[00:00:00]For the longest time, women walked over both of us. They walked all over us and disrespected us and we didn't know why.

[00:00:09]A prime example is when, you know, four years ago when we were in college during the summer, we were both single and we wanted to get some high value women. You know, low body count, very attractive gym girls, girls who didn't have guy friends, girls who were into, you know, church. And one time we went to the beach with our boys. It was me, Nate, and our boy George. and we went to the beach and we were like, "All right, we're gonna pick up some girls. It's, you know, going into our junior year.

[00:00:38]We're like, "Oh, we need to get some girls." So, the first day we had a plan.

[00:00:53]>> Yes. And we had a spike ball net. So, what was our plan with the spikeball net? Explain what spikeball is if the viewers don't know.

[00:01:02]So this is like the strategy if you like actually want to go and like Riz at the beach or like anywhere is if you and your boy have a spike ball net, you're walking down the beach, you see, you know, a group of girls or something, you're like, "Hey, you guys want to play spikeball?"

[00:01:17]>> It's more of a friendly thing as opposed to, oh, uh, type of rising like creepy thing. So then once you get your foot in the door, then you can actually start to, you know, get to know people. Maybe she finds you attractive, maybe she's asking you questions, and then you can proceed further. And that's why the spikeball strategy is the best strategy that we have used.

[00:01:40]>> It is the best strategy. I can't believe we're even like leaking this right now because this is the strategy where you can go on the beach, you know, and and talk to women. And the thing is the beach is the best spot because you can have your shirt off and if you're jacked in aesthetic.

[00:02:00]>> Yes. Because it's perfect because it was three of us and you can be like, "Oh, we need one more to play." And you just go up to a group of three girls. There's one for each of you. And you know, if you're looking at the girls on the beach, like obviously I feel like it seems kind of like horny if you're like, "Oh, can I get your number?" Like you're just like staring at their like ass and tits, whatever if they're like in a bikini. But you know, if you're like three guys or there's a group of girls, like it's not horny at all. It's not putting their guard up, their guards down. It's like, "We need some guys to play. You want to play?"

[00:02:25]>> Oh, sure. If they find you attractive, they'll Yes. If they find you not attractive herb or and you're fat as [ __ ] like at that point, bro, you you should be in the gym. You shouldn't be worrying about women. And that's a big thing that we're going to touch on is >> nothing matters at the end of the day when you're trying to go up to women if you're not jacked and shredded. But that is only part of the equation because we were able to get these women and we were still jacked and shredded at the end of the day. But keep going with your story.

[00:02:50]>> Yes. So basically we were like 19 or 20 and we were at the Jersey Shore I think Ocean City, New Jersey and we were walking down the beach and there was like nobody like there were some girls.

[00:03:01]We got rejected probably by like two groups of girls. We went up to one group. We were playing with them and then we asked them how old they were and they were like, "Oh, we're 17." So then we had to dip out and then we kept walking all the way down the beach for like 20 minutes like a massive ass long beach. We were walking looking for people and we finally found this group of three girls and we were like, "Okay, this group looks solid." We went up to them, we had the balls to do it and they were like, "Yeah, sure." And then it was the perfect group. Two of them were solid, one was kind of botched. Sadly, our boy George got stuck with the botch.

[00:03:35]Unfortunately, George was left with the botch one. But, >> you know, sometimes your friend just has to take one for the team.

[00:03:41]>> So, if your friend it can't pull, you know, one of the [snorts] girls and he has to take the refrigerator, bro, tell him to man up and take it, bro.

[00:03:50]>> Sometimes, >> but the I mean, not to [ __ ] on our boy George, but the funny thing is is that like out of the three of us, he was like the least jacked and shredded. Not to throw him under the bus here. Um, but basically, there were two good ones and one one that was like, "Ah, no." But basically, we played with them. Didn't say anything out of pocket. We were like playing. They were having a good time.

[00:04:08]They were laughing. They were asking us questions. And then after we're done playing like, "Oh, you want to hang out with us?" We were like, "Sure." So then we basically got our stuff, moved it near them, hanging out with them all day long at the beach. And then, you know, I got one of their numbers or Snapchats or something. Then basically they were into us. And then the next day, hit them up or maybe that night we did something with them. The first >> play golf.

[00:04:31]>> We played mini golf that night. Linked up with them again. The next day I linked up with them at the beach again.

[00:04:35]Great ass time. And then the few days went by. We hung out with them like two or three days in a row. Then they had to go. And then once they left, what happened?

[00:04:46]>> Like like they went home to I think like Pennsylvania or something.

[00:04:49]>> Yeah. We just never hung with them again or anything because we just weren't high value at the time. Like we thought we were high value, but women were still disrespecting us because we weren't the value that we really thought we were.

[00:05:01]That's the thing. A lot of you guys probably think you're like high value at the end of the day cuz you know maybe you can see your chest mass or maybe you can bench 225. It's like is that really good enough? Cuz when we compare ourselves now to the version of those guys who, you know, we're talking to those girls at the beach, we're way higher value now >> because we have the status, >> we have, you know, the money.

