Kick Streamer Clavicular Sued For Gross Crimes

He is being accused of having sex with an underage girl and later on injecting her with an unapproved drug. These bombshell new claims we are going to break down. [00:00:42]Okay, so we got this brand new lawsuit that dropped and this one is against popular influencer Clavicular, real name Braden Peters. Actually, I think the best way to describe who Clavvicular is and how much of a presence he has, and this is a guy who I will tell you is everywhere. He's everywhere. He's on social media. He's being interviewed.

[00:01:12]>> The best way to describe who he is is right from the lawsuit that was filed against him. Yeah. Yes, there are some allegations and there's a narrative put in here uh based on his description, but this is how the plainif in this case describes him. Quote, the defendant Peters is widely known under his social media name of Clavvicular. Peters has over 1 million social media followers as a result of his online promotion of looks maxing which is focused on improving the physical appearance of his online followers. According to Peters, looks maxing allows someone to ascend from maybe slightly below average to above average through looks maxing so they can achieve the desired amount of wealth for a supermodel to date them. He has claimed that across society we should be advocating for looks. Peters has repeatedly claimed and bragged online about his use of illegal substances including methamphetamine and ketamine as well as the use of other injectable medication that is available online. Peters has repeatedly bragged about his sleigh maxing, which means sex with women he meets through his fame.

[00:02:11]Peters has admitted that he often creates online content so he can be pursuing one night stands when he goes to parties and sleigh, which is a euphemism for sex. Peters refers to his one night stands as a pump and dump.

[00:02:23]Now, by the way, included in that description are apparent links to videos purportedly of Clvicular allegedly saying these things. But according to Instagram, because we just did our own research to give you an idea about how big this guy is, he reportedly has almost 600,000 followers on Instagram, over 145,000 followers on X, almost 930,000 followers on Tik Tok, over 331,000 on the streaming platform Kick.

[00:02:53]Now, interestingly, by the way, he was >> you know what's super interesting that this guy is at the center of Kick's um uh new program where they basically make a market for clipping. Like, if you want to know how this guy came about, like how he got so big, first he's like a [ __ ] weirdo, so obviously that pays. But martial law, thanks for the uh 3 months remaining a part of the frenzy being incredibly pog. I appreciate you.

[00:03:22]Um, like obviously he's like weird and that sells, but Kick actually has this program where they uh take streamers from their site and basically give money to this Discord where there are people from all across the world basically who have these clip channels um on like all across social media and then you pay per 100,000 views, right? So, it could be a hundred uh $100, $20, could be like up to $1,000 depending on how large the um uh the account is uh and how many views they pull in. Uh they could be making thousands and thousands of dollars off of this. So, if you wonder where all these clips Yeah, there's there is an actual unironic clip industrial complex being paid for by kick. So, if you wonder why all these uh if you've seen them, all these uh uh uh clips have like the massive Yeah. So, if you wonder why all these clips have the massive kick logo on it and they just come out of nowhere, it's why you see a bunch of random clips from people like like there was like the the the guy from a while ago, you don't hear about him too much anymore, but Neon who just came out of nowhere. Uh Clavicular, who also came out of nowhere. Asmin Gold is also being uh is is also part of this program as well, and a bunch of other larger uh creators. They're basically being fed into this industrial complex where there's a couple of discords where these people just sit and wait for bounties uh that get put out by uh kick that's paid for by that specifically where they want their clips to go viral and the more clips you make and the more views you get the more you get paid for it. And so that's how this guy got so popular. And that's why there are so many clip channels out there. Um that post kind of the same content that posts different types of content from different types of people all the time. And it's just constant spam of slop and garbage from these uh people always looking for engagement bait, always looking for the most controversial thing possible is because they get paid thousands of dollars for it by kick itself um to promote their streamers to hopefully bring them back to the platform. Um that also allows view botting as well. So, they get fake views and then they pay uh uh uh to hopefully bring in real views on top of that. But the fake views help boost up the channel to make it seem more popular than it is. And then these random noames get foisted onto this industrial complex system for feedback loop of fake and real um uh interactions. And obviously uh these clip channels also uh are no stranger to botting as well. So that's what's going on right now. It's like rotating fake money. Yeah, 100%.

