no house. But right now there's a bigger crisis.
People can't buy food because food price is expensive. My subscribers, there is a man right here. saw on this clip, you're going to see, you're going to hear, as a matter of fact, he's going to tell you the price of these items which are on the screen. Am I talking the truth? So this man goodly maybe work 120,000 a week if most tell the truth no maybe one I don't even know how much money he's he's making but the mere fact that he decided to make a video about it the mere fact that you hear the anger the frustration in his voice my video subscribers it is very obvious that the people are tired and they're reaching their wits end some of them unlike You heard my video subscribers pick the money not coming at this yet.
nothing at all not coming this year my video subscribers and it brings me to a topic that I wanted to bring to your attention my video subscribers because I saw a report and this is where we're going to go into some serious serious uh uh topic my business subscribers because this report here it is very alarming before we go on the excitement before I go into this excitement you hear how the and behave and complain about the high prices and he's saying that him work hard money him not do nothing wrong not get no fast money after no say work and as you get the money and you take it a food it gone it is very sad now my video subscribers I want you all to look closely on your screen for me look you come off of the screen Dr. Let me keep him on the screen said wait for just a few minutes or my video subscribers look at look here's a fino there's an article here and the article says more than half of Jamaicans plan to migrate within the next 3 years.
Can somebody type three years for me now? Anybody listen to that?
according to the UN DP.
Lord Jesus, somebody type three years and somebody type UNDP. Come on students, we are going serious report right now with my subscribers. We're going to an extremely serious report. My viewers and subscribers, the UNDP is the United Nations Development Program.
The United Nations, the UNDP, UNDP stands for United Nations Development Program. And we want everybody just to listen and make it sink in. You know, students, more than half of Jamaica plans to migrate within the next three years.
More than half of Jamaica.
Somebody think about that now.
More than h repeat it now. More than half of Jamaica plans to migrate within the next 3 years.
I beg your permission to repeat it one more time.
You mean to tell me that the United Nations Development Program, according to them, they did a research and they're saying that more than half of Jamaicans plan to migrate within the next 3 years.
When I hear that, I said to myself, I know many Jamaicans want to migrate.
I know if many Jamaicans get the opportunity to go America, Canada, England. Anyway, if I even some small island, they would have leave me a talk.
True.
The question the deeper question which comes to my mind is what in the world is going to happen in Jamaica within the next 3 years that half of the country are decide that they can't bear it no more they have to leave that is the point we want everybody think about you know one day for me alone I think about this thing a little bit too deep my subscribers aren't you surprised about this report or you wonder if this report is true.
Aren't you alarmed at this? And think about it. If half of the country migrate within the next 3 years, what happens to the rest of the country? If the country bail survivors is an Andrew saying war people for come home. If half of the country migrate within the next three years, what is going to happen to the country? And my big question is what is going to be the big contributing decising factor that is going to cause half of Jamaicans to leave? Think about it students. And most importantly, where are they going to go? You have to go to the US to have a you have to have a visa to go to the US or you married somebody or your people file for you. I remember said Donald Trump said filing the pampaza whatever whatever on the border lock where half of Jama where are half of Jamaicans are going to go right now they said the Jamaica population is 2.8 million mean tell me one point if if two if half of if 50% of the country go migrate that is 1.4 4 million people. Where are they going to go? And can and can the country survive with 50% of the population? We we we have the 100% of the population now and the revenue isn't sufficient to keep the budget alive.
Where are they going to go?
Or is it maybe it is subliminally saying that half of the population go dead? Oh Jesus, I hope that they mean God forgive me. And remember say it's just a question I ask cuz I'm all about asking question. But before I while I leave you to think on those questions, I mean know if nobody else now wonder about these topics, you know, I know that many Daniel ask a question.
Students be honest. I'm going to ask somebody. Anybody in the class in a Jamaica we never travel yet? type me.
I want to ask all those people in the country who never travel yet, who would like to travel would be good news for you. Good news for you. Yes. Because you get the opportunity to travel and possibly go better your life. But go real and most importantly a lot of people know say Jamaica hard and them still decide to stay. Bujant say who can run will run. But what about those who can't? They will have to stay.
That's what him say. Who can run will run. Some people have visa they can run.
What about those who do who do have the visa?
And my and the biggest point I want to leave on the top of your brains, what is going to be the biggest contributing factor that would drive 1.4 million citizens of Jamaica to leave?
What would be the biggest contributing factor? Let me read the article. And the article come from mixup mouthpiece radio station. Uh it says more than half of Jamaicans plan to migrate within the next three years according to the UNDP.
Let me read it. It says and and and I start reading the article now. It says more than half of Jamaicans plan to migrate within the next three years to work or live. That's according to the United Nations uh 2026 development and democracy report for Latin America and the Caribbean. The report reveals economic concerns as the primary motivator among those seeking to leave their country of origin within the perception that democracies might be failing to deliver in this regards. Dana Davyy tells us more.
>> The UNDP's America's barometer survey shows a growing number of people in Latin America and the Caribbean who express an intention to live abroad.
This number rose from an average of 21% in 2004 to 32% in 2023.
Jamaica is second only to Haiti in the region based on the percentage of its population who intend to leave their country within 3 years. That is 54% compared to Haiti's 74%.
The UNDP notes that in some cases, the increase in the intention to immigrate has been accompanied by rising dissatisfaction with the way democracy functions in their countries and by a growing perception of a deteriorating national economic situation. The UNDP report says the capacity of the state to provide security and economic and employment opportunities is also central to the intention to immigrate. Among those expressing an intent to move, 58% cited the lack of economic opportunities as the main motivator, while 13% referred to insecurity and violence. The report similarly highlights the significant effect this immigration has on the country of origin. The loss of human capital can negatively affect the country's development, known more colloially as brain drain. According to the UNDP, Jamaica suffers the most from this effect. Compared to any other Latin American and Caribbean country, on a scale of 1 to 10, with 10 being the highest, Jamaica's rate of brain drain is 9.5 as of 2023.
El Salvador was second at 8.7.
The UNDP says that given human capital is a critical driver of long-term economic growth, sustained high levels of immigration may compromise the growth trajectory of countries, especially developing ones. Dana Davyy for Nationwide News.
>> So there you heard that report, my viewers and subscribers.
