What this does is it forces the brain to see different opportunities. There's a part of the brain called the reticular activating system, and if you If you say to yourself, "I can't do it."
that part of the brain will just scan the environment and just give you evidence to prove to you that you can't.
But, if you say, "How will I pass this test?" you're telling that part of the brain to go, "How can I solve this problem?"
So, then you start to look for opportunity instead.
