Dutch peacekeepers were stationed there specifically to prevent what was about to happen. But when Bosnian Serb forces rolled into town, those peacekeepers did nothing. They watched as Muslim men and boys were separated from their families, loaded onto buses like cattle. The victims thought they were being relocated.