There you heard that report and the UNDP from what I know is supposed to be accredited a credible organization and I am very concerned maybe my brain works different because when I hear one thing I assess it on multiple levels you know and and my brain works differently like I said is it that they know something that we I don't know.
Will you hear? Did you hear when they mention two big driving factors?
One is the economic crisis and the other is about failing democracy.
Did you catch that? Did you catch that?
One was about the economic crisis, the economic hardship. Another was about the failing democracy.
Failing democracy. Let me repeat it.
Failing democracy with Dr. Brook Kitchen continue to breach the constitution and him putting wife as a speaker of the house and they continue to run the country run f of the law and bringing n can do whatever he want. A lot of people are losing confidence in the system, failing democracy.
And another situation was about insecurity and violence, people not feeling safe.
When I hear this report, I said to myself, my god, I wonder if it's the same Jamaica that Andrew Holes are run. Because according to him and the labor rights, the country run good. People feel safe. according to them the best country around what they talking about like I said my bel subscribers I don't know about anybody but I'm being as honest as possible I am very concerned about this report because let me tell you how some of these people work you know they put something in the subliminals they give you warning ahead of time you know my viewers and subscribers and some not take it like nothing you know and after the situation happen or when the at club thought. Yes, a rotted copper that them did mean by this.
I believe there's more to this than meets the eye.
More than half of Jamaicans plan to migrate within the next 3 years. E so if half of Jamaica migrate my viewers and subscribers and and a number of question ask which countries or countries are going to take in 1.4 4 million people. Think about that.
No wonder if you tell say something happen that is going to reduce half of the population. No wonder that they really tell us because I failed to believe that that that 1.4 million people are going to leave and migrate migrate where big migration subscribers 1.4 4 million people great war and the other big issue is that that would be an impending danger because andrew already a ball said the birth rate low if 1.4 million people are gone not done the birth rate done the economy as it is with 2.8 million people can't sustain itself what if 1.4 4 million gone not done it done.
I'm repeating these for everybody to question and wonder what is it that these people mean?
I know they mean something.
This is no mistake. They never just get up and say, "Oh, we put this on and put out this report." I believe there is some subliminal that is being said in this message. I don't know if anybody see like like how I see it, but like I said, I just wanted to bring that report because it is in the news and I leave it there, my VA subscribers, for you to think about it because it is certainly a topic to think about. Anyway, with that being said, my VA subscribers, I'm going to be turning the pages now and I know everybody wait to hear the excitement about know business. I'm going to be playing that very shortly. my view subscribers. But before I get into that claps that everybody want and I'm going to make another point my view subscribers, I'm going to make another point. You see right now and tell me if you agree. We going to talk a little bit of politics. You realize all the man upset.
You realize a people the country upset the people them road bad them upset. The people them who not live nowhere them upset. The people them who not get no money yet them upset. The people them who their families are being murdered them upset. Wouldn't you agree with me?
We have a number of people in the country who are upset.
>> Senator also upset my video subscribers.
Do you remember that before NAR bill was passed, it is said that 28 individuals, a coalition of 28, that is the best word, a coalition or a group of 28 of civil servants and indivi civil servant groups and individuals.
They ring their concern about the N bill. Did you remember my V subscribers?
Because I want to provide some clarity because it was first reported in the news that 28 civil society groups objected and they were concerned about NAS concern. Anybody remember the 28? I spoke about it here. But when I looked at the list, my viewers and subscribers, it is not 28 civil society groups. It is a group of of civil society and individuals. So let us say you have civil society, Jamaicans for justice, Jamaicans for a fair Jamaica.
You understand? So it's 28 coalition of total of 28 signatures of groups and individuals, my viewers and subscribers. one signature per group, one signature per per individual.
But nonetheless, what I want to put here is that they were giving support to the opposition in my opinion because the the government was raising N and I'm going somewhere. If the government was raising N or the government was trying to pass N and the opposition raised a number of concern and a number of civil society groups and individuals also agreed with the opposition, wouldn't you say that they were on the opposition side?
So just show you my viewers and subscribers say is not is not support the opposition no have in terms of calling a demonstration and standing up on Andrew Holes. I just think that it doesn't seem like it is a priority at this point in time because if I were opposition and I and I just want to make it clear I have no political interest.
You understand? If I were the opposition now, you understand and say a group of civil society support me, you have a Jamaicans who upset. I would have gather all these groups together to stand up against the Jamaica Labor Party and wouldn't you agree with me.
That is what should have been done. you know the 20 the the the civil let us say that is is 16 civil society groups and eight and and and and 10 individuals and and 12 individuals make it 28 right if I was the PNP I would be rallying with the 20 with this with with the 12 or 16 civil society groups and everybody else try rally something stand up against that is not being done but you hear This bang belly wants a mouthpiece radio station. This one who used to work a mouthpiece radio station and because him work and talk good JLP take him over and put him in them senate fish like we lo some call him remember say PNP not really work with the civil society and make use of labor right everybody long time you know but AB civil society people them say them a part PNP.
Isn't that strange, my biggest subscribers? It is strange, you know, because he is blaming the civil society people them that they were part of PNP and they are not. They're just a set of group who realize and raise their concerns. The very same concerns that PNP have and this a bang belly one up on the screen who who who possibly used to dance by mouthpiece pole. This one up on the screen him come out and c the civil society people say that they're a part of PNP. You see people get blamed. People are not aligned to PNP know and you see oh they're being blamed by this dirty JLP bang belly rat that they are PNP.
Basically what it means is that PNP and these civil society must join together.
Wouldn't you agree with me and subscribers? Somebody ever ever ever ever blame you and accuse you say you with somebody yet and you not with the person. So since them accuse you and the person you just give this a piece.
Somebody ever accuse you of something and you're not doing it. The civil society groups they raise the concern about transparency accountability and lack of oversight. The very same thing that PNP was talking about and Aries Abkafish headlessing the people know say that the people PNP listen to this.
>> Senator Abkafit Senley says while some civil society advocates there are a vocal few who seem intent on pursuing a partisan political agenda.
Fitz Senley, the state minister in the office of the prime minister, made the observation during his contribution to the debate in the Senate on the bill seeking to establish the national reconstruction and resilience authority, NAR.