[00:06:18]People magazine reported that his previous channel was removed, quote, due to content that facilitated access to websites that violates its policies on illegal or regulated goods or services.

[00:06:29]And Clvicular reportedly admits to using drugs and thousand followers on Tik Tok, over 331,000 on the streaming platform Kick. Now, interestingly, by the way, it was only a few days ago that he was reportedly kicked off of YouTube for allegedly creating new channels after already being terminated previously.

[00:06:47]People magazine reported that his previous channel was removed, quote, due to content that facilitated access to websites that violates its policies on illegal or regulated goods or services.

Basically, that's that's what they're talking about. gambling and also um other things related to drugs, drinking um unre unregulated gambling is the biggest one there because remember kick is a front for stake which is a uh illegal gambling operation running um illegally in the United States uh that uses kick to funnel money and influence through to bring more people back to stake to spend all of their money and lose their and lose their paychecks month after month. Uh that is that is the point of what's going on here. You can't forget about that part. Uh but yeah, Clavicular is was kicked off of Twitter. Sorry, was kicked off of YouTube because YouTube is basically the only YouTube and Twitch are basically the only social media platforms that don't put up with botting nearly as much or this illicit activity nearly as much.

[00:07:51]every other place is especially owned by um stake and now Elon basically allows some of the most degenerate some of the most evil degenerate content on the internet now um that borders on legal and some is just strictly illegal but they just don't care because they're not held accountable for it mostly because they pay for uh they pay for it uh uh uh through uh giving money and doing favors for Donald Trump. That's a big that's a big thing as well.

[00:08:18]Yeah, YouTube is one of the best moderated sites out there and that's why uh that [ __ ] doesn't fly where he got popular basically everywhere else except for there. Um it's way harder to bot on YouTube, too.

[00:08:41]It's all part of improving one's physical appearance. So yeah, he's a controversial person. Okay. And by the way, talking controversial, he recently reportedly was sent to the hospital after a suspected overdose. Just gives you context about this before we get into the lawsuit. Okay.

[00:09:01]>> So, I'm going to do an overview of the lawsuit. We're going to break it down and a little bit later on I'm bringing on Johnny Depp's attorney, Ben Shu, to talk about it, too. The strengths, the weaknesses, the damages. We'll get into it. Okay. Okay, so you have this lawsuit that was filed by Alexandra Vasalevna Mendoza, state court Miami, and it is against solely Clavvicular, real name Braden Eric Peters. And right at the beginning, Mendoza claims that she was a minor under Florida law at the time that some of this allegedly happened, but says she's now 18 years old. Now, it's interesting because the complaint starts off by acknowledging Mendoza comes from a troubled background that she took to social media at 16 to get sponsorships to support herself financially. So, I guess it goes into this idea, which we'll get into, how much she was relying on this, maybe how much she was turning to Clvicular for help, maybe why she continued to stay in touch with him. I think that's the narrative, but let's go through it. And she apparently, according to this, was referred to on social media as Allora or Allora Zea.

[00:09:54]So, you go to May 2025 and she alleges Clvicular pays her $1,000 to film videos and again, allegedly 16 years old, claims that Clvicular wanted her to be the female face for Looks Maxing and that Clvicular allegedly helps her create videos and write scripts for her.

