A universal motor mount system can be adapted to accommodate different engine sizes on mini bikes by using adjustable spacers and compatible mounting hardware, allowing smaller engines like generator motors to be mounted on mounts designed for larger small block engines such as Predator 212 or 79cc engines.

Temu Micro Bike gets a NEW Motor Mount! | Small Block Motor Mount For Micro Bike!!Added:
[music] [music] >> What is up boys in today's video we're going to work on something different. So here we got the micro bike and we're going to take this little bitty two-stroke and eat it out there and we're going to show you the new motor mount option that we have and let's just say this motor mount is going to make mounting a small block or one of those a lot easier onto this little bitty frame.
So let's get right into it. Let's take this little two-stroke off and let's get into the new motor mount. Okay, so the main reason we haven't really done anything with this bike is because these tires have got to go.
>> [music] >> They are not safe to ride at speed and it's just not a good idea to be turning at any fast pace with these tires. So I'm going to look into some round tires because this thing can literally sit just like that without a kickstand on the tires. So yeah, um we need to get some different tires on this thing. It's very sketchy to ride like it is and it's already pretty fast. This little bitty two-stroke definitely goes faster than you think it does. But with that being said we're going to put something more fun and better and four-stroke in here cuz I don't like two-strokes on mini bikes.
Let's see what we got to do to get this thing off. I know I got to rip the chain off. This whole gearbox can come off with this motor mount cuz I think we just got to unbolt the motor mount, undo this clip, do the fuel line and I think that's literally it. So let me get some wrenches and we'll start turning [music] them. Okay, let's start loosening these bolts for this blue motor mount right here. It's just four 10 mm bolts. I already loosened one and that one's coming out. Let's get this one. Yeah, some of them weren't too too tight. So if you're keeping these motors, I'd double check the make sure that these things are staying tight.
Or else you might have some chain issues.
All right, that's what we're working with underneath the bike. A little 10 mm bolt with a [music] lock washer and a normal washer. And maybe disconnect them fuel lines. Maybe we should do that first. Fuel lines been removed. Now we can just take the rest of this thing off.
Oh, there she goes. There she goes. And the exhaust is hot. I just ran it. Make sure she ran. Try to get y'all a better view on the chain. I'm literally just going to do that.
And there's the chain off.
So now we just have a throttle cable.
And that's our little motor. Okay, so I took these two top bolts out of the carb and it looks like there's an actual little slide carb, which is pretty cool.
And with that we can take out the motor and the little bitty blue motor mount that comes with this.
So can set that to the side and now we have a roller.
There we go. We got a roller now. Now let's crack open that uh motor mount and let's take a look at it. Okay, so here's the motor mount and we can take it out and look at that thing. This thing is by a company called Big Nasty Bikes.
Uh if you are into mini bikes and have seen them on Facebook then you definitely know who these who these guys are. They make some crazy parts, especially for big block stuff. But got this proudly made in the USA. I'm going to put that sticker somewhere.
That's going to be a sick sticker. And let's take the seal off of this thing.
Let's see what we got in here.
This looks like some stickers like the USA one. Got a Big Nasty Bikes sticker.
That's sick.
And we got uh thank you for supporting [music] small business. Got some brackets and mounting hardware for us to mount this sucker up here. So let's see kind of how this thing's going to fit.
Uh I think after we have the motor mounted and everything I'm going to send this off to get powder coated cuz it'll be sick to get this to match the blue paint. And yeah. So scoot that over here and I'm pretty sure this just goes just like that.
Exactly like that.
>> [music] >> And look at that. That is just amazing.
And these little U's go right over here.
A little bit of a tight fit, but hey, ain't no problem.
So, yeah, those will go there.
>> [music] >> Then we have some of these square bolts that have a little square washer in them or square locker.
And those, I imagine, just go right into these squares. [music] And they give us some nylon lock nuts that we can put on the bottom.
And these large spacers spacers.
These large spacers, I'd imagine, are to move the motor upward to compensate for the the head of the little bolt that we're using. So, that'll be good.
So, we will put those on that side when we're ready to mount in the engine.
