4 Weeks of high pressure, What weather to Except around UK & IRELAND ?Added:
Well, you haven't tuned into the wrong video on how to cook your breakfast outside in the beautiful sunshine. We are looking at the outlook for the next 4 weeks using the Japanese JMA model.
But, is this a good omen? Let's find out. Let's do this.
So, starting off with week 1, 22nd to the 28th of May, which includes the bank holiday weekend. The Whit week as I know it. Uh but, it's also known as the spring bank holiday as well. So, we've got very high pressure over the UK and Ireland. This is bringing temperatures around 3 to 4° above average.
This, of course, is over the period cuz we know we're going to get some extreme heat for the time of year, bank holiday Monday type period.
And, if we're looking at the yellowy colors, uh that's very dry conditions for Ireland and Scotland and Wales. So, the western side of the area looks to be below average rainfall.
Moving across to week two, the 29th of May through to the 4th of June. We're still looking above average air pressure. So, the weather's continuing to hold for most of the country. We're looking around average rainfall, mainly dry.
Good start to June.
But, there's a note here in Scotland where we're seeing temperatures tracking a couple of degrees below average for the time of year. Not really cold, but it's a little colder than you would expect.
Weeks 3 and 4. This is taking us from the 5th of June to the 18th. High pressure is still over the UK and Ireland and we've got for most of the area we've got temperatures running around what you'd expect. So, not too bad at all. Rainfall for most of the country is around average but there is just a hint that northern parts of England could see slightly above average rainfall. Well, you can see we've got this great bank holiday weekend coming up, haven't we, with this heat. And then, it looks like high pressure is remaining in control bringing some fairly settled and stable weather for the first part of June. That can't be bad, can it? If you've enjoyed the video, do give me a thumbs up and of course leave a comment below.
And you might also want to have a look at this video up here.
Till we meet again, to look after yourselves and those you love. Be a fan.
Bye for now.