[00:05:24]>> Y >> we have even better physique. Mhm. It >> it's just our our SMV, our sexual market value is way higher.

[00:05:32]>> And that's what you got to understand at the end of the day. It's not just like one thing that you have to be good at.

[00:05:37]You have to be a well-rounded guy. And the reason we weren't able to, you know, you know, further the situation with those women is because at the end of the day, we like we weren't rich. We didn't have the assets necessary to go hang with them or whatever it may be because we were not high value. And the truth is women will always disrespect you in some way if you are lacking in some sort of category.

[00:06:02]>> We don't have all the boxes checked. We had the physique and the looks and the RZ boxes checked. We didn't have the money and the status. Yeah.

[00:06:08]>> Cuz they went home like they drove 5 hours back to their home in Pennsylvania and we were like asking them like, "Oh, come visit us at our parents house."

[00:06:16]>> And they were like, "Oh yeah, we kind of want to." But then they were like, "Ah, not at your parents house." We're like, "Oh, can we come there?" They're like, "Uh, there's nowhere for us to stay. we didn't have the money and you know I guess we didn't have the status so they didn't like us enough to either take the risk to stay at our parents house or we didn't have the money to actually rent a place and it just goes to show that as he said you need all the boxes checked you know imagine I was a fat ass who didn't have the physique box checked but I was rich if I went up to them in the first place they wouldn't even have thought we were cute they like oh no we don't want to play with you because the girls they said like they were into us they thought we were attractive and stuff like you know if we didn't have the physique box checked but we had the money box checked they would have said hell no Yeah, >> they would have said hell no.

[00:06:54]>> And that's just like one example at the end of the day. Like I mean we have so many examples when we were in college. I remember over the summer of sophomore year I was talking to this girl who I worked with and unfortunately we both had to go back to school but we were still talking. But after a couple weeks of going to school, I noticed that she wasn't snapping me as much. You know, we were talking pretty much every single day. Now it was like maybe once a day and then it went to like, you know, she barely snapped me. And then I see like, oh, she's posting pictures with like another dude even though we were like talking over the whole summer. Like I thought, oh, we were gonna be something.

[00:07:29]And then all of a sudden she's like talking to another dude at her at her school just because, you know, we went our separate ways at school. But the reason that was was because I wasn't high enough value. If I was high enough value, she would have done whatever it took to be with me. Because that's the whole point of being high value is that you're so irreplaceable that the girl has no other option but to be with you.

[00:07:52]And that's the whole goal at the end of the day. And that's how you actually attract a high value woman and you keep a high value woman is being the best version of yourself at the end of the day. But you know, I wasn't that. I was some guy who was posting like cringey Tik Toks with like 200 followers, had no money, was drinking, was doing a bunch of [ __ ] was honestly just acting acting like a herb at the end of the day. And that's kind of what led me in that situation. And if you don't like re-evaluate where you're at as a man or what you can improve on, it's going to be really hard to attract the woman that you want and not get stepped on.

[00:08:28]>> Yeah. And the crazy thing is is that if you don't have all the boxes checked off, you shouldn't be chasing after girls or going with girls at all.

[00:08:34]Because instead of hanging out with a girl, you should be spending that time to, you know, put it towards checking off the other boxes. Like, oh, you're going to chase after girls and go on dates with low value women or women that are going to step on you. It's like, bro, check off all the boxes first and then go talk to girls because you won't deal with problems. They're not going to leave you. It's going to be easy. It's not going to be a waste of time. They're not going to cheat or go with other people. BUT YOU GUYS DON'T CHECK OFF YOUR [ __ ] boxes. You go to chase after girls and then you get [ __ ] stepped on. And then you wonder why the [ __ ] it happened. Oh, I have money now and I'm 30, but I'm [ __ ] balding with a double chin and I I have a zero pack.

[00:09:07]Oh, this girl went for a more jacked and shredded and rich dude. And then you're like, "What happened?" It's because you don't have all the [ __ ] box checked.

[00:09:13]I have one more story. Um, when I worked at Panera, >> there was this one coworker who I was like sliding with. I didn't slide with her. Like she basically thought I was cute. We went on a date. I like kissed her a bunch. Like we made out in the car after the first date. We had went on a bunch of dates. I never like went any further than that. But I remember like after like three dates, she was like, "Oh yeah, I'm graduating high school."

[00:09:34]So we were both seniors in high school.

[00:09:36]She was 18 and I was like 18 or 19. And she was like, "Oh, I'm going to senior week." And I was like, "Oh, senior week in high school." Like, "Oh, you better not slide with any dudes." Like cuz the thing is we weren't like a set couple yet. Like I didn't >> But if you were high value, she would still respect you. Like I'm not. And I'm pretty sure I was like, "Oh, so you're not going to sign with any dudes." And she was like, "Oh, I don't know." She was like, "I don't know." And I was like, "What?" Like we literally kissed, but I didn't like get far enough to where like we were dating or anything.

