But so, let's start my friends and let me introduce you today's property. Now, in today's video I bring you to a town called Montenero di Bisaccia. We are in Campobasso province, Molise region. So, we are um in this beautiful region, small but beautiful region called Molise called Molise.
So, we are talking about a detached house for sale in Via Regina Margherita.
Now, this is not a detached house. I call I would call it more as a duplex apartment. You will see why. Anyway, we are in Montenero di Bisaccia. The asking price is 45,000 euro.
And the size of the property is 122 square meters. And we are talking about four rooms. But it's a very, very interesting property. So, stay tuned. Uh what else I can say that we are around 1,350 square feet.