>> This argument though about NRA paving the way for corruption has been not only profered by the opposition with a few individuals and organizations who sometimes the media refer to as civil society, but a few of them are really supporters of the opposition. Sorry, >> these organizations ser and individuals were eerily silent not too long ago or issued wishy-washy statements. Dr. Monro wishwashy statements with absolutely no call for decisive action when it was disclosed that a company owned by a senior PNP member >> was implicated in a multi-million. ever did not talk about PNP member implicated in a nowhere PNP member implicated in a whatever that is a topic of its own we're talking about future money that if your government teeth the money which we know they will we and our grandchildren have a payback feed you know that these people let me tell you why they pick him my subscribers he knows how to detract he knows how to deflect very Well, because listen, remember that he's talking about this and I want to put it to your attention. You know, my brother subscribers has and and I want to ask a question. Have somebody ever blamed you for something that you have never done before.
The civil society groups, they've been silent for the longest while even we civil society group and say, "Oh, them so silent." They finally decide they're going to talk about this because they realize that your chief in prime minister is going to get access to to a to a couple trillions of dollars and if that money isn't properly spend we and our children and grandchildren will have to pay for that. So civil society have been silent all along and now them finally decide to talk and they agree with PNP and imocus them say they are PNP. I would advise these people to join the PNP. I would further advise the PNP run to these people since them say you in a coalition in a coalition with them.
Get their people get your people and get out in the streets in a peaceful protest. Anybody agree with that suggestion? If you agree with me, type yes. Anybody agree with that suggestion?
Them this a big belly bang belly rat sit down a mouthpiece pole. sit down mouthpiece Paul and that is why in good you know and the JP like him you know because he know deflect from the story so the story is him accusto and now him gone in a jack then and gone in a this and gone back in a war he's a propagandist he knows the propaganda and he knows how to mix up the pot and stir up the pot that is Why they moving?
Anybody realize how take over the job from from Margan?
Oh, pay attention.
>> Was disclosed that a company owned by a senior PNP member >> was implicated in a multi-million dollar tax evance scandal >> which continues to deep the jack uh scandal.
Jack remember something different and Jack know mix up you know Marlon Margan that is what the two of them find up remember say the GLP is a party of high skin color people when you see they find this man and they find Marlon Margan and they find him use them use them as puppet so the Jamaican people see a few people of their own skin color and say the party level equal not knowing is a structural hierarchy of higher skin color class of people.
>> Now Senator Fitz Henley delivered his criticism as veteran anti-corruption campaigner Professor Trevor Monroe and a civil society advocate Janette Calder looked on from their seats in the gallery at Gordon House. But some of these organizations and individuals have been most loud and vocal. Professor Mono and the NAR bill a bill that has not yet been cast into law and they argue that >> that's why they are loud. So so before it pass into law they raised the concern and make no sound enough the money. I'm telling you that it is a hypocrite. It >> is because they are concerned about corruption. Some of them were here with us earlier today, sir. So, having addressed the genuine concern of Jamaicans to those who do not appear sincere, I say your inconsistency is loud. Your mouth, but your inconsistency. Let me tell you what is happening. We on this side, I don't know about anybody else, but I and if the students are being honest, the students who come to this class very often and frequent, I have several times said it that civil society have been quiet. I've said that there are four groups of people in the country we can't hold and to account and go repeat it again. I think by now everybody should know it.
One is the 2.8 million people in the country. Two the opposition. Three the civil society for the church. I have always said that and we say up lately the church quiet civil society quiet opposition them do and the Jamaican people them quiet. But the civil society, a few of them come out and they start talk and because they've been quiet for the longest while and because they suddenly start talk on something which they seem important and it is rightly for them to consider it is important because the government has been known to walk and thief money.
My viewers and subscribers we've been known to walk and thief the money. The government have never been known to be fair and be transparent and fully accountable where money is concerned my subscribers and as they talk about money my subscribers you know and the civil society people decide to go finally talk about something you're not on your side this time you're going to cuss the people and label them I would advise the PNP to join with these people quick and fast and get them out on the street but anyway I am going to move on into something else speaking Speaking about money and accountability.
Speaking about money and accountability.
Students type yes teacher.
If still alive focus type yes teacher.
If you hear me loud and clear, type yes, teacher media because this next story that I'm about to bring to you, it it just goes to show that them people take Jamaican people for papy show. My video subscribers, you know Christopher Tuftton is telling you and me, Christopher Tuftton is telling the entire Jamaica, my video subscribers, that he is about to establish, the government of Jamaica is about to establish a $1 billion maintenance fund to support the health sector.
I want you to listen to this. You know, Christopher Tuftton, the incompetent, uncaring, failing minister of health.
He's now telling you and me. Yes. Glad Maris, big up yourself, moderator. Big up yourself, man. Blessings to everybody. Just want to make sure I know twisted a tough time.
The same man who have allowed many people to cry because of the poor service that they got at the hospital and their parents and family members have died because of a rundown health care system, rundown hospitals which are inadequate and overburdened.
My vis subscribers, you mean to tell me that Christopher Tuftton is telling the world away that the government plan to establish a $1 billion maintenance fund to support the health sector.
A $1 billion I am putting it to you that they guarantee this billion dollars or they guarantee $500 million out of it. I am putting it to you.
Why you going take a billion dollars now out of taxpayers money? Say you are create maintenance fund for the health sector.
You don't take a billion dollars out of the money for Conwell Regional Hospital.
Anybody remember some time ago as students that's why like when time we have these lessons you know that you remember the topics that we discuss you know so 6 months 3 months a year down the road we can raise these topics again and you can say yes you remember anybody remember when Christopher Tuan in his defense him came out and say a lie we tell him when we saw $21 billion spent on car regional didn't anybody remember when Christopher tuan said that 21 billion was allocated but the word 21 billion has not been spent yet. Anybody remember that? If you remember, type I remember. If you don't remember, say no teacher member.
So it is good that when we play these clips and you come by your favorite social media platforms when we play these clips, it is for your own good and for your own remembrance. Anybody remember when Christopher remember when we did that because I believe the money didn't move from say 17 or 15 billion or 14 billion to 21 billion. The money for Cornwall Regional Hospital it just touched $21 billion in terms of allocation but them said them allocate for Cornwall Regional Hospital and at that point in time it was a hot topic and we were talking about it and many people was talking about it. Many people was talking about it and I remember when this liar Christopher tuftton come lie they telling because 21 billion was accounted but the government has not used the 21 billion as yet we've not used the so since 21 billion accounted for you don't use the 21 billion why not save the government a billion dollars Christopher tuftton why not be the hero of the country I am glad a few people remember.
