This video demonstrates that individuals can be arrested for trespassing simply by refusing to leave private property after being asked, even without committing any other crime. The case involves a frauditor who entered an ABC liquor store in North Carolina, refused to leave after being asked, and was subsequently arrested for second-degree trespassing. The video illustrates that private property owners have the legal right to request individuals to leave, and those who refuse can face criminal charges regardless of their claims about public access or First Amendment rights.

Lack Brained Frauditor Arrested after Refusing to Leave a StoreAdded:
Some viewers may find the following video disturbing. Viewer discretion is advised.
Well, hello and welcome back to the channel everybody. In today's video, we find ourselves out in North Carolina with the fraud known as Ger Godgiven rights as he decides that it would be a good idea to film inside of an ABC liquor store. And he ends up getting himself trespassed and arrested because, you know, he's a typical frauditor who doesn't believe in trespassing because he's been watching way too many frauditor videos and it has completely rotted his brain. though he may never have had one to begin with if he tried this BS. So without further ado, let's go ahead and get this freaking S show on the road, shall we?
Okay, Mr. Bone Dangles here again.
We're going to attempt to go into the liquor store, see how they react, see if they support the First Amendment.
Yeah. Okay. I'm just wondering how does this hold the government accountable for anything because you fraud started out wanting to hold the government accountable, but it's degenerated in this kind of [ __ ] right here. Now, this Nimrod right here decides he's going to go the typical fraud route and just leave his video unedited instead of just cutting out all the dead air. And this video is about an hour long and a huge portion of it is him just walking around the store trying to get a reaction until he gets the wrong reaction. So, we'll be jumping around a bit with all this dead air. So, let's continue on, shall we?
>> One week later. None of this sounds hypothetical.
>> She doesn't seem >> so far. Just chilling.
>> See, >> but look can be deceiving.
>> Relax your grocery.
She's She's going to do it.
>> Carefully pack everything up and load it right into your truck so you can feel confident it's fresh your way up and delivery. And right now >> Yeah. It just shows you the level of immaturity that this fraud has. He finds it fascinating that people don't like being stared at by complete lunatics such as himself. I mean, go figure.
Moments later.
>> Sir, my boss just want to know what you were videoing in here for.
>> Because I can.
>> Out of the way, Tubby.
>> Well, pardon me, oldie horn.
>> WHY, YOU ILLMANNERED SACK OF CRAP.
>> OH, that's a wonderful excuse. because you can. Well, you can go walk down to the nearest mental hospital and uh get yourself checked in. Does that mean you're going to do it? Probably not.
>> Sir, if you're not making a purchase and you need to leave and put my boss >> Don't put me on that camera. Don't put me on that camera. You do not have my consent.
>> I don't need it.
>> Customer, >> I don't need it, man.
>> You do.
>> We're in public.
Why are you recording?
>> You need to get my face off of that camera right now. You do not have my consent and you need to ask people.
>> I don't care if you're in the store. Get my face off that camera.
>> Why are you in here doing that?
>> First Amendment.
>> Sir, >> you videotaping me has nothing to do >> Let me ask you, do you support the Constitution?
>> We're not having a conversation. You need to turn that around and stop videotaping people in the store who have not given you consent. You need to stop it and delete it right now.
>> There's no such thing as consent in public. Ma'am, >> the um 140 >> um >> I'm not really sure.
>> Look, they got Japanese. Ma'am or something.
>> Ma'am, you're wasting resources.
>> Oh, and he's wearing the shirt as I shoot people.
>> Don't forget the camera. Don't forget the camera. You're wasting resources, ma'am.
>> Well, I'm afraid for my life RIGHT NOW, SO I'M NOT WASTING THE police's resour.
>> Please leave my store now.
>> This camera will not hurt you.
>> Well, you're wearing a shirt that says shoot people, and I don't it, man.
