Today's story is about the extremely disturbing allegations against the New York New Jersey Port Authority Chairman Kevin Oul and extremely disturbing allegations that he has a history of abusing his power as the head of the port authority. Now Kevin Oul is considered an extremely powerful man. He was appointed in 2017 by then Governor Chris Christie. And my sources say they are like this. They are still like this.

[00:02:58]There was that famous thing called Bridgegate. Remember that where Chris Christie the governor then miraculously was not implicated and however there are many allegations that he knew all about it. Then fast forward to maybe what a few months ago, there was an extraordinary swim which is for veterans and it's and it's held in New York City and it's organized by an ex-Navy Seal who everyone tells me is an absolutely incredible human being and he is courageous, relentless. He not only is an ex-Navy Seal, he is also an extraordinary attorney. And you're going to hear in this video, you're about to see more of the specifics about what Kevin Oul allegedly did to abuse his authority.

[00:03:50]>> Kevin Oul has been accused before by members of his own family, of using government resources for personal purposes, which he denies. But now there is body cam video and you will hear for the first time from the man who says he was just tried to serve legal papers when cops swooped in.

[00:04:16]It's normal for Joshua Lee to serve court papers to homes, but just in case, he always protects himself by recording.

[00:04:24]Good thing for him he did while at the Cedar Grove house in late February.

[00:04:30]>> Hey, >> that's Kevin Oul, the Port Authority chairman who is also a managing partner in a private law firm in Cedar Grove.

[00:04:38]They're representing another law firm being sued. Kevin Otul is also the managing partner of Otul Squeo and they are a very powerful law firm that is one of the main law firms for the extremely corrupt Union City, New Jersey mayor who is also simultaneously New Jersey state senator 33rd district and also simultaneously the head of the Senate Judiciary Committee. He has extreme power. He picks all the judges. It's ultimately his say all the prosecutors and he leverages and strongarms people to make sure he gets his way. And in fact, the reason Kevin Oul is still the head of the Port Authority is because a number of people wanted him removed a few years ago. And Senator Brian Stack said, "No, I will not allow any other appointments to fill open board seats in the Port Authority of New York, New Jersey, unless you keep Kevin O2 there."

[00:05:38]And he said, "I will use senatorial courtesy." they call it another way what they call senatorial corruption and bullying you know I don't I don't abide bullies and Kevin Ul is there because the other people caved in and they let stack get his wayination by attorney Bill Brown Jr. a Navy Seal veteran. He claims after Otul was hired, he used his official capacity to target Brown and a charity event he championed and now has thwarted the law to avoid being served a legal summon by Lee. At first, Lee brought Oul the wrong legal papers. When he went back with the right summons, no answer.

[00:06:41]>> All right, that was Lieutenant Rivers there of the Cedar Grove Police Department. He was out directed to go after a man as an a who was an agent of the court. Joshua Lee, very very professional, very very highly regarded.

[00:06:55]I researched him. He is a very respected process server and he was literally sicked on by Lieutenant Rivers allegedly by Kevin Otul.

[00:07:08]It's it's ridiculous. And you heard Lieutenant Rivers say got him. Can you go back a little bit Arya so we can hear that again? Got him. Meaning he identified he is unlawfully with no probable cause, no reason except retaliation allegedly because Kevin Oul didn't want him process serving in his house >> by a police lieutenant in a marked car.

[00:07:32]He was wearing a body cam and we got that footage through an open records request from Cedar Grove.

[00:07:52]>> On the video, the officer never mentions Oul's claim. And the report says there was no 911 call. Rather, the lieutenant wrote that he had gotten a call on his cell phone from his police chief, Frank Pumprey, who had received a call from the Port Authority.

[00:08:07]>> Don't go to that house. All right. It's It's a civil thing. Go through the attorneys.

[00:08:12]>> But I'm a processor.

[00:08:14]>> I have to come back here and do my my attempts.

[00:08:21]>> Lieutenant Rivers is asking Joshua Lee, the process server, to commit a crime.

[00:08:27]This is some major official misconduct here.

[00:08:31]Lieutenant Rivers not only needs to be fired, he needs to be charged with official misconduct.

[00:08:37]This is so extremely wrong in the United States of America to have this process server doing his legal duty and his role and obligation to be targeted and threatened. Don't go to his house, go through the lawyers.

[00:08:54]No, he knows how this work. He's been a police officer for 13 years, I understand, in Cedar Grove.

