This video examines the Talia Hippolyte case in St. Lucia, revealing systemic failures in the justice system where authorities have been criticized for inadequate investigation, delayed autopsy results, and insufficient response to community concerns about a young woman's death. The content highlights how gender-based violence and sexual abuse within families are often normalized in society, with victims and their families facing barriers to justice. The speaker criticizes the lack of action from government institutions, including the Minister of Gender, and emphasizes the need for transparency, proper evidence collection, and community engagement in addressing such cases.

ST. LUCIA UNDER SIEGE: The Truth Behind the Talia Hippolyte InvestigationAdded:
Cut down this mango tree. We want this mango tree. Cut down. The police them come and take the body and we still don't get any information about the body. The mango tree don't make no sense. Them not come back come get no [ __ ] evidence underneath that. You understand? Because them gone. We just want to know what happened to the young lady about time. Now the coroner sorry come up with some is some answers for it. We want them cut down the mango tree there. It is a sore site in the community. People are the [ __ ] mango tree. We need to cut down the mango tree. We beg the people them please. Every time we see the mango tree it bother me.
No kissy. I told you to call me and you didn't.
I heard you move out of the house right by the mango tree and you gone to your mother yard. Now the rumor has been spreading around the community that you have been sexually abusing your sister and it is also said that it is running in the family.
Now those facious accusation people are saying about you and you're not stepping up. You're running and you're hiding. Let me tell you something if you didn't know it.
The whole of that community and beyond is accusing you of beating up your sister because she left with a man. Hold on. Stop it. When me want to know if him sister leave with a man isn't that her business and boyfriend and fe man.
So why am I watching sister pum? Let's continue. Somebody the parents the mother told you and your brother to go get her. This is according to the street intel. Okay. Next thing you know, you guys got in an altercation with her and ended up beating her up and hanging her in a tree. Now, I am not the one saying it. It's the community that you live in is saying these things about you and you refrain to address it with me. As for the government and the coroner, everybody is sitting down waiting and asking when is this autopsy going to be finished?
When are we going to get the full medical autopsy of this young lady and how she died?
Everybody in the community and beyond said it looks very scary and very crazy.
When I saw the video of the young girl body coming down out of the tree, it looked like the skin has been rubbed off. You understand? And it was such a high high place. She was coming from up in the tree. It just look like somebody drag her and then throw the the rope and pull her up into the tree. What has compounded this situation is that the brother Casey his house that he stayed in is right by the mango tree. And what even more compound this damn thing is that they had a sexual relationship with this young lady and the even the younger brother uh Ya or Jo or whatever is their name is involved with a sexual relationship with with with the sister. And uh one thing really kind of struck me. It's I was talking to a young lady last night and she is a victim of rape by her and other members of her family uh is you know sexual abuse by member of the family. And she told me that that is normal cuz she was talking about it like, "Oh, you know, I was raped or whatever and just kind of bounced off and I was like, listen, hold on. Whoever did that to you needs to be in jail." So the society on a whole it looks like it accepts stuff like that and that is really [ __ ] disturbing to me. Yo, it brings me back to the same old [ __ ] question. And listen, you all know when I get upset, I'll drop some [ __ ] bad words. Listen, where are the women groups?
Where is the minister of gender? that's responsible for women and children.
Where are the charities?
Where are the people that should come out and help these people even foster conversation?
Where are these people? I see lot of people being on the government pay role.
You understand? But as we look, we can see how women are treated in St. Lucia and they're treated like doormats. I'm sorry ladies that I have to say this, but me have to give it to Uno, you know, the real raw truth.
the system including the men them and the whole government ministers and all of them.
They treat women in St. Lucia like door mat something you just wipe your foot on and you fling it with when it get used up a whole and it's sad to say listen I heard you on your phone every day and you this and you that and you not call me call me police well me the police for you you understand and the police need to talk to that family because Listen, the crime look like it has already been solved. So the police just need to activate. Talk to the mama. Talk to them two brother. Talk to the uncle. Come here. The uncle do the same thing like Casey and running their family and I'm pissed off about this. Listen, more videos coming up and tell me I'm not finished with you. You understand? And one more time, listen.
My name is country man.
