The RAREST Crocodiles in the WORLD!Added:
Oh my god.
Oh, nice catch.
Was hunting. Oh, >> I use it.
Oh, look at all the titties. Look at this.
>> This is crazy.
>> This right here is going to tickle your pickle. A lucistic Nile crocodile.
>> What is going on, beautiful people?
Welcome back to my wildlife. I'm in Europe with Shad, my fellow crocodilian keeper. Where are we right now?
>> We're in Sweden in Goththingberg and we're going over to Denmark, actually.
Okay, so you guys are probably wondering why I'm in Europe. Well, some of the coolest crocodilian facilities in all the world are actually in Europe. And uh we're going to be going to Germany, Czech Republic, the UK, Netherlands, and we're going to be go checking out all these cool crocodile facilities that have some of the rarest crocodiles in the world. What do they say in Germany?
Give me a phrase. Go.
>> Uh Genagos in this abandoned fairy. And do you hear that?
Did you hear that?
>> What?
>> Only three more hours of travel time.
Don't worry, we'll be there soon, Shad.
All right, beautiful people. We finally made it to the Czech Republic. We've been driving for days and we're finally here at the crocodile zoo of Proven in the Czech Republic. This is actually a facility I've been wanting to see for years. I've been seeing such crazy photos of a building with some of the rarest animals in the world. at least the rarest crocodiles in the world.
Believe it or not, there's over a hundred crocodiles in this building and some species and some individuals that have never been seen on YouTube before.
And we're going to share that with you guys today and get a full tour. And we're going to see, you know how much I love crocodiles. Let's go. Come on, Chad. What is going on, beautiful people? Welcome back to my wild life.
We're here at the infamous crocodile zoo of the Czech Republic with Meera, the man who created this facility.
>> Oh my god.
It's like a It's like a seashell. It's like SeaWorld but with a giant saltwater crocodile. This is Oh my goodness. This is Gollum. The salt one. Go on. Go ahead.
>> Gollum. It's a great name.
>> Mer only speaks Czech. I don't speak a lick of Czech, but we both love crocodiles, so it's our love language.
And this is the biggest reptile in the world, the saltwater crocodile. This guy is around 16 ft long. His name is Gollum. Oh my god.
And he's still Look at his face. He's huge. And he's still growing. He could potentially hit over 20 ft long. Being the biggest reptile in the world. This is literally the modernday mosasaur.
Like you seen in Jurassic World jumping up for the shark in the movie. This is the real deal right here. Look at this.
Look at this.
You're my hero. Oh, really? That's secret.
>> And he's feeding fresh catfish from the local fish farm. So, they're getting whole body prey items, getting nice and loose.
>> Oh my goodness. And I don't just say mosasaur, modernday mosasaur, because they're jumping up out of the water like that for the food. But also, these guys can live in the ocean full time because they have salt excreting glands. They're one of two crocodiles of all 28 species or so that have salt excreting glands.
So, they can live in the ocean full time. Going from Iron's Island, crossing the ocean, eating sharks, sea turtles, other crocodiles, and unfortunately people, but not here. That's his baby. This is so wild.
Look at that. And his girlfriend's coming up right now. These This is a breeding pair, and they have bred before. So, maybe we were lucky. We're baiting over to America.
>> How cool is that? Mirror's been keeping crocodiles his whole life. He's been working on this facility for like over 30 years.
>> And you're probably wondering, Tren, what are you doing next to this glass?
Want to break? This is actually like the bulletproof glass. You have the banks to protect the bank towers. How cool is that?
>> And this is an open to the public facility, so you guys can literally come here and see feedings like this up close.
>> YEAH, LET'S GO.
THAT IS AWESOME. Do you guys see why this is my favorite reptile, favorite animal in the world? And you know what's crazy? Mera's favorite crocodilian is the false gariel that dismissed him.
That's in my top three, too. So, you guys, you have amazing taste. Thank you so much.
>> We're going to go check out all the other animals here and uh we're going to have a good time. Let's go check out some more crocs.
Look at this black cayman. Oh my.
What's up?
Oh, top three favorite crocodilians in the world. Black Cayman.
>> All right, guys. We're here at the Black Cayman. And this one is so spunky. Ready to go. So, they have these big doors that are basically the same materials you see at the bank. Bulletproof glass.
