[00:00:14]Here's what most people get wrong. They think defending is just about having a low block and waiting.

[00:00:21]But the shape is useless if you're pressing at the wrong time.

[00:00:25]That's the mistake. You see the ball, your brain goes, "Get him."

[00:00:28]And you spam pressure before the guy is even close to your block. Your CB steps out, there's a gap, and boom, goal. And you're sitting there like, "What just happened?" You broke your own shape.
