[00:00:21]Andrew Miller has been on trial since Monday charged with two counts of criminal sexual penetration. As you heard, jurors found him guilty on one of the two counts after spending more than 6 hours deliberating a verdict.

[00:00:34]Prosecutors say Miller raped a woman at the New Hope Church in Albuquerque in 2023 after luring the victim over a modeling deal. He now faces up to 9 years in prison. The case was initially charged with the accusation that Miller victimized two different women, but prosecutors dropped charges tied to one of the accusers after they lost contact with her. Those charges can still be refiled.