[00:09:00]>> The lie. He told me this the lie on my report. put your notes in and say they don't want you on the property. I mean, just go through the attorneys.

[00:09:10]>> It doesn't work that way. You know, you're a police officer. You know what I >> Right. And I'm and I'm saying they don't want anybody on their property. There's just a lot of wrong things here.

[00:09:25]>> No, never at all. I'm shocked, but then also angry. Like, do you have the right to use the police officers as your own personal security? You think that's what he was doing?

[00:10:17]That that summon serve as an agent of the court. He's obligated to serve it to to the individual that's on the summons.

[00:10:27]>> Going back a little more in history, Kevin Oul has an amazing sister. Her name is Eileen Otul and I have heard that she was an extraordinary police officer. Kevin Oul has made Eileen's life hell ever since that and allegedly abused his authority as this very powerful head of the New York New Jersey Port Authority. In his court filings, Brown claims this latest incident demonstrates Oul's continuing pattern of targeting adversaries, including his own family. Retired Cedar Grove Police Captain Eileen Oul told us in prior interviews that her aranged brother used his connections to torpedo her professional career after a family falling out.

[00:11:10]>> That's what he does. He hurts people. A lawsuit over those claims, which Kevin Oul calls nonsense, is still pending.

[00:11:17]Brown has now filed complaints about the process server incident with multiple oversight agencies.

[00:11:23]>> There's no justification for it. They violated his civil rights and it's not an isolated incident. Kevin Oul should be removed as the chairman of the Port Authority.

[00:11:35]>> Neither Oul nor the police chief responded to repeated IT messages asking about the incident. All of the parties being sued by Brown have denied his allegations and are seeking to have the claims dismissed. From Cedar Grove, Sarah Wallace, News4 New York.

Now, I'm going to show you how I was targeted allegedly by chairman of the Port Authority, Kevin Otul. And also, as William Brown Jr. just said, Kevin Oul needs to resign. I'm going to call on him as well. Kevin Oul, as I know you're seeing this, I also peacefully call upon you to resign immediately. Do the right thing. It's going to happen. You you will you will be fired by Governor Cher most likely.

[00:12:32]And this is really, really serious stuff here. Now, I'm going to give you an overview. Then I'm going to show you proof of how I've been targeted allegedly by Kevin Oul. Now, after this incident, extremely egregious, wrong, allegedly criminal incident, William Brown filed a lawsuit against Cedar Grove, New Jersey, claiming the town illegally withheld public records connected to an incident involving Kevin Oul. And the lawsuit centers on allegations that Cedar Grove police stopped a legal process server after he attempted to serve legal papers to Kevin Otul. Police may have acted improperly to protect Otul. You think? Again, I want to be clear. Most of the Cedar Grove police officers are exceptional, the men and women there, but you got some outliers here. Records may have been hidden, delayed, altered, or edited afterwards.

[00:13:24]That's a problem. The town allegedly violated OPRA which is open public records act and for those who are not in New Jersey that's a New Jersey term that's the law it's freedom of information act or you know foyer or foil in other states. Now the main allegations against Kevin Oul head of the port authority are he allegedly used police power to interfere with lawful service of legal papers against Joshua Lee. Afterwards, Cedar Grove Police Lieutenant Jason Rivers stopped the process server on a public road. Fact.

[00:13:59]Body cam footage proves that. Police claimed the server was refusing to leave the property. According to everyone I've spoken with and the videos I've seen, that is allegedly a lie that he did not refuse to leave the property. And but according to the lawsuit, body camera footage allegedly showed the process server was not on private property. He was allegedly sitting in his vehicle.

[00:14:20]Well, he was temporarily when he knocked on the door, but he didn't stay. And he was allegedly sitting in his vehicle on a public street near a stop sign.

[00:14:29]And now here's important. Port authority allegedly became involved in a local police matter. That's a problem. That screams allegations of abuse of authority. Kevin O2.

[00:14:40]And also police allegedly told the process server to false falsified records. Well, he actually heard that, not an allegation. and also allegations of possible backdated police reports and edited body cam footage. An alleged pattern of retaliation and abuse of influence. The lawsuit references another lawsuit filed by Captain Eileen Otul alleging Kevin Oul used political influence to block her promotion to police chief, a promotion that everyone I spoken with said she absolutely deserved.

