Stellar & The DTCC BombShell

[00:00:02]All right, guys. Good morning. We've got Stellar and the DTCC drop a bombshell and XLM is pumping as a result. We're going to break it down, guys. What it means for XLM and much more. So, that sounds good to you. Make sure you hit the like, hit the subscribe button.

[00:00:22]Let's get right into it. All right.

[00:00:24]Right. So, as we can see across the the crypto bubbles, mostly red, but a little bit of a mixed bag in the top 200 going over the top 100. Same thing, right?

[00:00:32]Mixed bag, but mostly red across the board as we see Bitcoin struggling struggling to hold on to 75K.

[00:00:42]Let's go have a look over at Bitcoin's chart and see what's going on. All right, so as I alluded to, we are barely holding on to 75K here for Bitcoin.

[00:00:51]We've wicked below it to $74,800 already this morning. Um, and we're, like I said, $75,100 right now. Now, what's going to matter and what we're going to watch for is where this daily candle closes. Can we close above 75K, which would indicate to me that we may come back up and retest 765 as resistance before coming back down again? Uh, so a little bit of an opportunity if you're looking to long.

[00:01:19]Uh however, for me personally, if we close below 75K here on the daily time frame, I would expect capitulation down somewhere around the 100 day moving average sitting at 72,931.

[00:01:34]Uh so that's what I'm watching for on the Bitcoin chart. Now, I told you guys up here at $82,000, don't believe me, go back two weeks ago and check my videos.

[00:01:43]Uh I've been one of the only people calling for 75K Bitcoin in the next couple of weeks. and I got attacked. I got bashed. People told me I didn't know what I was talking about. But those people are nowhere to be found all of a sudden now that we are exactly where I said we would be. I even have this big red box I put down here that we were going to come down into and we are perfectly sitting there right now. This is not to say that haha I was right.

[00:02:11]This is to because we know it's not about being right or wrong. It's about probabilities. I set up here the probability was we were going to roll over and we did. Right? Um now the reason I'm pointing this out is because guys when generally everyone is saying that we're going to break out and go to the upside when we're at 82K and there's only a few people saying we're rolling back over to 75 just as an example like myself and everyone's bashing that person and stuff. Usually that person is right. When everyone thinks it's going to go one way it goes the other right.

[00:02:43]Um and it was just basic probabilities and charting that that told me um where we were going here. Right? So again, we got to play with probabilities, not certainties here, right? The markets don't care about what you feel you want to happen, right? It's not how these markets work. But let's continue on.

So, the DTC's tokenization services to connect with Stellar's public blockchain as DTC advances its multi-chain strategy. We're going to go through this piece and then I'm going to simplify what this means for Stellar and the DTCC afterwards. So, let's dive into this a little bit. Uh, all right. So, New York, London, Hong Kong, Singapore, and Sydney, May 27th, which is today.

[00:04:24]um the depository and trust clearing corporation or DTC, the premier posttrade market infrastructure for the global financial services industry and the stellar development foundation or the SDF today announced plans to enable the tokenization I lost my spot here, sorry. uh the tokenization of the depository trust company uh custodied assets on the Stellar network, a configurable and public blockchain used across securities, payments, and remittance applications.

[00:04:57]The connection with Stellar advances DTCC's standardsdriven multi-chain strategy following uh receipt of a non-action letter from the US SEC which Gary Ginsler and party were not handing out when Gary was in charge.

[00:05:16]You were not seeing anybody get these no action letters. Now things are being done fairly and properly in December of 2025 authorizing the DTC to implement and operate a new service to tokenize realworld DTC custody assets which will enable market participants to leverage traditional assets in a digital ecosystem with opportunities for fast settlement, greater asset mobility, extended trading hours and lower costs at and risk. DTC tokenized assets will have the same investor protections, entitlements, and safeguards as traditionally held securities. What does all of this mean? I'm going to simplify this for you a little bit, okay? And then I will jump over. Actually, what I'll do is I'll move over to Stellar Chart while I simplify this for you guys. Um, so here's Stellar's chart here. Normally, I kind of freeze it for that, but uh, so this is the chart. This is the price action response by XLM.

[00:06:20]And uh let's get into what does this mean. So so what the headline actually says uh Big Daddy Wall Street called DTC is this giant super safe that holds almost all the stocks, ETFs, and US government bonds in America.

[00:06:38]They just said, "We're going to turn uh our real stocks and bonds into magic digital tokens, and we're plugging that magic directly into Stellar."

[00:06:48]They already got the government's okay to do this, as we talked about with the SEC and the no action letter, right? Uh and the first real tokens should show up on Stellar sometime in the first half of 2027.

[00:07:02]DTC is also doing this on other blockchains, too.

[00:07:07]Uh that's their multi-chain strategy. So Stellar's just one of many blockchains they'll be doing this on obviously, right? They're not just going to pick one. Uh despite what Maxis I know maxis like to say, oh one blockchain to rule them all. That's not the case, right? So uh here I'll put myself on the screen for you guys. Uh so what does this mean for Stellar? Well, number one, Stellar just got invited to the big kid table.

[00:07:30]Normally Stellar's used for cheap money transfers and little crypto stuff. Now, the actual trillion dollar Wall Street machine is choosing Stellar to host real stocks and treasuries. That's like McDonald's deciding to sell their burgers on your neighborhood lemonade stand. Huge credibility boost for Stellar and XLM. Number two, real money is coming to Stellar. Think Apple stock, big ETFs, US Treasury bonds, and stuff billionaires and pension funds own. Soon pieces of that can uh can live and move around on Stellar's on Stellar as digital tokens. That means way more activity, way more transactions, and way more actual usefulness on the Stellar network. So more utility. Number three, it's a big green flag for the whole Stellar world.

[00:08:21]Banks, big companies, and regular people will have an easier time using Stellar because the grown-ups on Wall Street approve of it. Stellar was already good at fast, cheap, compliant stuff. This news screams, "We pick Stellar because it's perfect for real world money." Good for the price of Stellar's uh coin XLM in the long run because more real use equals more demand for the network. The bottom line is this. This is like the biggest bank in the world saying, "Hey, Stellar, come help us bring our super valuable toys onto the internet. It's really good news for Stellar." Not Stellar wins tomorrow, but Stellar just got a golden ticket into the giant money club. That's it. That is absolutely massive for XLM and as a result, we're seeing what people think about it in the price chart. Now, we do have some resistance right up here between about uh 16 cents 38 and around 16 cents 16.5 cents. So, you've got some resistance there. Once you can break through that range, uh you you could come all the way back up and have resistance around 17 cent 62. But either way, Stellar's responding very nicely. RSI still has still says we have a lot of room to go to the upside here on the daily time frame. If we go to the lower time frame, let's go to the 4 hour. What do we have?

[00:09:48]So, we've jumped over the uh the 200 day moving average on the 4 hour time frame.

[00:09:54]Let's see if we can test it as support now. We've already tried. RSI is getting a little overheated on the lower time frames though. Uh we're at 73 and a half on uh on the 4 hour, but if we go to the 8 hour, we have there something similar. My 8 hour doesn't want to load. Okay. Well, let's check out the 12 hour then. 8 hour on Kcoin's been giving me a hard time lately. I don't know why that is. I guess it wants to give me a hard time there too on the uh on the 12 hour. All right, we managed to get the 12-h hour chart up. So, we're just above the 200 day moving average on the uh on the 12-h hour as well. Will we test it as support? Can we close above here on the 12-h hour, above the 200E, confirm it as support? Maybe we can see a little bit more price action, but something tells me we're probably going to see some profit taking start to take place here really soon. So, two questions for you guys.
