[00:00:00]Um, how So, I've always wondered this on some of the different platforms I've used, but we're go we're going through capturing.

[00:00:09]It's capturing video, right? This video, too, as well as lidar?

[00:00:15]Uh, so it's doing frames. So, it's not exactly video, but there's a few frames per second that have been captured.

[00:00:21]Okay, so if I burp accidentally in a shot or I don't know, my fly is open. It's not going to Nobody Nobody at Romeo's going to be like, "Haha." [laughter] Definitely not. The audio side, there's no audio being captured. Um, on the image side, we're using those images to create a 3D model. Um, and then a number of um, selected images from that are AI processed allows our team to look at the property. And so, we can see the the window shape and things. So, when they're drawing it, it is um, ideal. Um, but that was all done in a process that is uh, has privacy and security boundaries over it.

[00:01:04]Are there any uh, integrations in the works maybe with things like MLS platforms, uh, different uh, CRMs or content delivery tools that that photographers use, things like that?

[00:01:19]Yeah, there there are. There's two ways that we're looking at it as well. So, for the integrations with uh, CRMs, uh, we're building out an API. Um, so that'll just allows that to connect to any of those systems that you require. Um, and there are a lot of them here and over where you are.

[00:01:35]Um, so rather than doing indirect integrations, it's just going to be via the API. On the MLS side, um, we've done this work in the past. Um, and so, we understand the process that's ahead of us. Um, it is a journey to kind of get there and get the right approvals, but we're on that path at the moment.
