[00:00:00]There's a chance that you may not come back from a marijuana-induced psychosis.

[00:00:05]Let me give you um an example that we have had with a number of patients.

[00:00:13]So, kids go off to college in the fall.

[00:00:17]They come home at Thanksgiving and they are in full-blown psych- psychoses. So, they're paranoid.

[00:00:26]Um in one case uh we sent a doctor out who literally put a stethoscope in and listened in the walls for the you know to for the patient um because the patient swore that there were people in the walls or in the vents um you know listening to them.

[00:00:51]Um you know all of the the different symptoms of psychoses and the parents they don't have any idea what to do.

[00:01:01]What we determine is that they were smoking marijuana very very high THC marijuana. You know, number of times a day. In one case, the parents said almost constantly is what they were talking about. Um and takes a couple of months um but up till now we've been able to get every one of these patients back. Um but studies show that you know, there have been people that that don't come back from the psychoses.