And he's got these doors he feeds them through. So, watch this. Oh. Oh, these guys are so ready to eat. This black cayman specifically is just so It's like bridge of the broad snail. Super energetic for food.
And guys, this black cayman has eyes as big as a whale's eyes. Like, it's a really big animal. And this is not even as big as they get. Not even half as big as they get. They can literally get towards 18 ft long. Bigger than American alligators. Biggest member of the alligator a family. Literally my top three favorite crocodilians, the black haymon. And something you guys don't know, I actually was hunting. Oh my goodness.
>> All right. I was actually hunting in Florida for a black cayman around this size that a burer had photographed. And uh I went out there right after a hurricane hit and washed away with high flood waters. I spent six months with an FWC biologist hunting for a black cayman just like this in the Florida Everglades. Unfortunately, we never found it. Maybe one day we will. Look at that.
The king of the Amazon.
Another cool thing is these guys have been documented to eat pink river dolphins. You can actually YouTube that.
It is often that it happens that they'll grab a river dolphin and eat it. Here we go. Another piece.
Dude, do you guys see why I love them so much?
It's like an alligator that's more T-Rex looking than anything.
They even have like little T-Rex arms, too.
Legend mirror. That is cool. That is awesome.
Look at So, Gollum's happy. He's eating his fish. But look at all the Cubans right here waiting for their food.
If you thought one Miss Toothie was tough, how about a dozen?
Oh, look at them. Look at them. Look at them. What's up? Oh, look at all the Miss Toothies. Oh my goodness. He gets up on the ladder and he gets ready to feed the Cubans. Look at this. This is crazy.
Oh my goodness.
One of the most endangered crocs in the world. Crocodiles roamer from Cuba.
Mouthy's European cousins.
And there's only a couple thousand of these guys left in the wild. They say around 1,500 left in the wild. But you can see they're doing really good here in Europe. Oh.
Hey, let go.
Dude, that is insane. You would not want to fall in there.
Whoa.
And they're not bad with each other.
Like they nip a little bit, but they're very well behaved. So, that's my favorite reptile in the world. Favorite animal in the world. Saltwater croc.
What's your favorite crocodile?
>> Uh, also this one.
>> Yes.
>> Come on. Let's go. Let's go. All right.
My top three is saltwater crocodile, false gariel, black cayman. What's your top three?
>> Uh, I guess like fourth gay man, this one, and the Cubans probably. I guess >> that's that's a good selection. That's good. They just told me that we can actually go feed a false scary. You ready to go feed a full scary?
>> Let's go. We got to go up the stairs.
Ready?
>> Mirror's there. Be cool. Be cool. Be >> uh Oh my god. You guys can't see how big these animals are. They're huge. All right.
>> These are like 16 plus foot crocodiles to mist them >> and Mera's just hand feeding them.
A little bucket of chicken.
>> So they're they're pretty shy, huh?
Oh my god. My second favorite animal in the world, the false Guriel. This is literally the Spinosaurus of the crocodiles with no hyphen on the back.
Look at its face.
That is a tank.
>> And these guys aren't just going to be eating fish. A lot of people think because they got skinny snouts, they'll just eat fish, but they'll actually eat probiscus monkeys. The monkeys with the big funky noses. You know, they look like squidward noses. And there's actually been documentation of these guys chowing down on orangutangs and Borneo. So, they are the ultimate crocodilian next to the salty.
Oh my goodness. Can I have one?
Oh.
I just got splat.
The colors are the best, too. The camo.
And even though these guys are super shy and they avoid people, for the most part, there is documentation of these guys actually eating people in the wild.
Although it's not too often, it does happen. A lot of people live in rural areas on the water in Borneo and other places in Southeast Asia.
And if you're a kid and you're swimming, unfortunately, you would be on the menu.
Look at that.
Oh my god, guys. Look at this. This is a pied Nile crocodile. You don't often see Pied Niles. There's only a few of them out there, but Meera has multiple Pied Niles, so he's actually going to try to breed Pi. Look, look how excited this one's getting. I think this is the male.
Oh, nice catch.
>> So, you guys can see all the blotches of white all over the place. This is a pi, so it looks partially lucistic.
And maybe one day Mirror's going to be breeding Pied Nile crocodiles. But there's something even crazier downstairs we're going to go look at right now.
