Stadium construction involves systematic steel framework installation using heavy machinery like cranes, with workers coordinating through communication radios and following project blueprints and manuals; the process includes staging materials, installing exterior sheathing, and managing logistics in challenging environmental conditions such as desert winds.

Las Vegas A's Stadium Construction Update: Massive Steel Progress & Behind-the-Scenes Tour!Added:
Hello, Las Vegas A's baseball fans.
Today is May 26th, Tuesday, after the 4day holiday that we had over the weekend. Actually, it was a three-day holiday, I should say. We were out here on Friday, checking out what they're doing. And now today, we've got more steel stuff going on. We're using the Sorry about the wind, guys.
We got the creamsicle coming around and we got a lot of stuff going on here as far as working on rigging up some steel today.
Hey guys, please hit the like and subscribe if you haven't uh subscribed yet. Really appreciate it.
We're getting down here and getting some good footage best we can. I'm very interested in this project. I hope you guys are too. And away it goes.
So, these gray pieces are going in to build something on the inside there. I don't know what they're I can't see from this side, but you guys probably I mean I'm sure you've told me. I forget. But they're building something I think on the other side.
On the inside you can probably see from the um A's cam. And also I'm going to do a Oh yeah, look at that. Beautiful.
Okay.
So, they're swinging that around over there.
Now, in other news, they're really working on this exterior sheathing.
It's getting windy out here today.
The desert winds are picking up. Oh, look what we got coming in.
We've got a putting some some of the steel over here now.
ready to go.
So, they've been lining up some they've been staging all this metal for the last week and a half or so, getting it prepared to go So you got the safety equipment, you got those gators.
We've got the vests.
Got the rigger gloves.
He's doing something over here. Some measuring or something. You have the Is that a Is that a compass?
No. Protractor.
So, he's working with his pro. Yeah. You guys remember like we had in school?
Like, why does the teacher make us do this? Well, cuz you need it to build a stadium apparently.
I actually don't know if that's a protractor or if it's just another tool.
I don't know what it is.
Apologies about the wind, guys.
Yeah. Um, later in the week, we might be looking at going doing another live stream like we did. I've got to get a spot, you know? I can't just perch up a bunch of tripods anywhere in a laptop and start streaming. I have to You've got to get a location and you got to get So, it's a little more than just grabbing the footage. But, it is kind of nice cuz then you guys can be here in real time.
Yeah. So, it looks like they're moving a lot of stuff down the way. I can see on the other truck it's kind of driving off.
They're moving stuff that way as well.
So, they're bringing another truck. And then I think this heistister, that a heistister. Yeah, this heistister here is is going to unload it.
So, they've all got their radios, I'm sure. You know, these are things that we don't really think about until you see them out in the field. They've got to have communication radios.
They've got the earpieces so they communicate with the the crane operators.
The winds aren't helping. I'm sure Like they're ready for the next piece.
Then down here, he's this guy, the heistister, has unloaded this this piece off of here, and we're getting ready to move that truck and probably move it to some Nice.
Okay, the truck is moving.
A lot of work getting on today, Tuesday after the big holiday.
Sure, everyone's feeling a little sluggish today, but we'll be back in it by Wednesday, hopefully.
And now we have flying iron or steel, whichever you prefer to call it.
Thank you guys for watching and hitting the like and subscribe.
Um, please consider joining the memberships. They're only a couple bucks a month and I've got different tiers and give you some uh some perks, but basically it's just to support the channel and then I'll work on getting some perks and stuff. But, you know, when we do the live streams, I can identify those who do it and just stuff like that. You know, it helps out because try to upgrade our gear, make sure our gear is looking, give me the best look of the stadium possible. So, you know, I try to make sure that everything that we that this channel brings in goes right back into it.
definitely at this stage.
Now, from what I understand, this sheathing, uh, someone was telling me the sheathing, they weigh quite a bit. This is actually they're filled with concrete or something, I think, is what they were saying.
Um, I don't remember exactly what what the what the process was, but one piece at a time, I guess.
I like those hats. Those hats and those glasses. I'm going to put those in the shop for you guys.
Those worker hats.
Keep you guys safe from the sun.
Are these the blueprints they were talking about?
There's your manual.
Man, the wind's going to blow that stuff away. I don't even know if that's heavy enough to hold that stuff down.
>> A big gust could really really fly that stuff around. I'm telling you right now that that weight right there may or may not be enough if a big gust hits and then those planes are going to fly everywhere.
Let's help it out.
Yeah. Um, someone said that they were watching one of my other videos and they got uh we we were at What did you guys do this weekend? Um, we went to the uh Gwen Stefani show with No Doubt. And apparently someone on our channel said, "Oh, Gwen pulled up uh one of the members from the audience up the stage and someone from our channel was like, "Oh, that was me." And they they clipped it. I thought it was pretty funny.
Funny like an interesting way, you know, like funny that way.
I'm not sure what these cards are. Some sort of process. I imagine you guys could probably explain it to me or explain it to the viewers. That'd be great. And I'll explain it up next time down in the comments below.
Here comes the tea lift.
And here comes that water train.
off with the work gloves also in the shop as well, bro.
And the tool belts, the essential equipment here.
Maybe we're lining up for a break. I might flip on the other side, guys, as you guys take a break, and we'll uh reconvene here in a minute.
Looks like they're taking their 9:00 a.m. break. Okay. So, it's Yeah, everyone's off. Um, I'm going to take a break myself.
Um, you guys won't even notice anything.
It'll just clip. So, there's Mr. Rocking it today. You're rocking it.
Thank you so much for operating the crane and building our stadium for for Las Vegas and for the Las Vegas days.
All right, about time to take a break around here and uh we'll be back.
We'll be back after they're done with the thing. I see some more guys down here. They're kind of doing some staging down here, but we'll be back after this.
Okay. Hey guys. So, I'm back here on the backside getting some footage so you guys can see where we're at.
and uh waiting for this sweeper to go by. It's pretty loud.
So, as far as the backside, the you know, it's just they're basically continuing to build more structure, more of the skeleton as You guys can see these uh pieces here. I'm going to wait. We're going to go do I'm going to do a couple tours.
I'll come back after the break to see what's happening on this backside. Okay, guys. So, back beyond uh the stadium behind um the stadium, there's a street here. And on the other side of the street, there was a motel and this motel has been looks like it was purchased by someone that's doing something in the stadium or at least leasing it out.
because this is where they're staging.
It looks like a lot of the ducks.
Um, air ducts. Yeah, it looks like a lot of ducking here. Is that what this is, guys?
Check out some more of this equipment.
But yeah, I saw that they were using this for some of their materials they're bringing in and out.
primarily just a bunch of the air ducts, but this is right behind the stadium as you can see here. Just some stuff we can do, you know, while they're on their break. I wouldn't normally take a walk down here, but since say uh that looks like some of the blue glass.
No, that's not blue glass. That's that's just um blue tape.
Yeah, they've completely taken over this little motel back here and filled it with a bunch of ducking far as the eye can see.
So this is the back street here and you can kind of get a different perspective of the stadium and the stadium grounds. This is the wall here where it's walling on the outside. So they're working there's a there's an alleyway right here between that and the oil.
So now >> now I'm going to show you the back side of the stadium here.