[00:10:07]But apparently she hadn't met him yet in person. And she claims that's when he arranges for an Uber to >> I'm going to tell you this now. The only thing that I feel like is unbelievable here so far is the fact that he was helping her write scripts. I don't think this guy even knows how to write just looking at it. Just looking at the type of [ __ ] that he puts out, I highly doubt he's smart enough to write, let alone helps other people make scripts. So I don't know. bring her to Cape Cod to Clvicular's parents house. And she claims not only were Clevicular's mother and grandmother at the home, but with the mother fully aware, there were excessive amounts of alcohol that were served. And she claims Clvicular was under 21. Again, she claims she was underage. Okay? And she claims that when she goes to the house, she goes to his room, he supplies her with vodka, she's inebriated, and he has sex with her, and she wasn't able to consent. She alleges that when she wakes up, she finds Clavvicular again having sex with her without her consent. She claims she sent off in an Uber, doesn't see him for 6 months. Fast forward November 2025.

[00:11:05]>> Okay. So, so far we have under like giving alcohol to an underage person and also uh assault. Okay.

[00:11:16]I'm not going to sit here and tell you that it's like I mean this this is clearly not out of I personally don't feel like it's out out of character for somebody um uh like this who's who clearly makes an entire brand off of objectifying women's but >> in Miami and she claims she sees Clvicular. He allegedly compliments her on how her looks have improved through looks maxing. He allegedly invites her and her friends over to his place for a streaming session. says she's ascending.

[00:11:42]You know, again, the slang term in the culture for improving appearance, that he could help her continue to gain a following online. In the car, she claims that Clvicular and his friends snorted this white powdery substance. She claims she refused to participate in this. And according to the complaint, they arrive at this place in Delray Beach. It's about an hour away, and I'm going to read the rest of this verbatim. Okay.

[00:12:01]Quote, "Upon arriving at their destination, Peters attempted to kiss and seduce Mendoza. Mendoza rejected those overtures. Peters continued to tell Mendoza that he could help her with her online presence and took her into a bedroom where he began live streaming on the kick.com platform. Sitting on the desk was a vial of medication called Aqualix along with syringes. Peters told Mendoza that he wanted to inject her with this product to melt fat on her cheeks as part of his promise to help her with her online presence through Looks Maxing. During the session, Peter stated or implied that he was acting with medical authority, including by referring to himself as a doctor or otherwise holding himself out as qualified to perform the injection. The FDA has warned that fat dissolving injections are not FDA approved and can be harmful. Peters was not a physician.

[00:12:43]Peters was not licensed to practice medicine in Florida. Peters was not authorized to inject plaintiff with any drug, medication, chemical, or fat dissolving substance. Peters never notified Mendoza that he was not authorized or licensed to perform injections. Plaintiff did not provide legally valid consent for Peters to inject her. Pliff's parent or legal guardian did not consent to Peters injecting Plainif. Peter's nevertheless prepared to inject Plif on camera during a live stream session that was streamed on the kick.com platform.

He was just injecting them all with [ __ ] So, we know that he's 100% down with injecting people with drugs um and giving people drugs. He is completely surrounded by drugs. Now, after this, she does claim that they did see each other other times. Um, and this dude just keeps committing more crimes. It's like every time he this dude opens his mouth. It's just crime after crime after crime over and over and over again.

[00:30:56]Clvicular embarks on this campaign to discredit her and she ultimately loses sponsorships and sponsorship opportunities that she cites how she signed a contract paying her $15,000 a month with an online trading platform.

[00:31:07]So this goes to the harm component and then says quote upon information and belief Peter's campaign to discredit pliff was undertaken in anticipation of plaintiff asserting claims arising from the live streamed injection and related misconduct. So she's suing Clavvicular under four causes of action. Four claims and I want you to listen carefully because I'm going to talk about this with Benu a little bit more about what is not included in this. So the first is battery allegedly intentionally injecting her causing physical and psychological injury. Count two, intentional infliction of emotional distress. So, the alleged injection, the claim is, was intentionally reckless and outrageous. You're talking about something that goes past the bounds of what is acceptable, really egregious conduct. And she claims it caused her severe emotional distress, trauma, humiliation, nightmares, panic, fear, mental anguish. Count three, fraud. So, this is about Clvicular allegedly not telling her he wasn't a licensed healthcare provider and didn't have the authority to inject her before allegedly doing so. And you follow that with the allegation that he didn't tell her that she needed to have parental consent.

