PREVIOUSLY RUPTURED NECK CYSTAdded:
Yeah. Right here, right? It's just some scar tissue, actually.
I'm actually going to do like a like a core biopsy in there. Okay. Yes, I'm going to just get this out. There might be a little cyst wall that's like living right in that. Right. But it's going to be mostly scar tissue, but I'll see when I get in there. Okay.
All right, you can feel the lidocaine all right? Mhm.
Little stick. One, two, three.
You all right?
You okay? Mhm.
You feel how much of this stuff?
Yeah.
You all right?
Relax.
I can feel some pressure now, right?
Yeah.
You okay? Mhm. Good? Mhm.
Good? Mhm.
This thing has been inflamed so times.
A lot of scar tissue.
You got it?
Okay, man.
What about the hole puncher guy thing?
Yeah, but I'm going to kind of work around it now.
Did you already like punch it in? Oh, yeah. It's already cut like a chunk of it out.
I'm just going to get all the scar tissue out and work around it. You okay?
Yeah.
Okay, man.
You okay, man? Yep. All right, good.
We good then.
You okay? Yeah.
That's the supposed to be the scar tissue, man. I think I got the cyst actually.
Like oh, there's like no hair growing in or anything.
No. It's like all It's like literally a ball of scar.
What is it about like every other week or every other two weeks or something?
Well, there's a definitely like a cyst wall that's in there, so I think I got that out in that core.
You okay, man? Yeah.
>> It's pretty good, man. It's a mess in there.
But nothing is going to get infected or anything. No, no. It's just been in the plane so many times. It's been through the years.
That like it's the scar tissue. Yeah.
It's not even a year. I feel like it The thing didn't even happen for the last maybe year and a half.
Yeah, I mean it's so It was a lot though. We would inject cortisone into this thing so many times.
>> Yeah.
It's all We're cleaning it up really nice.
All right. So, basically there's a hole underneath your skin. Your body's naturally going to want to try to fill that Mhm. with like serum and blood and stuff. Yeah.
So, you might notice like a watery bloody discharge from this area. Mhm.
Totally normal. Obviously, if there's like pus or anything that seems abnormal, call us.
You okay? You just put one in?
Put the stitch in, yeah. Yeah. I didn't feel the pain or anything. It was like Yeah, you feel the stitch. Yeah.
You want to just hold it there just like I think you'll be all right.
I'm trying to learn how to do that, like Uh lots of minutes work.
No, I don't know how to do it.
Just like having the stitches in.
What was that question again? I'm trying to learn how to do that. Oh, you are? I mean not with the point of medical thing, but how to put the stitches in Oh, oh yeah. Yeah. It's It's pretty easy, man.

You watch that The Good Doctor Nah, I won't only watch a couple episodes of the show. It's good. My wife is into it. Heard it's good though.
Left a lot of open questions I heard, right?
You watch the show?
>> to watch. I watched the first episode I didn't finish it yet.
It's crazy cuz like This guy was on ER and now he's on like he was the same thing.
>> yeah.
I used to watch ER a lot when I was in med school.
You watch it? Mhm.
I'm like the worst with TV. This is like I just don't have the patience for it.
You don't watch much TV, right? Nah, I don't watch much TV. I'm the same way. I tell my wife I want to watch then we watch something together then she gets mad at me cuz I'm not watching and she watches without me then I get mad at her while I have to watch without her watching without me watching.
So I just forget it. Just not watching TV.
It's too much to keep up with. There's so many new shows. Now with all the streaming it's impossible. Yeah.
But if I do watch something then I get crazy. I'll like binge it. I'll just like then I can't go to sleep and I'm like that's not good either.
So the short answer is no I don't have a lot of time to watch TV.
>> [laughter] >> All right man. All good. All right so Nick is just going to make sure everything looks good before you go.
You can shower and this can get wet.
Just some Vaseline or Aquaphor over the stitches.
And like I said expect [clears throat] there to be like a watery bloody discharge. But it should feel much better man. I got like a ton of stuff out of there.
All right man. Good to see you out and about all right?