He's an [ __ ] >> Well, now you got to see it from her perspective. I mean, you got somebody who's wearing a mask and has a shirt on that says, "I shoot people, even if it has a camera on it. You're sending a rather odd signal right there." Not to mention the fact that you're being awfully belligerent. You've been asked to leave and well, you've thus far refused to do so. So, it's only understandable that she's very concerned at this point, but you're just uh enjoying this, aren't you? You're getting a kick out of it. Yeah. Typical fraud auditor reing in people's misery.
>> That's a car. That's what makes you the money.
>> She's having a hard time. So, maybe we should videotape her cuz she's having a hard time.
>> Yeah, she's having a >> I DON'T KNOW WHY YOU'RE HARASSING ME.
>> I know.
>> I ASKED YOU NICELY TO LEAVE AND YOU ARE HARASSING ME.
>> You are illegally in my store. or you have been asked to leave. Now you are trespassing. Just so you know, >> you're you're treating it like private property.
This is public.
>> This is not THIS IS A PRIVATE STORE. IT IS NOT OWNED BY THE COUNTY. Thank you very much. We are We are owned by the Curry Tuck County Agency board. We have board members.
>> There you go.
>> Yeah. And they are elected.
>> It's public.
>> I looked it up before I came.
>> Don't you ask if he's not making a purchase? He's making Oh, this guy. I'm sorry. Come on.
>> Oh, so you looked it up, huh? Well, according to uh the according to what I looked up, ABC boards are local independent subdivisions of the state.
ABC boards either own or lease all of the ABC liquor stores. And the state does not own any of the liquor stores.
The local boards do. They pretty much order the products from the suppliers and distribute them to the uh stores.
And the state does not fund any of this.
It is pretty much self- sustaining, you [ __ ] >> You okay?
>> I'm 60s. I didn't do this without knowing what I'm doing.
>> A [ __ ] A [ __ ] A [ __ ] A [ __ ] Now I got to wait for them to come on >> or I'll be fleeing the scene and they'll believe whatever she says.
>> But it's all documented.
>> Well, if you're just going to wait for the cops to show up, we might as well just go ahead and jump to the point where they do show up because all you're doing at this point is just standing there like a damn statue doing absolutely nothing but loitering.
eventually.
>> Hello.
>> How are you?
>> Good. Um, this gentleman was asked not to videotape and then after he was not making the purchase that he need to leave and he's refusing to leave.
>> Okay. Um, how long?
>> 10 minutes. 15.
>> Okay.
>> Sounds like you got a problem.
>> No, >> you ain't got a problem.
>> No.
>> Hell you do?
>> Are you an officer? I ain't officer, but I mean a problem.
>> I don't have a problem.
>> Hello, officer.
>> How you doing?
>> What's your name and badge number, please?
>> I'm sorry.
>> Name and badge number.
>> Uh, so ma'am, we don't have badge numbers, but we do have call sign numbers. Would you like that?
>> Yes, sir.
>> All right. So, my call sign is 271.
>> Cool.
>> Deputy Turner with the Kurt County Sheriff's Office. Can I ask who your name what your name is?
>> No, >> I can't. Okay, man. So, this female here, she works for the store. She's upset.
>> Of course she is. Yes, sir.
>> Um, >> she she mentioned this part, but she didn't mention this on the call.
>> Okay. So, she does want you to leave.
>> Yeah.
>> Um, are you okay with doing that?
>> Is this privately owned?
>> So, >> you're treating it like private property.
>> Give me one second, sir.
>> Uh-huh.
>> I'm just trying to get over 23.
>> All right. So whether this is a business, okay.
>> Um are we in agreeance to that?
>> Yeah, but it's who owns it?
>> Negative. I had traffic for two days.
>> Have you looked to see who owns the business?
>> Just give me one second, sir.
>> Uhhuh.
Well, like I said before, you apparently didn't either. But this is a business anyway. And if you are intent on disrupting it, they can have you removed, especially if you are not going to buy anything. And thus far you have decided not to buy anything and you are disrupting the business by antagonizing customers and the staff. Yeah. So it's time for you to kick rocks.