[00:32:02]allegedly didn't tell her that this drug, Aqualax, was not FDA approved. She argues if she knew all this, she wouldn't have agreed to it. Count four, this is interesting, unauthorized publication of name and likeness. This is under Florida law. The argument here is that Clvicular allegedly uses her name, her image or likeness in connection with this live stream, this replay content that he's making money off of it for profit, cheating consent, and she's entitled to penalties and damages under Florida law like royalties and exemplary damages. By the way, also for the other count, she's apparently seeking compensatory damages, you know, restore her to whole, and that she reserves her right for punitive damages, punishment damages, which by the way can add up. Now, Mendoza's attorney released a statement saying, quote, "Our client will tell her story through the legal process. In the meantime, we do look forward to hearing from Mr. Peters and his lawyers." While speaking of that, Clvicular's attorney, Steve Kramer, adamantly denies the claims, releasing a statement, "We are aware of the complaint recently filed against Mr. Peters." This is to Rolling Stone. These are allegations only and remain unproven. Mr. Peters denies the claims and disputes the characterization of events. He will respond through the appropriate legal channels and intends to vigorously defend himself. We will not comment further at this time. All of his crimes have been recorded on on kick. like he's that [ __ ] stupid that he even think about that he he didn't even think about the fact that he could be held accountable for any of this. If anybody thinks that hm maybe injecting me with [ __ ] laced with meth might not be something that I would really want. Huh. Crazy. Okay.

[00:34:07]>> I I was telling you before like when we talk about high-profile lawsuits, this guy Clavvicular is massive right now. He is massive. He is getting a following and getting a following so quickly that I I'm very curious to know how this fits into it and what the repercussions could be and I want to break down this lawsuit. Just generally speaking, you had an opportunity to review it. What do you make of it? What do you make of the allegations?

[00:34:29]>> Jesse, it's great to to be on again. I I find this this complaint quite disturbing, as I'm sure you did, but also puzzling in the sense that it appears to describe almost in the background section an alleged sexual assault which allegedly preceded the incident whereby he supposedly injected her with some fat reducing uh drug. So, it really begs the question, if she believes that this was a sexual assault, why that's not part of her case and chief, >> why do you think that wasn't included?

[00:35:08]And I actually did a double take too because when I was looking through uh the causes of action, it was all about the injection. It wasn't it I mean, look, the allegation about this uh sexual assault when she was a uh a minor. I mean, that's the allegation. Um that provides context. It provides part of the story, but it wasn't as far as I could see, and you looked at it too, right? It didn't make up any one of the individual causes of action. Would there be a strategy there?

[00:35:29]>> I would imagine that the strategy would just be everything else seems to be recorded and provable. Um, and he's recorded everything related to this and they have video evidence of the crimes that he's already committed against her.

[00:35:42]But obviously this well I can't say obviously he does seem like the piece of [ __ ] who would record something like that too if he was able to. Uh, but the assault wasn't recorded and it's more of like a he said she said on that. And the only other way that you could prove that this happened would to find the Uber um and then talk to the parents. But obviously his parents wouldn't pro more likely than not wouldn't ride him out if that happened and they didn't see anything really. So it's more of a he said he said she said difficult to prove um in this case. So they probably want to stick to the stuff that we have genuine recordings of. But put that in there especially because he deserves to go down for it. Yeah. Um if that's true.

[00:36:28]>> Well, I think the strategy uh to the extent that she I don't think there's any time bar issue. I don't think it's a statute of limitations issue. I think by making those allegations, I think you're certainly uh you're certainly seeking to poison the jury, the factf finder against this uh against the defendant clvicular. So, you think that this is a situation where that whole account could be thrown out that a jury or a judge wouldn't hear it?

[00:36:56]>> I I believe there in in many jurisdictions I I believe in California where they have a very rigorous uh process for striking allegations that are not gerine to the causes of action.