I am glad a few people remember. I am glad that is even five or four people or six people or 10 people in this class remember. It just goes to show that they're lying. So let me ask you a question. If you are a minister of health, if you're very effective and you realize that the ministry needs a lot of funding, needs a lot of resources.
And if you realize that monies are to be put in the proper places that needs it the most, right, Minister Tuftton, and you say you're trying to to to to be the best health minister that you can be. If I were in your position, let's save the country a billion dollars.
I wouldn't I wouldn't make the country find no extra billion dollars to create no new no maintenance fund. I would have take a billion dollars out of the Conwell regional money since it don't use yet and put it over here.
It is wise prudent fiscal financial management.
Wise, prudent fiscal financial management. That is what any person would do.
But guess what? You're not any person.
You're not doing it on behalf. You're not run it like how you run your family house. Although your family house business, you know, you're not running it like how you're running your finances.
Sister living proof that them people are run the country like D Rose. Because if me and you are health minister and you realize the country is burden and the country not have the money and you have billions of dollars stored up over here.
So we get for using the health ministry for use for one hospital and we don't use the money yet. Why not use that money instead of having instead of ripping a billion from the country?
Listen to the report from mold peace radio station.
>> The government is establishing a $1 billion maintenance fund to support the public health sector.
>> And I want everybody to listen, you know, listen what they said the money is going to be used for. I am putting it to you that that is a lie.
My video subscribers, before I play the clip, I want to ask you a question and big up all of the students interactive in the comment section. I want to ask you a question. All right. Them said establish the $1 billion maintenance fund. Listen listen to know they're going to take a billion dollars of taxpayers money. They're going to establish a maintenance fund.
And according to them, the maintenance fund is to support the health sector within your own common sense because them alone have capital sense. You know, Imma Andrew and Darl Vase are them alone have capital sense. Everybody else have common sense. In our little common sense that we have, I want to ask you just one question, right?
from this billion dollars for the maintenance fund. One question I want to ask you. What do you think the maintenance fund is going to be for?
What do you think the maintenance fund is going to be for? What do you think the maintenance fund do? Somebody think about it. That is the question we want to ask you. They said that set up the $1 billion fund and I just want to make it clear me and you know say them do it because one not get the people to come out and oppose it strongly. The people up with them plard and demand say hell no not one more billion dollars nothing go happen. I might talk about it a few people might talk about it and it just go dead and die down. So nothing go happen. So let it be known and make it clear they are going to establish the fund and they are going to get their $1 billion because clearly the JP at this point in time is unstoppable. Nothing is being done to stop them. No one is stopping them. So they are unstoppable.
So let it be known that they're going to have their way. Plain and simple. Let it be known. That is the first issue. But I want to ask you a question. Now think about it my subscribers. Now just be honest. When you hear the word maintenance fund, what comes to your mind? If you're in an organization, I big up everybody who work in a corporate organization. And if if you never work in a corporate organization yet, big up everybody with no common sense, right?
If you hear the word maintenance fund, I am going somewhere. That is why I want your your opinion on the matter. If you hear the word maintenance fund, what do you think the money is going? it should be used for? That is a bigger question. What do you think the money should be used for? I want your opinion on that. If you say if if an organization says that it is getting a billion dollars for the maintenance fund, any organization, let us not say government, what do you think that stunt is supposed to do?
Yeah, man. Let me structure the question a little bit better. If an organization has allocated a billion dollars for a maintenance fund, what do you think that is supposed to do?
Come on students, we talk serious book work answer now. Serious book work answer. Me talk serious book work answer. Somebody give me a constructive book work answer like we're in a nice university now please or we're in a nice class. If an organization says it is allocating a billion dollar for a maintenance fund, what do you think that money is supposed to do?
Everybody answer the question and answer the question wrong.
Everybody pre the question. I believe you. I believe you're all answering the question wrong. In my estimation, in my opinion, the moment I hear the moment I hear the word maintenance fund, many sensible person would say to themselves this money is supposed to be used to maintain the equipments, right?
Because everybody has said it's supposed to go. That is not what I mean.
Students, you know, you you are preempting.
All right, Asa. Very, very interesting.
Very important, my brother. We ask for a book work, text work response. Yes, Joan. The maintenance fund is to maintain structures that are in place already. Thank you so much. Thank you so much. Uh Joan, thank you so much for for bringing us to a university setting or a high school setting. Yes, ma'am. When you hear the word maintenance fund is supposed to maintain the structures equipment that is being used in the hospital. Miss Asa said it is supposed to maintain the hospital. Messa.
Now on the contrary, my viewers and subscribers, I want you to listen. Yes. And like the responses coming now. Jada say the money was supposed to be set aside for repair, replacement or refurbishment of physical assets. Thank you so much. I love these nice, lovely textbook answers. I love these night, intelligent, eloquent, witty responses. Big up all my witty students. But nonetheless, my VA subscribers, back to the important point that I'm making. The money is supposed to originally be used for a replacement and repair of equipment and maintaining the hospital.
But listen to Christopher Tuftton and you're going to hear what the money is going to be used for. Listen carefully and then you go find out a thief money go get thief. Listen to this.
Establishing a $1 billion maintenance fund to support the public health sector. The government is establishing a $1 billion maintenance fund to support the public health sector. Health and Wellness Minister Dr. Christopher Tuffton says this is to ensure long-term upkeep in the health facilities to avoid mistakes of the past.
>> Today, I'm launching the health infrastructure maintenance fund and a $1 billion allocation to that fund.