We'll just save these to the side cuz all we're doing right now is the motor mount because I just had to show y'all this thing. It was so cool.
And I had a lot of people asking how I was going to mount a motor onto this bike. So, I'm showing you right now. So, yeah. Got those. We got those U-bolts going like that. Let me just get these off for right now. Went ahead and bent these little U-bolts down just a tiny bit. I just pushed them in on the vice. And now they fit in there perfectly.
Just like that. And we'll get these little 10 mm bolts, also with a nylon little spacer [music] on there.
And oh, whoa, no, no, no, no, no. Got to get this thing first.
Little clasp, if you would. And we will put those little bolts in.
>> [music] >> There's outside installed. We'll get the other brace and we'll put that right on.
Okay, went ahead and tighten down these three, but I have the little 13 mm nut with a nylon nut on it, nylon lock washer. And we're going to put it on the bottom of this sucker.
And just tighten it down.
I already tightened down the other three. I had a lot of people asking what I was going to do with this bike and and to be honest I still don't know what the plan is. I have a strong idea what the plan is and I have it all laid out over there and I've already got parts for it, but I still don't know if that's the plan I'm going to do.
If I go a different route then I guess I could use the parts else where.
So okay, that's tightened down.
Now we can get to the 10 mm and we can tighten down the bolts on the bottom of that sucker. And we got to do these evenly so that there is the same amount of threads on each side.
Okay.
That is installed literally.
That is it. That thing ain't going anywhere.
That is so cool.
And hold on, let me All right, and this is the motor that I'm planning on putting in here.
And just look at that.
So much room for activities.
Feel like this is a size motor that should came in here, but you know, we're going to start with this I guess tiny block motor if you would.
This is off the generator, so the generator build motor.
And if we want more power, we'll go to a actual small block or maybe like a 224 or a maybe just a normal 212. I don't think it needs a 224 cuz a 224 is plenty for that sucker over there.
Don't think we're going to be needing a 224 for this.
I honestly think this will be perfect, so it already rode pretty sketchy with that two-stroke back there that nobody likes.
I think once we get better tires on it, it'll fix that. So hopefully it'll fix it. But for that being said, let me get some final pictures of this thing >> [music] >> and yeah, I guess we'll discuss a little bit more when we're done.
>> [music] [music] [music] >> All right guys, real quick before we end off the video, I know what you're going to say. This mount right here of the spacing is for a Predator 212 or a small block engine. And uh y'all know the little micro block if you would, or the generator motor doesn't have the same motor spacing as the uh 212 blocks. So, if you buy a Predator 79cc, you'll know that you get this in the mail. [music] So, or in the package with it. This will mount right up to a 212 motor mount and [music] will allow the smaller block motors to bolt right on there.
So, there we go. Oh, it's not really [music] spaced properly. Hold on.
There.
So, you can see [music] that the bolts line up here, the bolts line up there.
So, we can mount this generator motor, the micro block if you would, to the small block motor mount. That's how we're going to do that. I knew I was going to get some questions down below, so I might as well show you there. So, this little motor mount, you have to get this with the Predator 79cc engines. I don't know another way to get this, so if you know, let me know down below.
I'll gladly put the link or DM me on Instagram so I can put a link for other people so they don't have to go out and buy a two buy a Predator [music] 79cc engine just for the stupid motor mount. So, yeah.
That is the little motor mount that I'm going to put on top of our motor mount on top of our [music] bike. So, yeah.
This thing should scream on this thing.
So, I have some ideas to make this thing as light as possible so we can go as [music] fast as possible on this little thing. So, at least until we upgrade to a 212 or something like that. But, that being said, I guess I will see y'all next time. Uh next week we're going to be doing I believe something with a flathead. if not putting the Juggernaut on the uh on the [music] thing over here.
That thing scares me. So, so yeah, bear with me a little bit on that thing. Um yeah, besides the point, I guess I will see y'all next week. Let me know what y'all think about this motor mount.
>> [music] >> Big nasty bikes, y'all killed it with this one. Absolutely amazing. Super simple installation, and [music] yeah.
Uh thank y'all for watching. I will see y'all in the next one.