[00:37:07]And even in Virginia, where I frequently practice, judges are constantly on the alert for gratuitous allegations and they seek to strike them. I'll give you one example. uh on on not nearly as uh controversial a case. It was a case involving a property settlement agreement and there was an allegation in that particular complaint about our client having committed adultery in the course of the marriage and the judge was quite exercised about that. This was a property settlement dispute. It had nothing to do about the party's conduct during the the marriage and he he struck that allegation and he reprimanded uh the council for for raising it in the complaint. This is what really struck out to me. It seemed to me that if she believes this this incident took place, she should have alleged it and alleged it as a tour.

[00:37:55]>> How do you prove harm? How do you prove the damages? How do you prove what she suffered or what she claimed she suffered as a result of the injection?

[00:38:02]>> That will that would be that will be challenging. Um I think it it depends. I mean to the extent that there has been a disfigurement, you know, some kind of a negative effect on her appearance, if she had any uh skin conditions relating to this, I I believe she also alleges that there may have been methamphetamine or some other narcotic as part of this potion that was injected into her. So, it may have had some >> illearious mental effect on her as well.

[00:38:29]It could have led to some addiction. So that will certainly I would imagine she would have to have some medical records and probably a medical expert to testify as to the physical damages and and she's as you know Jesse she's also alleging emotional distress, intentional infliction of emotional distress.

[00:38:47]>> Um I just put two and two together.

[00:38:49]Isn't he 20? He's not even able to get to these bars. He owns a nightclub that serves alcohol. So, not only did he get into these, he's now been able to get enough connections to be a co-owner in a um in a alcohol licensed business in Florida. So, I just I don't know.

[00:39:10]Obviously, there's something horrific. I mean, we all know that there's something horrifically wrong with Florida. Um, and we knew that these places were so disgustingly uh corrupt, but letting minors and and people under the drinking age into bars and being able to own bars is just peak insanity. It it's just disgusting.

[00:39:30]Florida needs to be reset. Somebody needs to hit the reset button on that state.

[00:39:34]>> And that's a broad term. That's a broad cause of action. Generally speaking, um it's so broad that it can encompass a lot of different alleged alleged behavior, but it really has to be, you know, egregious. It really has to go beyond the bounds of decency. And if I were just to tell you the headline, you know, uh, popular looks maxing influencer injects uh, uh, you know, injects another influencer in the face with a drug without a license without her knowing what this was all about. I mean, that's the allegation. I'm say, okay, I think that probably could be defined there, but it's not a slam dunk, right? Because um, I'm looking at it, right? And they say they say it has to cause severe emotional distress, trauma, humiliation, nightmares, panic, fear, mental anguish. It's it's a common cause of action, but it's not always the easiest to prove, right?

[00:40:17]>> I completely agree with you, Jesse, and I I don't think even on its face this would not to use a pun, but even on its face, I don't I don't necessarily think that this rises to the level of stating a claim for intentional uh infliction of emotional distress. As you as you note, the standard is incredibly incredibly high for that. And and I'm not sure that this really meets it. I don't know whether it's thrown out on a motion to dismiss, but it it might be.

[00:40:44]>> The counterargument would be, and I I haven't seen the full video of this allegedly happening. I've seen what appear to be screenshots online, but it's so difficult to know what's real or not. But they seem to say that this was live streamed, right? That this was recorded on the platform. If there's a video of him allegedly injecting her, and I I mean, we'll see what their defense is. I have no nothing to say right now that he is licensed to make these injections. I mean, maybe they'll I don't I don't I haven't seen anything to suggest it, but if he's not licensed to do it and and he uh injects her and she her parents never consented to this, isn't that the case for her? Isn't that a win for her?

[00:41:19]>> It it certainly could be. Um and to play devil's advocate for a moment, I mean, she has a history with him. So, I imagine that she had some sense of his not having any medical training. Uh he was a fellow influencer, albeit of a higher standard, a higher higher status.