>> You hear the thief them clock down the decks in there. You hear the thief them knock down the decks in there. We all know that this money is not going to be spent fairly.
all know this money is not going to be spent fairly. You know, this money is not going to be spent where it needs to be spent, where it ought to be spent, you know. And you hear the teeth them in there. Oh, them clap and cheer them say yes, we get a couple billion dollar, we get a billion for thief. They say yes, we get a couple hundred million for thief. You hear the c them India beat down the decks after the government is about to rip off the taxpayers money.
structure maintenance fund and a1 $1 billion allocation to that fund in order to learn the lessons of the past and to you hear what I'm saying this billion dollar fund it is to learn the lessons of the past I want to let that sink in you know not my words play back again this incompetent cook by your screen right so he's saying that the $1 billion dollars is not to maintain hospital, not to repair the hospital, not to broke not to repair the broke down diialysis machine, not to repair the broke down CT scan, not to repair the broke down MRI, not to repair the broke down hospital bed, not to repair the broke down AC, not to repair the brokong data light. The money is not going to be used to repair equipment.
The money is going to be used to learn a lesson from the past.
Somebody put up a red flag for me now.
Money is not going to be used for it intended purpose which is for repairing broken equipment. Uh you know it is going to be used to learn a lesson from the past. Somebody put up a red flag for me know a lesson from the past.
You mean to tell me not so much money we have to pay for learn a lesson from the past $1 billion.
The man said the money is to learn a lesson from the man said the one billion say 1 million you know never say one what 100 million you know me say a billion dollar and when you hear maintenance fund you think oh yeah man maintain the hospital and maintain the broke down CT scan MRI diialysis machine him say no that billion dollars is make So we learn a lesson from the pain. Make a play back the tape and shut up.
>> Keep in the health facilities to avoid mistakes of the past.
>> Today I'm launching the health infrastructure maintenance fund and a $1 billion allocation to that fund in order to learn the lessons of the past and to ensure that the infrastructure we build out today will be maintained.
Essentially, simply put, in the interest of time, this is a fund that will see us establishing an inventory management system to establish benchmark quality of everybody hear that the fund is going to see them implement inventory management system. Let me type that. Inventory management system.
Inventory management system.
inventory management system. The money is not going to be used to fix up the CT scan nor the MRI. It is going to be used for inventory management system.
We thought he was going to say this fund is going to be used to fix up the the brokong MRI and the CT scan machine. No, it is going to be used to ensure that you the lesser of the past. So you mean to tell me say a inventory management system cost a billion dollar Christopher Tan Jamaica put up some red flag for me now because I see money thief in coming you know I see money thief in coming you know what you mean by the money is for inventory management system you mean to tell me one system we to count the inventory going to You mean a system just to count the inventory? The inventory are the are the assets, the materials, the the the the the equipment in place. That is inventory. Inventory is what you have.
You mean to tell me a billion dollars for an inventory management system?
You're going to listen to Christopher Tut and I'm going to allow the full speech played. And throughout the entire speech, you will hear him saying nothing about fixing up the broken MRI machine where Jamaicans badly need to fix up because when you go to the hospital to do a MRI and the MRI machine working at the hospital, you have to find money to go do it at the private hospitals. Many people don't have it a foreign call and beg money.
Many people who are on diialysis, they have to go in three times for the week.
And when the hospital broke down, they have to go say Jack and have to pay Jack to do an X-ray and the government the X-ray machine the hospital not working. You have to go do it at private hospital and find money that you don't have. And most people have it a foreign them call and beg the money and you mean to tell me that a billion dollars is being put aside and make note of the billion now fix the machine them make note of the billion dollars I go and shut my mouth you know right now the country should be turning upside down the country should be turning upside down this should be on every news media as before I take your call breathing take your All make a finish and allow the clip to play for us. Now students when we take notes everybody take notes and js allow the clip to finish play and then we go and talk after. Listen to the clip >> to that fund in order to structure maintenance fund and a $1 billion allocation. And what is very upsetting you know is that the thief them in there beat down the deck and applause after them no sad taxpayers money go get thief know thief money go get thief you know and beat down the applaud. Today, I'm launching the Health Infrastructure Maintenance Fund and a $1 billion allocation to that fund in order to learn the lessons of the past and to ensure that the infrastructure we build out today will be maintained.
Essentially, simply put, in the interest of time, this is a fund that will see us establishing an inventory management system to establish benchmark quality of all our infrastructure, group our infrastructure into clusters, provide servicing manuals for each piece of that infrastructure. And we're focusing on mechanical, electrical, plumbing, air conditioning, and HVAC and elevator services. and will determine whether we service those routinely in-house or through some outsourcing.
>> Dr. Tuffton was making his contribution to the sectoral debate in the House of Representatives on Tuesday. At least three hospitals are scheduled to come online this fiscal year. These include the Western Children and Adolescent, Cornwall Regional, and Spanish Town Hospitals. noting that the completion of the project will significantly enhance the capacity of healthcare infrastructure and services.
Anybody here that viewers and subscribers the money is for committee everybody you know up to now the man mention fix up no m back one more time plumbing air conditioning and HVAC and elevator serviceside servicing manuals for time this is a fund that will see us establishing an inventory management system to establish benchmark quality of all our infrastructure group our infrastructure into cluster ers provide servicing manuals for >> servicing manuals. It never provide services. You know, a manual is a booklet. You know, realize paperwork.
The man do nothing physical to the machinery and the equipment. Inventory management system manual. The man fix up no equipment.
Listen to him. Inventory. A manual is a book. When you buy a TV, the TV come with a manual. When you buy a phone, the phone come with a manual. When you buy anything, the manual of the booklet will tell you how it work.
True. And for a billion dollars, my viewers and subscribers, do you mean a billion dollars just for information?
Christopher Tuan billion dollars. So, oh, so just like how you said the drill cost $31 million is the same way you said this cost a billion dollars. Somebody type T for me know. Somebody type T.
Group our infrastructure into clusters.
Provide servicing manuals for each piece of that infrastructure. And we're focusing on mechanical, electrical, plumbing, air conditioning, and HVAC and elevator services. And we'll determine whether we service those routinely inhouse or through some outsourcing.
>> Hear that? and consider whether we service those inhouse or outside routine services. So basically he don't mention nothing about fixing it.
Nothing at all about fixing it. Make the call from brother Isa subscribers. No sir subscribers really this is serious.
This is blatant highway robbery.
Somebody type thief. This is thief way and highway robbery right in front of your eye.
Uh yes man. Yeah. Welcome to the program. What you say my brother?
Blessings man.
>> But before me going before before you do that Asa I hope you remember your point. Please remember your point. See if you can tune me out for a second. Remember your point. My subscribers, one of our classmate and brother voice for Ja.
