He sent me a legal email that's obviously chat JPT and it's quite hilarious and I told him in different terms to go pound sand. Um we're going to look at Adam McIntyre and the Colleen Ballinger situation. her sister, who is her enabler, has been invited to VidCon and so is Adam McIntyre and there's a big drama about it. Nobody wants the Ballinger anywhere near anybody and it's awesome. We're also going to look look at an update on Alex and there's a guy named Hoopable or something like that who is doing videos about how Dozen is amazing. Spare us cuz they're not. And then maybe we'll do some laughing videos and do an Emily Kaiser update which is really important because she's grifting again. So, let's get to it.

[00:01:29]Okay, so first things first. This came from Jeremy Wilson, which is Super Dead official. The guy who's suing a couple creators for telling the truth.

[00:01:35]basically literally just telling the truth. This guy is a convicted P3do convicted P3do registered on a sex offender list for the rest of his life in forever. And when a creator comes out and talks about that, for some reason he thinks he can sue them. He's an idiot and he's going to lose every case. But he he's doing it by himself, prosay or whatever it's called. And so he doesn't really have to come out of pocket. But what he wants to do is get creators to come out of their pocket so they have to defend themselves, right? But in the end pro like it sucks that creators have to hire lawyers to do this stuff. But this is the industry we're in and sometimes this happens. I've paid thousands of dollars to lawyers, okay? Thousands and thousands. So it comes with the territory. You kind of kind of have to understand. And if I ever were really truly get sued, I'd do the same thing Chelsea did and do a GoFundMe because it lawyers are damned expensive, right?

[00:04:33]The second amendment complaint was filed on April 1426 and names it as defendants Desh, Chelsea Suarez, and Table Rock Management. Okay. The case is currently pending before United States District Court Judge John M. Gerard and Magistrate Judge, which they're going to throw out as soon as they see this [ __ ] They're like, "You know what, bro? No." Um, the claims in that action include defamation per se. It's not defamation to tell the truth, and I don't know why you think it is. It's really weird. False light invasion of privacy.

Um, what I think is happening, if you look in the Reddit thread, is that he's likely being paid to give good press to Doc Dozen, right?

And in the comment sections of those videos, everyone's like, "How could you support that family? They're abusive. They force their kids to be in videos. First things first, if one of their kids don't want to be in a video, they do not have to be in a video.

We know specifically they don't want to be in videos. Desawn doesn't want to be in videos. So, you're lying and we know you're lying. They are forced to be in videos. They absolutely are forced. These kids wouldn't do [ __ ] if they were not forced to do it. So, stop lying, man.

When Na left, Alicia then reached out to not Another housewife, which is another creator who does drama and was leaking information about Naa's mental health and where she was going and all the things that were going in her life in order to make Alicia look better. And it didn't. and made it a lot worse. She just wanted people to know that, oh, the is crazy and she's doing all these things. She needs to go to she has mental health issues and she wanted that leaked with a YouTube influencer.

[00:12:14]Do you know that? No, you didn't know that. It's weird that you didn't know that, but they're so good, right? And this is a woman who said, "People who come to my home are family." Right? Soon as Alex didn't want to be in the videos anymore, she literally eliminated him from the pictures. Now, they've since reconciled, but she's not in the pictures. She eliminated Naa from most of the pictures, too. Except we saw one, which is really weird. Okay. And and also allegedly, I don't know if this is true, but took everything that she bought for Naa back when Naa left. All right. So, don't go there, buddy. Don't And don't forget the times that she said she's going to donate food. She made 200 sandwiches and said she was going to go give it to the homeless shelter and then the homeless shelter had to come out with a statement said, "Please don't do this. We will not accept this food."

[00:12:55]Alicia lied there, too. And then said, "You know what? We're going to go hand these out to homeless people." She didn't do that either. Okay. She feeds these kids nothing but absolute [ __ ] Did she walk you through the pantry? Right. After doing videos, multiple videos, things we know that these kids have lot tons of food aversions and shouldn't be eating pounds of sugar all the time because they have a lot of things. And did she tell you the time that she's an alcoholic and like all kids that she's adopted have fetal alcohol syndrome disorder? Did she tell you that part? Did she tell you the part where she was she would um strap one of those children down in their beds at night? Did she tell you that she told the internet one of her kids eat [ __ ] Did she tell you that one of her kids, most of her kids wet the bed and she just leaves the piss sheets in the hallway at hotels and just lets everybody deal with it? Did she tell you all the things? Did she tell you those things? Tell you that all the medications her kids take? That she doesn't spend time with her kids at all?

[00:13:43]She's worked 75 hours a week on social media and has 11 kids and doesn't do [ __ ] with them. That Josh is an absent father, usually at work all the time.

I don't know where they are if she's learn he learned them in video games or something like that but he's doing gang signs which is absolutely that's something you this is this is what happens with derelict parents that don't watch their kids that let them have unfettered access on the internet and not watch them ever. If it truly is gang signs that's very concerning. Okay very very concerning. So don't let your kids throw up gang signs folks. He's a grown adult, not a toddler, sneaking sweets before bedtime. Was I yelling? Anyway, what I'm mad about is that this woman feeds her kids nothing but absolute [ __ ] And Alex is on his like fourth hamburger for the live stream he's in, which again is what people are making fun of him for.

