AVENGERS SECRET WARS Star Pitched Thor and Storm Team-up

[00:00:00]Star of Avengers: Secret Wars, Chris Hemsworth, reveals that he pitched him as Thor, teaming up with Halib Berry Storm in a epic scene that would see both of them utilize thunder because, you know, that's what they both do.

[00:00:18][music] Chris Hemsworth recently co-starred in a film with other fellow Marvel actors like Mark Ruffalo and Halib Berry aka Storm. Now, during the run-up to this film, they of course teased Howie's return and they talked about a potential future and uh all sorts of things were said, but recently Chris Hemsworth did a separate interview where he was talking about his future as Thor. And of course, we already know as it was leaked that he is a part of Avengers Secret Wars and seems to be a major part. He revealed that at one point he sat down and pitched a teamup scene in Avengers Secret Wars that would see Thor teaming up with Storm. Now, of course, you can probably imagine what this scene is like, right? You have Chris Hemsworth's Thor. He's using lightning. He's the god of thunder. You have Storm who can control thunder and lightning and make it rain. I mean, that would be pretty epic, right? Like, come on. Now, I will say it's kind of interesting that you have these actors who are pitching these things and going out there and talking about it while also blatantly clearly breaking some NDA. But then again, at the same time, it's like, well, you know, things can always change and they do, and sometimes you get slip ups, sometimes you get confirmations, whatever you will. I just think it's very very interesting that we're getting sort of little tidbits here or there from actors that we know are in Secret Wars like Mark Ruffalo who are outright just teasing elements that they have pitched or discussed but not committing to them. And again, I kind of get it, but think about how cool it would be to see these two characters team up, right?

[00:02:18]especially in something like Secret Wars where they could just go all out and do pretty much ungodly amounts of power because it's the last time you're going to see these characters before a soft reboot, right? And everything gets balanced out and then these giant crossovers, they can always and they do fluctuate powers. Just how insane would it be to see these two characters unite and utilize their power set which complements one another really well to just completely decimate a battlefield?