You know many of you would know him. You know he's active in the comment section.
Apparently it seemed as if he's either in the hospital. What is happening to you? He says he's not yet admitted in the hospital. What is happening? I said somebody type and tell me that in the hospital. Victor, what happened to your brethren? I hope you're all right. My subscribers, I ask you to pray for our classmate voice for JA Victor. I don't know whatever he's going through right now, but whatever health condition, I pray that you all would pray for him, my subscribers, that things would work out in his favor and you know it will all be well. All right, students. So, please pray for your brother voice for Ja. Say a word of prayer on his behalf and remember him in your prayer. Wish him a speedy recovery. My viewers and subscribers, I thought that was very important. And I wanted to catch it on the spot. Back to you is remember your point now. Yes.
>> Yeah. And even before me move on, we still have to do the same thing teach family despite the fact say we don't know each other but we are family. At night time we gather here as a family.
So >> that's right you know everybody pray for me when my daughter the issue and all of that you know me I would do the same.
You know what I mean? and >> me to you general speedy recovery and you know God has his hands over you. Um so the first thing we want to do I read the meaning of inventory management software so everybody can understand what this could really say.
>> Yes.
>> Inventory software is a software used to record record track and manage inventory. Inventory has nothing to do with purchasing it uh stuff that is needed in a hospital. Cool.
Also, it it manage inventory levels, orders, sales, deliveries and related stocked movements.
>> Yes.
>> What the hospital have to do with stock movements?
I go and tell you what it is for what this stock movement is for. Teacher, you realize that all of them are play the same mind games and the same card as the prime minister.
The prime minister buy stocks with charity goods, right? Everybody want try to find a way to do the same thing. Who remember when Leeching come out a complaint the other day say people manipulate the stock market and lose a lot?
>> I remember that.
>> Who think who think?
>> Who think the prime minister he's manipulating the stock market cuz people know the stock market but don't understand that to that extent.
>> Yeah.
>> Of course. Of course. teacher.
>> I wondered for a moment, you know, but I thought I know some other financial interests, you know, who >> I thought it could also possibly them in the banking world too. You know what I mean? And and for a moment I also thought it was the prime minister. I remember I was driving >> and I was on a bridge. Can't forget I was on the bridge name the bridge driver listen to it when was talking or one of them program it do interview with him and I listen to it proceed.
Yes. So manipulate the economy and friend involve inside training.
Remember people said those are allegations. Remember the people say every investment and going in jump before it crash cash.
Anybody remember?
>> Okay. You know what SSL is for? Stocks and traded limited.
>> Stocks and securities limited. Yes.
>> Stocks and security limited. They buy stocks and bands and trade them. Sell them at a cost. Buy them at a cost. Sell them back. Hold them for a time and then sell them back when it's the right time to sell them. But anyways, let me continue.
It says it is using fields including retail, warehousing, distribution and manufacturing in manufacturing environments such as software may also be used alongside production planning system support work orders bills of materials. But Mr. said this teacher, even when you read this, this don't tell you nothing about maintaining a a a do nothing. It never tell you say if you lose one um call that again this machine do scan your brain see all of that not like >> it tell you about production buying and selling and how you distribute that's that's what tell >> you I I can understand in what sense he was doing it because apparently The government as we know they have not been tracking which machines are work. I believe right now if you were supposed to ask the permanent secretary of the ministry of health how many CT scans are currently working they don't know how many are down they don't know you understand how many need one part how many are totally inoperable they don't know you understand so I believe that the inventory management you understand would because I know a little bit about accounting and business also so the inventory management in that I can see how that is being implemented But what is because what they would do is like they would say X-ray machine one need a part one totally inoperable that down you know what I mean they would do the same for beds same for CT scan same for the motor vehicle same for you understand they would put all of the inventory a a grocery shop normally have inventory you understand warehouse and places like those normally have inventory but me just I think ahead of time the inventory would mean like the supplies are you understand it could be supplies it could be equipment or a combination You understand? Look at that. But the part that surprised me is the billion dollar cost that is attached. Anybody remember that is the same government who overpaid for a $31 million drill.
Anybody remember say it was the same Christopher Tutton with claim say put two wellness bench, two ply board, pallet board make the bench, you know, and much millions of dollars, you know.
So Christopher Tutton is known to always be overspending or paying way more than something is valued for. So it is on that account while I am very alarmed at this $1 billion price tag. Your time again, Asa. Yeah, but it clear it a strategy where use teacher always manipulate the mind so steal money because teacher me get understand watch the P not not the PC me watch the Senate the other day and I go and tell you I have so much respect for that man name him one of them on the PMP I think the oldest one Senator Brown something Lambert, you see that man? See the man book, you know, regular thing and talk. But one of the thing is them bring up some new acronym. Some acronym them claim to say new and how the prime minister make speech couple years ago how build football field or some place and go build park this and this and that and I get for understand by the man reading that book that day and telling you say yo this is where I get these information from. When I read them, you see now 2008 half of these acronyms where you see them come up with teacher was already written in book by the former prime minister in 2008 which is Bruce Golden.
>> So a lot of these ideas are not Andrew's ideas. These ideas written in books already but just change this whole acronym and everything make it sound brand new as if something already been known no something them come up with I should say and it's not been known as something fresh a lot >> and lack ingenuity and he lacks new ideas let me explain this you see this n bill where come up according to him you know and I and and in his defense the other day he made it clear you that P PJ P did something after the 2004 hurricane Ivan you know you remember say so >> Mhm. But but but even in the same Senate have a man know but I think I DK Duncan son one of them one of son >> Keith Duncan the banker >> that man him say in the dep on the board at that time when PJ party to create that whole scheme talk about but what talk about is the epoch but when you when you read the epoch and the jam rock put in this whole entire thing is two different entity because epoch was designed to be utilized by the law that give it the guidance to be created.
Jamra can be dissolved at any point on time can throw away and dash by the prime minister. So Jamro wait by law nothing in the law we hold up jamrock.