>> Um so whether it's own privately or publicly um >> the workers do have a right to ask people to leave, right? As far as >> as far as like a as far as like videotape or whatever.
>> All right. I'm not sitting here to tell you you can't videotape cuz I don't know what their rules are about that. Right.
And >> I didn't see any signs and there's one, >> there's one, there's one.
>> I'm not that prove that I've done nothing wrong.
>> I got you. And I'm not saying you are right. As far as this setup go, right? I can't speak on that. All right. Um, but what I can ask you to do is if you can >> Everybody wishes I would just go away.
>> Okay. Well, that's that's fine. Um, >> I'm just is asking you >> because she wants you to step out.
That's all. All right. That's all I'm asking. Is that Is that fair?
>> No.
>> No. Why isn't it not fair?
>> It's county pros.
>> Of course she works.
>> You're in public.
>> She works for >> She's a public official.
>> She works for me.
>> She works for me.
>> Okay.
>> And you?
>> Well, if she works for you, then you're a horrible uh boss right there. I mean, antagonizing everybody in sight, acting like a complete douchebag. I mean, I wouldn't have you manage a McDonald's.
That would just be poor customer service right there.
>> She works for the county, correct?
>> Right. So, >> and I don't work for the county.
>> Well, she works for the ABC store.
>> She works She works for ABC store.
>> We're having a circular conversation.
>> And she asked for you to leave.
>> You need to go find the law.
>> She asked me to leave, right?
>> Uhhuh. Yeah.
>> And you have to leave. That's it.
>> A public official, public property.
What?
>> I have to commit a crime.
>> Well, if she asked you to leave, I don't know.
>> I'm documenting everything. Everything's fine. When When you all decide you're going to leave, >> give me one second. I will leave.
>> All right. Just keep rambling. Just give me one second.
>> Well, frauditor, I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but according to the trespassing statute of North Carolina, you don't need to commit a crime to be trespassed. All they have to do is ask you to leave. And if you don't, they can uh get you booted right out of there.
And if you still refuse to leave, they can arrest you, which is what's about to happen to you, you sad, sack. Sorry son of a [ __ ] Now, let's just go ahead and jump over the next cop interaction where he gets officially trespassed and then uh well, refuses to leave the area.
>> Sir, I'm going to ask you to come outside with me.
>> All right.
>> If you don't leave the store, you're going to be placed under arrest. Do you understand? from county property.
>> This is actually a private establishment.
>> So you can be trespassing from anybody.
>> Who owns it? Who owns it?
>> The county does.
>> Okay, there you go.
>> Yeah. Yeah. If it's a store, then >> you will be kidnapping me from a county.
>> I need you to step outside with me.
Okay.
>> Are you going to molest me?
>> I'm going to arrest you, not molest you.
>> What's the charges?
>> Trespassing.
>> Trespassing?
>> Yes, sir.
>> From county bonding.
>> You go ahead and come outside.
>> You're trespassing me from county. I am.
>> Yes.
>> I haven't >> This is an ABC store.
>> Yes, sir.
>> Okay.
>> Yeah.
>> This is not like a municipal building, anything like that. I need you to come outside with me. Okay.
>> I looked it up on the internet. There's no owner.
>> Well, I'm glad that you looked it up on the internet.
>> Did you look up the law?
>> Yeah.
>> Okay. Come outside with me.
>> So, you can arrest me?
>> I will. Yes.
>> Well, I don't.
>> You said you what?
>> Then why would I go out there if you're going to do that?
>> No. No. No. If you do go outside, you won't be under arrest.
>> Okay.
>> Are you following me? No, I don't trust you.
>> Okay.
>> What's your name and badge number?
>> I'm Sergeant Ryan with the Kurt County Sheriff's Office. I need you to step outside with me, sir. Come on.
>> You're You're not under arrest at this point. You understand?
>> Yeah.
>> Okay. Come outside with me.
Do you have your radio on?
So, I want you to understand something.
then you can be trespassed from the store.
