Schoharie Co. motorcyclist with 72 license suspensions allegedly drove drunk, hit patrol vehicle

[00:00:00]We turn now to a motorcycle driver with dozens of suspensions on his license.

[00:00:03]He's now facing multiple charges after allegedly leading deputies on a motorcycle chase through Montgomery County. The Montgomery County Sheriff's Office says 52-year-old John Becker Jr.

[00:00:14]fled a traffic stop in Amsterdam earlier this week driving through State Highway 30 and in the town to the Glen. Deputies say Becker hit a patrol vehicle's push bumper while trying to get away, lost control, and then fell. Police say DMV records show Becker's license was revoked since 2009 with 72 total suspensions, 48 of them still active.