So them keep on compare the jamrock to epoch and not differentiate the difference >> because it as a guideline to pass this thing and make everybody feel like say yo yeah it's all true and a liemp telling people know >> I hear keep Duncan himself you know the senate the other day before them pass the bill speak on how he was a part of the board who create the whole epoch situation when in a 2004 2005 with Ivan or whatever the case may be and him tell him himself tell them he will not sign off on that if they don't put an oversight body inside of it. So my take is this now how is it you find it comfortable that time for to say to the PMP say listen without an oversight body we can't sign after this but want none in the jam want none in a n but it is it it is okay >> you know you know you know why they don't want none because doctor liar broke kitchen thief run the thing and the man the man you know say I've said this before when I've said I know that a lot of people don't like hearing it.
Andrew mean >> for true man get move up so everybody fall in line pick up man idiot brother fall in line with guess what and people have the banking business then control JMB you anythingion in a jeopardy.
>> Yeah, true.
>> Billions of dollar family wealth in a jeopardy sing 93 said that is the politics that we're living in today. Even people that have sense people of the highest level of education in this country are doing some things and saying some things that would shock the average person. Yes sir.
But then can't talk cuz guess what have things about them personal life don't want get released >> I hear that long long time have things over them and and you would expect that from him because that is the type of person that he is you would expect that from him >> say so powerful nobody really want you know stand against teacher tell the people understand really come at them teacher And population next years everybody run see that see this tell sometime hear them say some things buy it for what it is we look beyond it look far from it and we think through it >> because a lot of times they are sending signals but because them say oh Jamaican people not time for read nobody read >> subliminal because guess Remember agency put it out in the UN.
When they hear United Nation, you know, power, force, money, botative, every big word the dictionary can ascribe to them.
Talk the truth. And when they did a report and when they remember a report just get up one day foolishness, you know, >> you understand? So it's either they are deliberately misleading the people or they know of an impending crisis. And and and I'm very concerned about it because the two points I make one if half if where are where in the world will accept 1.4 million people the US have immigration issues now know if Canada go know if England do that know if Switzerland Sweden Spain I don't even know you understand but think about it 2.8 people of the country 50% even in the next three years that 1.4 million people 1.4 think about 1.4 4 million people.
Hello. Where they going?
>> And then the next question that I want to ask now is if those people go, think about if the economy is as it is with 100% of the population now, right? And it can't balance itself. Can you imagine if half of the population gone or the country manage the country run a tax revenue that gone and can't get the rest of tax money? But I am wondering if a tell they're telling us in subliminal that something is going to come that half of the population are either dead gone move or something that is what I'm looking at that is what appear to be >> no me tell you for research something teacher now that lead to a little connection it might not lead to everything about the question we ask but lead to a little connection >> yes >> I observer post something to the what say some South Koreans I go acquire some land in a Jamaica and do some development teacher >> development.
>> You mean n development?
So you say you see a report which says South Koreans buy up land and develop land and and I and remember I said to you earlier on you know whenever Andrew come and say do something don't have everything line up long time we spoke about on this platform say Andrew don't have buyer investor everything line up I just wait him I wait for pass the law as the law pass. Boom. Start just run contract and collect money. We we by now I'm sure you know that we know to read the playbook over here. We know the playbook. Yes sir.
Keep on say every time I talk teacher to me wellinking Jamaicans and and and and and people who have a lot of understanding when it comes on to life certain way. Andrew can't trick you. Yes, >> unless you allow him for tricks.
I agree with you. But remember say something to um calligraphy um see I was I was on show every day watching bell even if watch the morning rewatch the show man say it's the same thing as well says that you know as much as Dun on the team yes he was on the team but he was also one of them beat an iron say yo them need to be part of the oversight body and the man say after one month time and realize there is no failure return back for do more you know auditing and all of that crazy stuff know it was cut uh headless brainless shallowminded labor rights would you please recuse yourself from this platform.
You don't have the competency, the capability and the qualifications and like your prime minister said the wherewithal to comprehend these kinds of conversation. All right? You don't have the mental compass to navigate this space that we're having over here and this conversation. You dirty elita moderators rub out of the comment section talking about nasty liar disgusting PNP who is nasty and liar than disgusting like you and your government right now y knowita right now y suffer right now you are suffer me I'm typical right now y suffer you want two slice of bread take your [ __ ] self over here you shall minded filthy germs under I nasty PNP PNP defend you and your P no P you say your party don't interested in a you children's future moderator ram the germs from out of the class juke the germs and recuse the germs I realize a number of labor rights have find themsel in the comments get that ele out of this place instead of you sitting at this class and try to learn something because over here we bring fox instead of sit and come here and learn something. You come with a nonsense. You filthy little piece of trash. Get out of here.
That is right. Fix our business.
When you dance like that, you can't even spell one of the words that we over here discussing. And I know you're suffering right now. Your stop on a leak.
>> Yes sir. Back to you. This is the kind of germs that is keeping down this country. No, my brother. We over here.
We're talking about the country and moving the country forward and holding a crooked government accountable and this little piece of [ __ ] come over here and show up our dirty colors. Recuse yourself.
Yes sir. Back to you now.
>> Reason read comment section and teacher go observe and glean and see some things. You see all over nationwide when you see all sitting where the people say about >> Yeah. Sometimes you sometimes you wonder the world where them living. You see them say something about PNP. They talk the nastiest dirtiest thing and it's like a tribe you know. I wonder if you realize it's like a tribe.
>> A true a true teacher it it gets annoying to the point where only just read the headline. You see all this talk. Oh god man. Oh god man. teacher when see the thing and read the report me say yo this is where the PMP talk about when say we don't want the N be another situation like what going on you like what going on with other entities in the in the government body this is the reason why we don't want it because guess what after the fact say already nobody can be caught get caught nobody can be hold accountable because it gone the door and that is what are trying to show all these stupid that this is what N is about when everybody don't come and get feed and take them money and go in business nobody can be held accountable nobody can do nothing about it >> because it already happened and and then say these lowines comes try to listen and understand what we're talking about and do some self introspection and assess your financial, emotional future, the future of your children and grandchildren. You come over here and play dirty politics.
Leave the drunk alone for down there. me believe so down there and stay down there >> cuz sense things somebody careful really look all this wait till the teacher read the things the auditor general say head big to come like it look like say in the interest of time because uh uh I not run a 4hour program. I wanted to cut the program at 3 hour and we were at 2 hour and 56 minutes but I going give it like me possibly a 10 minute timeline but I run the story of the auditor general and then I run the final story where the people talk up the things about mand give you a minute make you close and with that being said because we don't put up the ag picture talk about it because it is my topic so read it quickly and just barely scrape on it and you can Talk where you want to talk about it still. Take at least 3 minutes and talk where you want to talk about the AG story because I'm going to go directly into it. What they attorney general. So my view subscribers um could just start the story as we're going out.