>> Okay.
>> Are we clear?
>> Yeah.
>> Okay. So, if you don't leave the property, you can be trespassed and you are here banned from all ABC stores per the manager.
>> Okay.
>> Are you following?
>> Yeah.
>> Okay. Do you have identification?
>> No.
>> Okay. I need identification.
>> No. No.
>> Okay. If you don't identify yourself, then you can be arrested.
>> I haven't committed a crime.
>> It's resistant and obstruct at this point.
>> Are you following?
>> No.
>> Okay.
>> I haven't committed a crime.
>> Okay.
>> State state the law.
Say the law of trespassing.
>> Yeah. No, >> what I've broken. The law that I've broken on trespassing.
>> I ain't It's not trespassing >> is trespassing.
>> You believe it is?
>> No, it's trespassing.
>> Law that I broke.
>> Do you do you want me to look up general statute on trespassing?
>> No. I want to show you I only see the law that got me trespassing.
>> It would be trespassing. North Carolina general statute is trespassing. They spend the next 15 or so minutes going back and forth and he tries to use his circular reasoning about, oh, I have to commit a crime before I'm trespassed and everything like that. So, if he's going to continue to rehash tired old arguments that really go nowhere, let's just go ahead and skip toward the end where he finally gets what's coming to him. So, let's roll that beautiful bean footage, shall we?
Heat.
Heat.
All right, sir. At this point, you're under arrest for trespass. Okay. Second degree trespass. Do you understand?
So, this is I want you to listen to me really quick.
I know this is very expensive. Okay.
What I want to do, you tell me where to put it. That's the safest place to lean it.
I say let's all go.
>> I say you're going to jail >> for what?
>> For seconddegree trespass. They told you to leave several times. You did not leave the property. So, are you understanding?
>> This is county property.
>> It is not. It is private property.
>> Who owns it?
>> The the board of ABC owns it.
>> The board.
>> The board. Yes.
>> County commissioners.
>> Yes.
>> Okay. There he goes. County property.
>> It's not county property.
>> You're wrestling.
>> So, this one and are not county property. You're not with me, man.
You're not breaking the law.
>> So, I actually talked to a county commissioner about it, >> right?
>> So, and he said that it is private property. Another county.
>> I looked it up this morning.
>> I'm I'm very glad for you. So, at this point, tell me where to put that so we can put it safely. Okay.
>> It's going to go to the ground. Please put it on the wall or down the ground.
Please. So, we don't want to break any expensive equipment. We want to want to respect your equipment. Okay.
So, I apologize that you're sadly mistaken about the ownership of this.
Um, do you have identification on you?
>> I believe >> Okay. Do you do you have identification with me?
>> If I give you ID, will you not arrest me?
>> No.
>> No. So, if you don't provide ID, you will sit in jail until we ID you, >> right?
>> Are you following?
>> Uh-huh.
>> Okay, sir. We need you to put that down.
>> So, we need to go ahead and put that down. At this point, you're under arrest. Do you understand?
>> Yep.
>> This is a true simpleton right here. He thought he knew everything and well come to find out he knows absolutely nothing and ends up getting arrested because he's just too stupid to figure out hey I might be wrong but you know what these frauditors think that they are king [ __ ] of everything anyway but it still means that you are freaking wrong in this uh situation frauditor congratulations you are a narcissistic jackass [ __ ] who can't admit admit when he may be wrong.
And in this case, yeah, totally wrong.
And with that being said, I hope you guys enjoy the video. Thanks for watching and I'll see you on the next one.
>> This could BE SOME GROUNDBREAKING STUFF right here.
You don't want to go to jail >> for what?
>> You're read this.
>> Yeah.
>> I don't have to listen to blah blah blah blah blah blah blah.
Dude, so there's no way I can get in, bro. Come on. I'll put you on my YouTube. But >> shut up, Wesley.
>> You got to put signs up, ma'am. If it's >> Are you blue cereal?
>> Who's that?