>> This is what you want to be like when you're older.
>> Beautiful. What a hunk of a crocodile.
I've never seen anything like that.
>> Look at this one. This is a female.
>> There's nothing like that in the world.
>> Penile crocodiles.
Look, there's another one right here.
>> And then look at this big old American crocodile from Cuba originally. How cool is that?
Got what I say, man? Got what I say?
>> I don't know what I can do.
>> Yeah, you're sorry, Cody.
>> Oh, here we go. Here we go.
>> Oh, look at Oh, he's coming over here.
Huge false. So, there's multiple pins with false here. It's messed him up.
Look how this big twisted snot one.
Oh my god. Look how gentle he comes up.
Look how gigantic he is.
You got to be kidding me.
Look at this giant.
Oh my goodness.
He is huge. He's like 16 ft.
That is so crazy.
>> Monster sized animal. I wish you guys You guys need to come here to the crocodile zoo in Czech Republic and see how big these guys are in real life.
They are true dinosaurs. Even better than dinosaurs cuz they ate dinosaurs.
>> Berlin zoo. But they were more blue looking. These are like white.
>> Yeah, these guys are huge. So, we have Indian Geral. This is the OG Gary, the true Garyel. And uh this one has a broken snout. It's an old injury, but it's thriving. And it's Oh my god. Look at this Indian Geral coming up. Oh my god. Look.
Look at that.
That is so cool.
I'm hoping one day we can get this species at CWW. Look at the colors.
Critically endangered from India in the Ganges.
Primarily a fish eater, but they get huge and they're called geriels.
They got that big thick garlic roll looking knot on the tip of their snout.
This guy doesn't have it obviously, but it's called the gar. That big fleshy thing on their snout. And they use it to bubble. Oh my goodness. They use it to bubble and attract the females by making like a fart sound out of the gar, which is the big fleshy thing on the nose.
I'll put a picture next to this one.
Such an incredible animal. Thank you so much. Seriously, thank you. That That was amazing. Guys, look how big this timisma is. Like, you still can't even tell how big it is from this angle. This animal is huge. It's like the size of a small killer whale. His head is as long as my whole torso. He's gigantic. And it's crazy to think these animals actually eat orangutang out in the wild.
And unfortunately, they will prey upon people once in a while. They do eat kids here and there. Um I have seen videos of these guys trolling around in rivers with a kid in their mouth and uh some adults as well. But you know, they're not out there just to hunt down people.
They're just trying to survive. And unfortunately, since they eat primates, if a kid's hanging out by the water, it's very, very, very tempting for this animal to prey upon it, being an opportunistic predator. Imagine that thing chopping down on an orangutang.
Look at the colors. You guys can see why this is my top three favorite crocodilians in the world. One day, we're going to have false at the facility. It's going to happen. Black cayman, more saltwater crocs, Cuban crocs. We're going to get every species in the world. Let's go see what else they have here. Oh, look. The pi crocodile cracked its mouth open. Isn't that crazy? It You don't even think it's pi. It's just such a bizarre coloration.
And it's crazy. They have like five pipe crocodiles. But look at this. We're going to show you guys something really crazy. This is a crocodile that you're not going to see anywhere else. Watch this.
There are so many cool crocodilian species here. And they have awesome fossils and bone clones all throughout the facility. It's a great educational place to bring your family. So, if you're ever in Czech Republic and want to see crocodiles, cuz you don't get your crocodile fixed while walking around Czech Republic, unless you come to the crocodile zoo of Czech Republic, check this out. This is one of the most insane things you're ever going to see.
If you're a fan of morphs, pides, lucistics, anything like that, this right here is going to tickle your pickle. Look at this. A lucistic male Nile crocodile. Guys, there's such a crazy story behind this crocodile back before I got my property around 7 years ago. This crocodile, this one right here was offered to me from a friend through Africa. This animal had like sunburns on its back uh because it's such a light-skinned animal. It was cooking and whatnot. And I was offered this animal for around $50,000.
But I was saving up for my facility that I have now. So, of course, what's more important? A place for all my animals to live. So I had to refuse the offer. Then that crocodile almost got bought by Kyle and then ended up here in Czech Republic. Went from Africa all the way to here, which is actually great for this animal because lucistics and albinos don't do well in direct sunlight. They burn. They get sunburnts.