All right. Asa listen very carefully now. All right.
>> Yeah.
>> What happened a while ago to our precious savior. All right. So my viewers subscribers we're getting some information from the attorney general.
Anybody remember the hurricane money were recently uh the hurricane were recently gone. Remember that the government of Jamaica decided that it was going to give some people some vouchers in the amount of 500,000 200,000 I must say 400,000 or whatever the amounts are. Now the auditor general is flagging a number of the transactions and like you can see on your screen where it says the auditor the the it says audit highlights deficiencies in verification of delivery of hurricane relief supplies. Let me repeat it. The auditor general here she is Pamela Monroe Ellis a very lovely lady. The auditor general she did an audit where it highlights deficiencies means problem something right in verification meaning telling the true validity of someone of the delivery of the hurricane relief supplies. Let me go into the article now. It says the auditor general's realtime compliance audit report into the spending of donations to assist hurricane victims in the wake of the category 5 storm last October has identified significant delivery verification deficiencies. Pamela Monroe Ellis Jamaica's auditor general reported somebody type that figure me know Pamela audit somebody type that figure me Pamela Monroe Ellis Jamaica's auditor general reported that of the $122.5 million in building supplies delivered to the Jamaica Defense Force locations only 88 8.6 million was formally acknowledged as being received by the army representing 72.2% of the total deliveries. This is set out in an audit report tabled in parliament Tuesday afternoon. Further, the Guardian of the country's expenditure highlighted that the remaining 34 million in roofing materials representing 27.8 8% of all materials delivered was not supported, listen to this, by signed delivery slips or goods received notes countersigned by either the office of disaster preparedness and emergency management or a JDF representative. She said this left deliveries unverified and acknowledged and and unacknowledged by the receiving party. In addition to the delivery verification deficiencies, the auditor general said payment data for two or four contracts remain outstanding as of the date of this report. Specifically, she said payment confirmation was not provided for the contract awarded to supplier number two under procurement round one valued at 52.3 million and to supplier number three valued at 56.2 $2 million. You hear that?
No payment confirmation was provided for the suppliers of procurement round number one and supplier number three. The article continues to said as of March 31st, 2026, total contract commitments for roofing material amounted to 167.3 million with only 26.2 2 in million in payments verified to date. I have to repeat that. I have to repeat that. As at May 31st, 2026, total contracts commitment for roofing materials amounted to 167.3 million, but only 26.2 million in payments verified to date. That leaves $141 million in committed expenditures without corresponding confirmed payment document. That's the end of the article.
Isa, >> I give you the opportunity a three to five minutes to give your opinion on this because once again it is obvious that monies are being stolen. Monies are being stolen. $140 million unaccounted for in one instance and in another instance materials 26% of the materials unaccounted for. What's your take on this sir? So you know teacher >> and you see a two generation of dance and dance them dance like bat I know me understand the people of the country really get done because let me show you something teacher the article read different which I'm going to speak on But one of the things them get to understand is the reason why a lot of people when them go these warehouses to collect these goods the people them don't give them the goods because the people them remember that a lot of times they go into contract with the government they don't get paid so the people them never let off nothing teacher without being pissed a lot of times when them message these people and say know say a topic wos get $20,000 $50,000 for some sheet or whatever and people that's all because they don't receive no money teacher and that's from some who knew where in a hurricane situation and speak people come on other program and talk but teacher the article me readle >> today it states that the auditor general is saying that she flagged the low utilization of the hurricane >> fund >> that was was given to the government.
>> Yes.
>> And here what the article said.
>> It said since February 23, 2026, $1.44 44 billion dollar which was allocated from burial >> burial which was burial which was the first hurricane we gone the year before and now so for the hurricane >> so them allocate $1.44 $44 billion. I want you listen to me. I read the article with the auditor general say she she literally said yesterday the reason why she flagg it is because out of that $1.44 44 billion that was allocated to >> only 26 >> they only spend 26 million teacher tell me careful >> and there's so much sufferation so much people without house so much people without food and and money is there no Asa money is available you know somebody type money is available money is available all the government have to do a little effort. You remember in the video when you was watching the video when the man fix them own a bridge and I said that all they do put little effort in it asa the point I am making if the government puts a little effort to helping the people the lives will be better your time again money is available to help the people so it's not lot of money your time is by and just the same as where where the lady say parliament the time when time she make her speech where the lady say um Angela Brownberg I think she said when she say no procurement no problem for stling so all of a sudden help the people procurement is a problem this is the problem that is a problem is a problem is not a problem when need comment section hry like a dog. A lot of them hungry like dog right now and want come talk and can't come talk because guess what already selling vote for 5,000 and 3,000 on KFC. It's the reason why them wherever them want to ask people for speak on their behalf. You see why we can't talk because sell for $5,000 sell them growth to having a better life for 5,000. You see right now everybody broke, everybody hungry, everybody smash up the street must give to them right now.
Tell me that brother and and you see I'm going to say this calmly and nicely tonight and and and it is areas like these where I'm a little bit disappointed in the party PNP because of something like this now this supposed to walk spread like news make everybody hear you see the point make like I said you know it is the people's own interest to see the story and pick it up and talk on it you know When you get opportunity to expose your opponent till you h run with that story and make everybody finish >> it. It bothering It bothers me a lot teacher and say it bothers me a lot because my burning of the country and when we look at it when when when you used to get six or $7,000 for your pay, you could have buy a lot of stuff where you can't buy now. And these people don't understand say every time these people raise on the pay them have to raise the prices and things. And look at it now. This man spend $18,000 and buying goods them, but you get $16,000 weekly. Where get the next $2,000 from it? Simple mean a lot of stuff for put $2,000. You better give me the $2,000 vote for thinking business about that. But teacher tired teacher go back in class and go watch this thing play cuz it don't make no sense to me. No sense it make to me. No.
I swear to God. So teacher go back in class and go and see what going.
>> Yeah. jump in back in class and go and see what going on.