[00:41:35]and and and higher age. So, I I think there are some issues of fact uh that will that a juryy's going to have to decide >> if she was underage or uh uh when this happened or she was, you know, um I'm not entirely sure exactly what age she claimed she she was when this alleged injection happened. Doesn't it wouldn't she need her parents consent though?

[00:41:54]Like, it doesn't even matter what she believed or >> Yeah, that's a that's a great point. Um whether that goes to >> He looks so [ __ ] drugged up in this picture. He genuinely looks insane. My name is Patrick Goon Baitman. I live on the second floor of my streaming mansion and take 2 milligs of methamphetamine when I wake up.

[00:42:09]>> The battery count or whether that factors into the intentional infliction of emotional distress. I don't know that the interplay between those two things.

[00:42:17]I do think that there is, you know, perhaps not legally, but in the mind of the jurors, yes, she was a minor. Yes, he was not a minor, but he is only he's not that much older than she is. So, this isn't a case of a 40year-old and a 17year-old. this is a case of of somebody who is only, you know, two or three years older as I understand it.

[00:42:36]And I I do think that might affect how a jury sees this.

I mean, now I I mean, it makes it very clear why that isn't the chief cause there because the jury because women are have to have such a higher standard when it comes to proving that they are taken advantage of and assaulted by men like this um that it makes it difficult uh to actually hold them accountable for the crimes that they've committed against people, for the crimes they've committed against women.

[00:42:59]>> Goes to another point. I've seen the this video. It was up on an in it was up on a X page. Uh Clvicular updates. I I don't know if it's genuine or not. Um it could potentially be. Let me play it real quick.

[00:44:30]This dude makes like four girls disappear. This dude is a couple new drugs away from starting to act like a a Batman villain. Next time we see him, he's going to have a whole new villain outfit and persona trying to trying to cover the Miami streets with Goonar gas.

[00:44:46]>> True. There's two ways to look at it, right? One person could look at she said she had no problem with it and now she's suing him. This hurts her credibility.

[00:44:54]But the other way of looking at it is too if she thought that he was going to help her career, she would say whatever she needed to help to make sure that he helped her and when he didn't actually help her turned on her according to the allegations. That's when she's like, "Okay, this is the real truth." You know, this is, yeah, I said that on tape, but that's not really how I felt.

[00:45:09]And particularly, I know I've seen it already on social media, those who have come to Clvicular's defense. She continued to hang out with him. She was with him if there was really a problem.

[00:45:15]It gets complicated. It also gets complicated if you're dealing with >> Yeah. more like victim blaming. Yeah.

[00:45:19]Yeah. You were scared of the thing that he literally did afterwards um happening. So, you didn't want to rock the boat of the guy who was larger than you who could completely destroy your career. So, obviously, you can't say anything about him raping you. She was worried about the thing that he literally went on to do, which is try to destroy her career. Okay. Yeah. More more victimlaming, rapist apologist [ __ ] Yeah.

[00:45:41]Terms of damages, there's parts of this where it seems not only the damages for what she claims happened to her, right?

[00:45:46]compensatory damages, reserving a right for punitive damages, punishment damages, but is it also trying to get the money that he earned off of their appearances together? And how would that work?

[00:45:57]>> Yeah, I I think so. I think that's going to be a part of the case that that he this was an unauthorized use of her likeness. And I think that is a pretty strong cause of action. And it goes back to your point about parental consent that she was not capable of giving her consent to her likeness being used, you know, on his show as it were.

[00:46:16]>> Do you think that she's also her attorneys are making a basis to go after kick as well? The kick is not named as a defendant, but I'm wondering if going after this platform is something we're expecting too.

[00:46:27]>> Yeah, that's a great point, Jesse. And you always look as a plaintiff's council and most of my work is on the pliff's side is you look for deep pockets and cleavicular is a deep pocket in and of himself but I would go after the corporate entities as well because you're talking about another pocket and an entity that's likely to have insurance which could fund a settlement.

