[00:00:15]Today we hosted the IDFC First Bank First Impact Division's Champions of Social Good event and we were here to celebrate the countless hours and dedication of 15,000 plus volunteers that we clocked last financial year to celebrate the HOD's the Goodman ambassadors and our top performing volunteers that consistently volunteered month on month quarter and quarter and have really made a huge social impact and difference to the community.

[00:00:47]People should come out of the willingness and when they you can encourage, you can give resources but intent you know has to come from within and I really want to thank every one of you for bringing it and making that a mass success.

[00:01:09]So we have this dual responsibility where we do participate individual as a team but our greater job is to channelize this enthusiasm which is there in all the department and all the location and then bring them together for a common cause.

[00:01:26]The whole event was curated very well in terms of adding various categories of awards because as we move ahead we are only seeing participation growing year on year. having to connect with MD sir oneonone and he checking and actually being so involved and engaged understanding what each one of us did did and how we contributed I think it was fantastic one key takeaway from today's event is that volunteering is just not one small gesture it is a collective of multiple gestures that we do to give back to a society >> as goes the saying key in case you believe in giving to the society or the nature. It rewards back in ways you cannot think of.