[00:15:14]and the file claiming that reflects an alleged broader pattern using power influence to Cedar Grove government systems. And an FBI referral was reportedly filed as well. And the complaint states William Brown submitted a criminal referral to the FBI Newark Field Office regarding possible civil rights violations, witness tampering, false statements, and destruction of public records. So that's what I want to share so far, except for one other thing. Then I have a surprise for you, ladies and gentlemen. So stay with me. I was going to speak at the Port Authority during my public comment time yesterday. I emailed the agency or part of the agency I was told to to email and I was going to expose everything that Kevin Oul allegedly did toward William Brown and the incredible event swim event. also expose more about the allegations of retaliation against Eileen Otul and expose the allegations that Joshua Lee was targeted by Cedar Grove Police Lieutenant as he was simply doing his job. So here I'm going to show you the proof of how I was allegedly targeted. I received this letter the morning before I was going to be speaking and Kevin Oul allegedly knew exactly what I was going to say.

[00:16:32]Allegedly didn't want me saying it publicly. So this comes from the port authority division called the speaker registration uh program. Dear Mr. Philiposki, which is my legal name, the port authority has become aware that you have been indicted for your actions in speaking at other agencies meetings.

[00:16:50]Number one, how did they become aware?

[00:16:52]Oh, that's right. Kevin Otul owns Otul and Scriebo and he is actually representing Union City against me in a lawsuit I have against Senator and Mayor Brian Stack and Union City Municipal Government for being unlawfully arrested in 2024 for speaking during my public comment time. And I was unlawfully arrested. All charges dismissed. Now they're lying. I was not indicted for that. though I was indicted about two and a half weeks ago and I was set up and by a Gigglio Brady police officer named Lieutenant Glenn Gaston of Unicity Police while I was at the Unic City Board of Education building where I was in the middle of an extremely disturbing investigation of extreme s assault and s grooming against a Union City New Jersey assistant principal named Edward Marine.

[00:17:45]I was had asked to see her to ask her to suspend this assistant principal who has been accused of assaulting hundreds and hundreds of Union City students over the last 26 plus years and she refused to see me and that's what it is and however I was then filling out an OPER request and then I was suddenly grabbed unlawfully by Lieutenant Glenn Gaston when he kept harassing me. He wouldn't stop talking with me. I asked him about 30 times to stop talking with me, disengage, deescalate, so forth. And then he inexplicably and suddenly surprisingly rips me out of the chair and then lets me go like releases me midair and then fall intentionally falls backwards. And as soon as he hits the ground, his own doing, he yells out aggravated assault. How did he know what charge? The moment he hits the ground, I was arrested. I was sent to county jail and allegedly all ordered by Union City Mayor and Senator Brian Stack to try to stop me from continuing to expose over 50 teachers and administrators. I have names now accused of being s predators, s groomers, and coverup people in Unity schools. A massive s assault crisis that is happening right now. The biggest s predator teacher crisis I know of in the history of New Jersey.

[00:19:11]Yeah, it's just absolutely insane. And that's what I was indicted for. But here's the thing, ladies and gentlemen.

[00:19:17]When a person's indicted or even if they're convicted, they do not lose their First Amendment rights.

[00:19:26]Kevin Oul being an attorney and supposedly a very good one, though not a very allegedly not a very ethical one.

[00:19:32]Allegedly, he should have known better. These are basic first amendment rights. You can't stop a man from speaking because you don't want to hear what I have to say and then claim it's because I was indicted. Plus, what about a man is innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. It says, "Due to agency security practice, we are not able to accommodate your in-person comments out of meeting tomorrow."

[00:19:57]Why is it that allegedly corrupt public officials hate to be exposed and then they try to twist and abuse their authority to prevent especially a journalist who specializes in this from exposing and asking questions about these allegations. You ever hear of the Barbara Stryson effect and that's where when you try to cover up something now everyone starts looking at it even like 10 times 100 times more and that's what's going to happen now Kevin Oul because now I'm committed to exposing you fully. So due to agency security practice we are not able to accommodate your in-person comments at our meeting tomorrow. Instead we are willing to accept a video or written statement. Video statements will be played in full in the meeting. Written statements will be included in our minutes. Now, number one, I don't want to do a video statement. I have a right to go in person. Number two, I've been told they only allocate 30 minutes.

They reappointed Kevin Oul to say we can control Governor Cheryl.