Um, at this rate, Alex could blink too confidently and Josh would be in his basement making 52-minute video called Alex Smile today. Here's why that's dangerous. Okay, that's a good one. That's a good one. Honestly, the obsession is getting weird at this point. Josh claims he's against exploitation, but Alex is now an adult making his own choices. And if you look at Alex's videos, who's showing up in them?

Oh, uh, Rachel Ballinger, which is Colleen Ballinger's sister, who supports Colleen Ballinger, does content with her. I mean, they are sisters. Um, but everybody's upset with this. VidCon is a place where a lot of YouTubers go. You can go uh meet people.

Um but anyway, this is a very very very large conference um with a lot of really great big YouTubers. And so this nose ring looking weirdo who looks like she ate snails a lot, Rachel Ballinger, is a feature creator. And nobody's happy about this. Why? Because they're done.

Just so everyone is clear on how how unwanted this is, there's more engagement in the post of people asking for Rachel to be removed than any other engagement Rachel gets on her solo YouTube content. Let's all be so for real. Rachel is nobody. Platform Ringer is disgusting. She is literally nobody. I've never heard of her till now. Honestly, I didn't know that. I know that the Ballinger's that Colleen Ballinger has a brother who does a family vlog as well. And apparently they moved to like Spain cuz they didn't want to do any of the the laws according to whatever. Anyway, um, does VidCon realize how dark the Ballinger family evidence really is? And the fact that they aren't allegations either, there's documented proof of all of it. So horrifying, right? Sit them down and make them watch the whole Swoop series.

So, they're saying that there might be violence against the Ballinger if they show up. That's what they're saying.

She does this every once in a while cuz she gets a lot of push back and hate, but this is a channel that I want to a feature on here. I think it's really really really important to see this channel. It's called Emily Lizer or Poly.pockets with three S's does these videos where it's just basically calling Emily Kaiser out to the tune of millions of views. One of the most powerful ones is this. Trigg's last meal was microwave pancakes while she sits here and then goes like this is the craziest thing. She's getting a lot of heat and backlash from going to a girls weekend in New York City like on the anniversary her son died and leaving her other kid with the reason that her son died with Brody Brady leave like people are like what are you out of your mind are you crazy and she's getting a lot of push back and tons of it by the way and so she's now she's doing a video where she's like I'm taking a break from social media I'll see you in a couple weeks meanwhile she's not going to take a break from social media what she's going to do is film content while she's taking her break and then just upload it later because she just it brings her more attention when she does these breaks.

[00:28:01]When she comes back, people are like, "Thank God you're pak." If you follow Emily Kaiser, why does What does she do for you? Explain it to me. Why? She's a useless, vapid, stupid [ __ ] on the internet. She doesn't do [ __ ] for anybody. She's not teaching you how to do things. She's an ugly haircut and she's a [ __ ] who's partly responsible for her child's death. the negligent death, not the avoidable accident, the negligent death of her son by not putting up a pool fence, by not having all the things in place like door alarms and having the net that they purchased put up, none of that. Leaving with her husband who was gambling on TV. It's insane. Like, what does she do? The these videos are really, really important, right? So, it's just going through her just enjoying tons of food, partying, living it up, doing a fake thing. She's not even a Christian. Why would you do that?

[00:29:09]This is the accountability side, which is very rare on Tik Tok. By the way, I'm surprised this channel is still up, which is why I think it's important to feature this channel on my video. For me, it's now a huge advocate for water safety when she used to block delete comments from water safety advocates, right? She loved Tik Tok more than her kid. 100% that's absolutely true. She loves the money and the fame she gets more than she loves her children. And then you cannot convince me otherwise.

[00:29:31]Just look at look at the like her behavior is so outwardly that like she spent 5 weeks morning and then was back to Tik Tok shopping and dancing and having iced coffees. Nobody in their right mind would be able to do that. I'm sorry. It's just it's it's abhorrent human behavior and that's why we're looking at it. She loved TikTok more than her kid. What's crazy is this wasn't her fault. It was her husband. So why are you bashing her? It was her fault. It was Brady's fault that night.

[00:29:59]But overall, it's the not getting a pool fence because of aesthetics that really really hit this thing, right? But putting a fence around her furniture so her dog wouldn't jump on it. That's the type of thing we're talking about. She's absolutely negligent in this. Brady holds more accountability because it happened on his watch, but it was both of their fault. And she admits that freely, so shut up. Being kind is free.

[00:31:52]Now, she should absolutely be held accountable and she is being held accountable. But that's what Brady was doing, watching the outcome of his gambling addiction on TV while his son suffered in a pool and tried to tread water for seven minutes, then took his shirt off when he jumped in the pool to try to save his life. And if you look at the police report, and it's crazy, and you should look at the police report, like the like the cop came in and he wasn't even performing CPR on this child anymore. The cop had to come in and start doing CPR on this child. Okay, so I like this person gets held accountable, but Emily and Brady, no accountability whatsoever because of their status in life because they have lawyer daddy, because they have money, because they're influencers. [ __ ] At the one-year mark, let's shout out the first responders and medical teams asked, tasked with trying to revive T1 in subsequent trauma that they had to endure. All because of arrogant, careless grifters, the impact creator of trauma that she didn't even acknowledge.

[00:32:43]Not a word of gratitude for the people who had to witness and try to help after such pointless strategy. Of course, she wouldn't. She wanted to, on the contrary, she tried to sue the department multiple times and still is trying to get that body cam suppressed, but it's going to come out eventually and it's going to destroy them and it should.