[00:10:01]And I didn't like ask her to be my girlfriend cuz it wasn't that far. And then like I guess she went there and then like I stopped talking to her. I think she like got [ __ ] by another dude. And I never after that I just stopped like talking to her. But like she basically said, "You know what, Dom, [ __ ] you. Even though I kiss you and I like like you, I'm just going to go get [ __ ] by other dudes cuz I can." And you have nothing and you have there's nothing you can do about it. You can't really find anyone better. You you're not you don't have options. you're some Panera worker like me, you know, [ __ ] it.

[00:10:24]>> And that's the sad reality of it cuz I was a low value ass dude.

[00:10:26]>> I mean, you can blame these women at the end of the day and I guess, you know, a big percentage is that like, you know, some women are just going to be thoughts. Some women are just going to, you know, want attention from other dudes and stuff, but at the end of the day, it does come down to you. And we're talking about all this stuff, but the biggest thing is like this, none of this stuff applies to you if you're not even shredded, right? Because if you're not shredded and shredded, guess what? If you're at the beach, you know, in that scenario that we were just talking about, there girls are going to see guys who are more jacked and shredded than you and automatically be more attracted to them, unless they're on birth control, which, you know, makes women not produce estrogen, which makes them not as attracted to masculine men. But that's a whole different story. But yeah, if if you're not jacked and shredded, then women are going to find other dudes attractive. So that's the first thing, and that's what we got wrong. We thought, "Oh, once we got jacked and shredded, now you know we can attract whatever female that we want."

[00:11:20]But that was only part of the game. You have to be the most well-rounded man.

[00:11:24]You have to be jacked and treaded. You got to be rich. You You have to be every single, you know, you have to max out every single stat at the bay. Even if you're, you know, jacked, you know, jacked and rich, if there's a guy who's jacked rich and he's in the NBA, >> he's probably more likely >> more status. Yeah. status. Yeah, Jack rich and then he has status but you have no status or he's jack rich status and funny and you're just you have jack rich status but you're like a herd like you have no risk. Like there's always another level and the more boxes that are unchecked, you have to check them off. That's all it is. You have to look for all the boxes. What am I lacking in and check them off and you can also compare yourself to other guys. Like look at the guys who get the most amount of girls like rich famous celebrities who are jacked and shredded like Michael B. Jordan or like Channing Tatum or Tom Brady. Like Tom Brady like all the girls glaze him like he's like tall he's shredded. He's a gigachad. He's rich.

Like, he's the highest value man. He's like 6'5. He's I mean, I want to say he's like he's definitely shredded. He's definitely shredded.

But [clears throat] and that's why you can't really take those guys as role models at the end of the day. [snorts] Maybe like LeBron.

[00:12:54]But that's that's the biggest thing at the end of the day. Like you just got to check off all the boxes. And if you're not checking off all the boxes, someone who does have those boxes checked off will probably step in and and take the girl.

[00:13:07]>> Take your girl. That's why there's no point in chasing after girls when you're low value or when you don't have all the boxes checked off. Like I don't we don't chase after girls. We have like girlfriends and stuff, but basically, but you know, like why would you if you're a guy who's jacked but not rich, you can't even take care of kids. You can't even pay for your wife's [ __ ] You can't even support her completely. So what the [ __ ] are you doing? Make more cash and then worry about it. or you're rich but you're fat. Like, oh, she's going to be looking at other dudes when you're walking down the beach. Or she's going to be like saying, "Oh, honey, you know, you're looking fat. Oh, I'm looking at other dudes. Oh, there's guys on TV who are shredded." Like, obviously, she's going to look like, you think your girl, if you're fat, you think your girl wouldn't look at a more jacket and shredded guy and be like, "Damn, I wish my boy looked like that. I wish my man looked like that." You really think that?

[00:13:48]>> Cuz I guarantee she [ __ ] does. Even if she loves you, even if she's your your wife of this many years, if you're a fat ass, she's going to be looking at more. I think a lot of like dads like specifically like they'll have kids with a woman and think like, "Oh, you know, she's never going to leave me. Like, I got kids with a woman." And then all of a sudden now the divorce rate is 50% and dudes are, you know, losing their money.

[00:14:09]You get complacent. That's another thing. You can't get with the girl then and then become complacent. You always have to be leveling up. Leveling up is a train and it's a never- ending train.

[00:14:20]You need to hop on that train and never get off. Once you start to level up, you need to keep leveling up. Whether you meet one girl, whether you meet two girls, whether you get married, whether you have kids, you need to be leveling up or else the law of attraction breaks down because people are going to be attracted to you. Other guys who want to work with you or, you know, want to be you, they're going to be attracted to you because you're leveling up and they see progress. You're not attracted to a stock that's lost 50% in a year. Why?

[00:14:48]Because it's been going down. It's the same concept. Females aren't going to be attracted to you when you've been going down down down. Your wife's not going to be attracted to you if you've been getting fatter and fatter and fatter every single year. You need to be leveling up or else people aren't going to be attracted to you and you're you're going to get disrespected at the end of the day. And that's the whole point of this video is people are going to disrespect you if you aren't leveling up.