They have fair skin. Oh my god. Look what you think I'm going to feed you.
This Nile crocodile is just perfect looking. I mean, look, the teeth, the skull, everything about this animal.
Smooth. Perfect. I'm telling you, this guy had nasty sunburn all over his back like seven years ago. So, now that he's indoors here in the Czech Republic, this is probably the best circumstance he could have probably ended up in being such a fair skin animal. I mean, he's probably like 10 ft long now. When I saw him and he was available, he was like 6 ft long, maybe 6' plus. I'm happy for you, buddy. It's too good I couldn't have him, but at least we can meet him eventually here at Crocodile Zoo of Czech Republic. This is so crazy. a lucistic Nile crocodile. There's only like two to maybe three in the world that I know of. That's one of them.
There's another one at an undisclosed location. And there is another one in Indonesia, I believe. So, there's three that I know of in the world. And then you have your pi Niles, which we just showed you guys earlier. Uh, we have some beautiful more Let's crocodiles right here. There's an albino alligator.
USA. USA. American alligator right here.
Little female by herself. But what's really cool is there's crocodiles everywhere. This building is full of crocodiles. There's actually two stories when we're with those big timistas, that big group. That's the second story of the building. There's crocodiles all throughout the second story in giant concrete pools. It's absolutely insane.
You're never going to see anything like this anywhere else. Well, there's probably one or two other places in Europe that have been dynasty as well.
This is big on my list. So, I'm super happy I was able to make it here. But look at this. That is insane. a huge pair of albino alligators. Albino American alligators here in Czech Republic. I've only ever seen an albino gator this big once up close at Wild Florida. And I believe Gatorland's got a couple this big as well. Beautiful.
Hopefully we get some albinos in the future. And then this this right here, this beautiful light colored crocodile.
You can see its face right here. This is the most endangered crocodile species on the planet. This is the Philippine crocodile. There's literally less than a hundred out in the wild. At some point, there's only estimates of around 50 left in the wild. Think about that. One of the most endangered animals in the world. And Meera has been successful at breeding them here. How awesome is that?
And then, of course, my cubamu friends.
Look at what a city my friends. Two beautiful Cuban crocodiles. And you guys have seen they have a crap ton of Cuban crocs here. And what's really cool about what Mirror does, he doesn't just get these animals and breed them. He does DNA testing on all of his animals. So he's not just making sure they're not hybrids between American croc and Cuban croc, which is common or now croc and cuban croc, which is common in the United States. But he's making sure that these animals being paired up are not related. So he's making sure when he breeds these crocodilians, they're genetically pure. These are critically endangered animals. There's around 1,500 Cuban crocs in the wild. So, it's so important to make sure you're not breeding more hybrids and you're not inbreeding what's left of the pure genetics. This is exactly what my dream is to do in Florida, to have every species of crocodilian in the world paired up. And this is more inspiration for my facility. Guys, please come check out this crocodile zoo. It is here in Czech Republic. You're not going to ever experience anything like this in Czech Republic. So, if you're on your vacation, you're hanging out, you're drinking a little cappuccino at the cafe, why don't you go come out here and check out the Crocodile Zoo of Czech Republic. Protoin, thank you so much, Mera. Thank you so much to the crew.
Let's go say hi to the crew. Go.
Thank you so much to the crew that helped out with the video. Guys, come check them out. Come, come give them a hug. Give them a nice tip. And tell them how much you love crocodiles. I'll see you on the next one. Stay beautiful, stay safe, and most of all, follow your dreams. What's your dream?
>> My dream is >> What is your dream? Tell us your dream.
Tell us your dream.
>> My dream is to work here.
>> Oh my god, you already eat YOUR DREAM.
KEEP FOLLOWING your dreams. What's your dream? What's your dream?
>> We'll figure it out. Write something on paper later. What's your dream?

Let's just all agree it's crocodiles.
Come on. Crocodiles.
>> I know it's scary. I'm missing a finger.
Okay. High five. Not high five. Okay.
Nice. Nice.
I'm part Czech, so it's like we're cousins, guys. We're cousins. I'm part C. My grandma's from here. I'll see you on the next one. Stay beautiful. Stay safe. And most of all, most of all, follow your dreams.
>> Oh yeah.
>> Whoa.
>> Whoa. here like >> cranky Philippine Croc.
