Like obviously they're still here and stuff, but um this bracelet when I wear it has really been helping me. And like guys, it's incredible. I worked today and I wear this every day. I go to work. I wear this for my whole shift and it really helps. Like genuinely. Um this is my first live stream with you.

[00:05:48]Do you have tips for growing your channel? Um, I would probably say just posting consistently and finding your niche. So, like originally and still my niche is like Tourette's awareness, but now that I kind of have grown my channel a little bit, guys, I reached over 110 110K recently. Um, and now that I have like grown my channel substantially, I can kind of branch away from it. Like obviously I still do Tourette's awareness, but I can also show like some of my life. Um, but definitely find your niche and post consistently at the beginning are my words of advice.

Like I made this video um talking about like what if Tix and Resist wasn't faking and it was mainly because like what if like so a lot of people were like saying um saying something like um oh just because they weren't ticking for like 30 minutes means they're faking which is like such a lie because like you can literally go like I can go sometimes hours without like noticeable ticks. So, just the fact that people were like, "Oh, chicks and noses didn't tick for half an hour. They're fake."

[00:15:06]That made me a little upset because I'm like, "No, that's not a valid like gotcha moment." You know what I mean?