[00:46:47]And clearly what you're looking at here, if if you're really looking after your own client, which I'm assuming that these lawyers are, you don't want to put your client through a trial because even if she prevails, this is going to be further traumatizing her. And if you can get a good settlement short of putting her through having to relive the alleged sexual assault, having to relive, you know, being ejected on on a, you know, before, you know, millions of people or hundreds of thousands of people, you want to do that.

[00:47:15]This is not a contract dispute case, right? This is a case involving really disturbing allegations, which makes me wonder.

[00:47:21]>> I do wonder if this is going to go to trial. I mean, for everything to get out into the public, I think it'd be good for it to uh go to trial so some things can become public knowledge, but I can absolutely understand a girl not wanting to go through um all that I get with her uh with her alleged rapist and abuser.

[00:47:38]Um so, I guess we're just going to have to see what what happens. Uh, I don't know.

[00:47:45]He doesn't seem like the type of guy who would really want to go through a full trial, but he seems prideful enough to give it a try. Um, I think if his if he has lawyers that are anywhere near as smart as a lawyer should be that they should probably be pushing him for uh a settlement because uh I don't know, going to trial and him being convicted of like all this stuff could have some really really bad downstream effects that he should be held accountable for anyways. Like the the drug injections, the uh illegal drug usage uh that he's already admitted to, all this type of [ __ ] He should he should be in jail. He should be in jail um already. Uh but I I can see her not really wanting to go through all that. But I if if uh that does happen, I hope that somebody else picks it up because nah, this guy should not be allowed in public anymore. This dude should not be allowed in public. He should not have a platform. He's he's got to go. And this is even irrespective of the uh assault allegation, just the the the the the promoting drug hard drug use and um and uh his like insane stuff when it comes to uh giving underage people alcohol, things like like he's he's obviously a loose cannon and and he's a he's a danger to public safety. He's a danger to the public. He's a men. He's actually genuinely a menace to society. Yeah. Pay her or you go to jail is Yeah. pretty simple. So, I can see that. I can see a lot of boasting. He hasn't sent anything on Twitter yet uh about it. I looked at his uh Twitter account. He's pretended nothing's happening so far. So, I we'll see. I would think that also would be a very serious crime that the Florida authorities would be looking into. Um, when that happens, Jesse, as you know, if there's an active if there's an indictment, it usually results in a stay of the civil case because then clvicular in this case, as a criminal defendant has a right against self-inccrimination.

[00:51:21]And many courts look at it as unfair to require the defendant to have to testify in a civil case while the criminal case is pending. So, for whatever reason, my guess is if this case proceeds and he's testifying in the civil deposition, there's there's no jeopardy at issue, but it's it's a great question because you would think that this would be there'd be a parallel criminal investigation.

[00:53:09]Which is like the easy way to go down, but honestly the justice way to go down would be the criminal case. Maybe they left out the assault part um as like the chief issue of this case specifically because they want they want to see how this goes and then if it goes well bring it back in a in a criminal case possibly um now that he's already been convicted of the other things that they have to be able to take that into account now um when um uh judging his his actions and the way he um uh behaved around her since he'd be convicted in uh um uh since he would have been uh convicted of uh doing that civily before. I mean, Eugene Carol also went the civil route when it came to um uh um uh uh Trump sexually assaulting her. That's why he's he's now a convicted uh rapist and felon um as well. So, I mean, I can see it.

[00:54:03]It's easier. It's easier route to go down. um it could just get her what she needed, which is like the fact that um he's on the books as um doing harm to her and a uh settlement to pay for the damages that he's done. But I I think he should be I like if if this is all true, he belongs in jail. He just he just belongs in jail and a civil case is not going to put him in jail. He belongs in federal prison. um honestly for what he's done for multiple years. Uh if this is true, if all this is true, uh that is being uh alleged in this lawsuit. So I I wish that we would be uh be seeing uh the a criminal case if this is uh all true. But I can understand from a victim's point of view that a civil case seems to be uh the best the best uh way of action for somebody who's who um allegedly has gone through so much. But man, man, if he's done this, imagine what he's done or can do to other people.
